Wow! GREAT DEAL. Delicious and unique burgers for $6 or 2 for $10 (I think). Risotto balls for $3 (these are a bit 'too' much but good in small quantities). The England burger is essentially a Shepherd's Pie on a bun...and wow. I'm a huge fan of shepherd's pie and this was amazing. I never would have thought to pair it on a bun...and now I want more!I also got the Korean burger, which is burger with Kimchi and BBQ sauce. This was good, too! Different but I liked it. The service was also very friendly. I can't wait to find them again!

As part of our GenCon shenanigans, Jules and I managed to swing by Far-Out Fred's truck on Sunday, as we made one last trip around the Dealer Hall before heading out.As per usual, we weren't disappointed with the food trucks on Georgia Street.Far-Out Fred's featured burgers and sandwiches with some around-the-world flair: Jules ended up choosing a kim-chee covered Korean burger, while I opted for the South American flavored steak sandwich. While Jules thought her burger was somewhat middling, my sandwich was delectable. I definitely could have used more of the chimichurri sauce that came with it, but that's a niggling detail. The real highlight here, though? Risotto balls! Tasty, delectable deep fried balls of rice, cheese, and bacon, that I couldn't get enough of. I'll definitely be back at Fred's, just for those!

Great food made by great people. My favorite is the steak kabob on a half baked potato. Risotto balls are great too. My son has fallen in love with the grilled cheese.

Ate here after the Indy 500 before picking up our bikes and heading home. Food is good. But boy do you not get much for what you pay. But they were the only food truck around.

I came for the Risotto balls and was not disappointed! The steak and shrimp kabobs were really good too. The price's were very reasonable considering how much food you get- I would definitely come back

This was some of the best food truck food I've had at GenCon this year. The steak kabob is well marinated and perfectly cooked, and the bacon cheddar risotto balls are insanely good. I hope they're back every year!

We tried this truck at Speedway Pub Crawl. It was a confusing and disappointing experience. Yes, we were sober. One side of the truck advertised burgers, the other had poorly lit pictures &, in the window, a chalkboard with "St Patty's day Specials". The board had instructions on how to order. 1. Pick a country. 2. Baked potato or bun. 3. $6 each or 2 for $10. I took a picture to be sure. Further down were some other options. But who wants to read too many details for fast food? We asked what's good? She suggested the kabobs. We ordered, what we thought, 2 kabobs. Both with potatoes. She gave us a ticket. Mine came up and my partner waited. And waited. It was not busy. And waited. After several others had received their meals (he is a patient soul), he approached the window to find that we had paid $12+ for 1 kabob, 1 potato & 1 water. Really? It was edible. But the meat was tough & chewy plus very inconvenient to eat standing up. Next time I'll go across the street to Foyt's Wine Vault for a yummy grilled cheese.

I must say, I was skeptical when I ordered an America burger from them, my husband ordered their surf & turf - which is a shrimp kabob & a steak kabob that comes with a half of a baked potato, and we also ordered a small order of their risotto balls. First, the burger is not a patty, which is why I was skeptical, but I could not have been more wrong - the flavors were fantastic! And that sauce! My husband what just as thrilled with his kabobs and we both loved the risotto balls as well. You can tell that the meat is very good quality and the shrimp were quite large. We loved it and will be back!

I ordered the America burger. This is not a burger. It is ground meat on a biscuit like half bun. The portion was a child size and with a can of pop it was almost $9. The taste was not so great whatsoever! Very disappointing to say the least. I will not be back. At least at the Gov Ctr cafe you can buy a real beef burger for $4. I give Fred's NO stars but Yelp is making me so.....
