I really like this place. Maybe it's because it's close, easy to get in and out, that they have a lot of options to pick from, that I can come for just dessert, the fireplace, the food drinks or maybe it is the great service. Maybe it is the good music, the good atmosphere, or... maybe it's all that :)I dig it :)

We went to firebirds tonight for the first time and it was just alright! It was absolutely PACKED and busy, so I think our service was lacking because of that. The food was just okay, nothing memorable. I had a filet and a salad. The salad was drenched in the dressing and the steak was nothing special. My partner had a burger which he enjoyed. It was warm and cozy in there which we liked. Just very very busy! Would probably rather spend my $100 elsewhere!

Issues with food allergies. The server was told up front items that could cause issues. But sill food came out with bad items. Took a bit to get servers attention to get it fixed. Ended up finally getting a manager and she fixed the issue. Food was just ok. Seemed like food quality has slipped. Nothing horrible just nothing memorable. For the money there are better places to eat. Our server was friendly and the manager was very nice. We had everything from chicken to salmon and shrimp and steak. Deviled eggs need an acid kick like yellow mustard.Restaurant was warm.

Quite disappointing, made reservations @4 for 2 got there at four and waited with about 5 other couples before being seated 15 minutes later while the dining room was just about empty. I would like to point out that a couple that was there before us, ended up leaving because of the wait time. I understand, it was Valentine's weekend but you would think you would have your system, tables and such figured out before the rush... keep in mind we were there at 4, not your typical dinner time. The lobster queso was seasoned well, but was a little cold. The firebirds Durango burger wasn't seasoned, which was again disappointing because it was supposed to be a chile spiced burger. And lastly we ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, that was good. Our waiter was good and the food came out fairly fast.

It's Devour Indy time and I was ready to enjoy some good eats here. The restaurant is really beautiful, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, even at the bar which is where I decided to sit. From the Devour menu I ordered the BLT salad, Parmesan Crusted Pork Chop, and Carrot Cake. I also ordered their famous Double Black Diamond Martini. My martini and salad came rather quickly. The martini is undoubtedly good with fresh pineapple and my salad was a big portion loaded with toppings. However I wished they had the dressing on the side. I was waiting awhile for my meal when the manager came to me apologizing for the lateness and that they cooked the wrong pork chop (grilled instead of breaded) and she said they would take it off my check and pay for it. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated that she let me know. When my meal finally came.....let me tell you, that was the biggest pork chop I've ever seen! Even a couple of people came over and commented on it. It was cooked perfectly with crispy, seasoned breading on the outside and tender on the inside. That pork chop was so thick I struggled cutting it. The mashed potatoes and asparagus paired well with it. There was no way I was going to finish it so got the rest to go including the carrot cake. Unfortunately when it came time to pay, they didn't take the pork chop off the check as I was told but I didn't make a fuss considering again how huge the pork chop was, it was worth the money.

Relaxing and upscale chain type ambiance. Got the hot honey chicken with tator tots, and a slice of carrot cake. It was nice they served warm bread with whipped butter at the start. Service was a little slow but it was pretty busy.

My group came in to order takeout and sat at the bar as we waited for our food to be prepared. The restaurant had a great buzz of energy, was clean, and although it was busy, the service was excellent from the bartender who took our order. She asked for help instead of denying our request for a complicated order, and that was great. In the meantime, our drinks were delicious! There isn't a huge signature cocktail menu, but the bar is fully stocked and I'm certain anything you request can probably be handled. We chose Firebirds because of their reliability in quality dinner options. Our food was packed well, tasty, and still warm when we arrived at my house to eat. A good go-to for dine-in, or take-out experiences!

We came here for a group business dinner and while the service was amazing.......the food was just ok.I had been before and was surprised to see it was a different menu from what I had seen before. It was also dinner time so for all I knew they do a different menu for lunch; I'm honestly not sure. Our party got there at different times and they luckily didn't make us wait to be seated for everyone to get there. What was even better I was able to order my drink early. I had a Peach Please which is seasonal on their drink menu and if there is any reason to come here......it's for this drink! It was amazing!!The time we arrived it was pretty empty which was about 5:00 pm but by the time we left around 7:30/8 it had got pretty busy. It was empty and quiet when we arrived. I would say going earlier will definitely work in your favor. For appetizers we ordered some Philly egg rolls and they are good!!! The outside was nice and crunchy and inside packed a spicy flavorful goodness. For my email I ordered the Chilean sea bass and substituted street corn for the pilaf rice. I should've kept the rice because there wasn't anything street about the street corn except it was cooked on a flame of some sort. There was zero flavor and if you're thinking about ever ordering it.......skip it.The Chilean sea bass though!!!! ON POINT!!!! It was cooked to perfection and had so much flavor and the sauce over top.....equally flavorful. Others at the table ordered salmon and said it was ok. Mi Amor had the steak and while he ate it; he said there wasn't anything memorable about it.Overall it was a good experience to me the price is higher than it's worth.

We called ahead and grabbed a delicious perfect margarita with a few other cocktails! We arrived and waited for our booth near the open kitchen totally worth the wait!! The manager complimented our stay with a delicious starter and we tried the Philadelphia egg rolls, the thickness of steak and cheese were spot on wrapped in a crispy wonton served with a spicy siracha sauce and what tasted like fire wasabi. Next courses are wood fired filet with the smoked grilled chicken!! First time and will be back to enjoy more soon!! Omg, Brooke is ##111 100%% she's the best and sweetest!! The Cajun butter is so fire to put on everything such as dip the homemade bread, any veggies and my chicken!! The music is very modern and enjoyable everything I love!!
