Always greeted with a smile, these tacos are the best. My favorite are the chicken or the pork tacos. They move around town a little, but a quick search online will find them on Main Street between Northfield and 900E or across from O'Reilly Auto on Northfield and about 56th Street.Snow storm blows through town, go get tacos from the taco truck. Warm summer evening, ride a bike over to get tacos and eat them on a picnic blanket with my Frenchie Rosie.

Fiesta Tacos returns with a bigger truck! See the new pictures! The price has gone up 50 cents an item but you'll still get a great meal here. No carside delivery on this trip though, and the mix of ingredients seems to have shifted. My burrito had virtually no lettuce, less avocado, and more bean than before. The menu board pic shows lettuce no longer included with a supreme taco but we didn't order that so I cannot say for sure. We still enjoy the food but hope the balance of ingredients returns. We would rather pay more for balanced entrees than less for a shift to inexpensive ingredients. Down a star for that.

This is the most legit place to grab food in brownsburg. Yes it is a taco truck but they have the best damn food and it is better than any Mexican restaurant in town hands down. My go to is the chorizo tacos. They are simple corn tortillas w onion and cilantro. The burritos are good and big. Everyone needs to show this place some love.

I'll admit - I was initially pretty skeptical of the taco truck that seemed to appear out of nowhere in the parking lot of a pool business in Brownsburg, Indiana... I mean, you'd be skeptical too, right?Thankfully though, one night in the Fall, the restaurant I was planning on going to was closed and this taco truck was on my way back home so I thought, why not try it?And let me tell you - if you like authentic Mexican tacos, this is the place for you. They serve carne asada, carnitas, chicken, and pastor (and probably something I'm forgetting too) - I have tried them all and the pastor is my favorite. The tacos come with cilantro and onion on top and different salsas, cut lime, and cut cucumbers on the side. You can also get them with cheese, lettuce, and sour cream for a little extra. Those same meats I mentioned can also be made into burritos, tortas, or quesadillas. The burrito and torta I tried were also delicious but nothing tops the tacos. For drinks, you can grab a coke or a jarritos soda. On top of the delicious food, the woman who has taken my order every time I've gone (and I go way too much) is always so kind to me. She asks about me and my baby (I was very pregnant my first time stopping by) every time. After ordering your food, you just wait in your car and someone will run it out to you. *Make sure you bring cash - they are cash only*I don't know why I've waited so long to write a review for this wonderful truck. These are my favorite tacos around and I think everyone should know about them.

I've always felt this area just west of Indy was lacking a solid, simple place to grab some tacos, or a bulbous burrito. I'm not talking about one of the many cookie-cutter Mexican restaurants in the area that serve burritos, tamales, and enchiladas that are actively drowning in a stagnant pond of cheese, like the Indiana version of the ortolan bunting scene from NBC's Hannibal. Not that I have anything against that type of cuisine, whatever we want to call it, it certainly has a place in my life, it's just not what I've been craving, and not difficult to come by in this area. I've been craving a big, deranged burrito that I can hold with my bare hands, and cradle to my chest, human skin to burrito skin, like a newborn baby. So yes, I'm super happy to have spied this former USPS truck parked just off 136/Crawfordsville in the Barker's Swimming Pool Center parking lot in Brownsburg. You've got tacos, burritos, tortas, and quesadillas, and tamales. If you go with tacos, I'd recommend going the simple onion & cilantro route, but if you're the kind of creep that needs lettuce, cheese, and sour cream on your tacos, you can ask for "supreme," and they'll ruin your tacos for you. They also carry a wide selection of bottled drinks from Jarritos to the mythological real-sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup Mexican Cokes for like two bucks. Fantastic.A couple things to note, Fiesta Tacos is a cash only establishment, and as of posting this review they're open until 11PM. The people working the truck are super friendly, and when I enquired they stated they intend to stay at this location indefinitely, even through the winters. Hopefully that remains true.

So we have passed by this stand many times while visiting family and one night my wife was too hungry to think so we stopped here. Best decision we made! The tacos were on point and we will most likely stop EVERY time we go to see family!
