Very helpful and friendly staff. Fast service! Greek skillet was delicious. My husband had the meat lover's skillet and loved it. Kept the coffee refills coming and several staff members stopped by to check on us even though we were not their table!

There are plenty of things to choose from on the menu. Any place that serves full breakfast all day is ok with me. The staff are very nice and the place is actually pretty big, plenty of tables and booths also clean and bright. The dessert fridge is nice to see, few places still have them. As stated earlier I ordered breakfast at 7:15 in the evening. I got the everything omelette (hold the tomatoes). With well done hash browns (see photo, they were perfect.)

A Gem in Greencastle. Took my Mother In-law here for Mothers Day a day early. She worked here ( a few years back ) when this was a carhop called The Double Decker. It is also where she met my husbands father. It has changed a lot since then ,but the over hang where you parked to get service is still out back. Husband got an Omelette with Bacon and Cheddar Cheese and Crispy Hashbrowns. He loved it. I got a Breaded Tenderloin with French Fries and Cottage Cheese. The tenderloin was awesome and twice the size of the bun. A true Hoosier Tenderloin. Mother in-law got a Chopped Steak dinner with mixed veg, baked potato and salad. She pretty much cleaned her plate. Our server was friendly and she did an and awesome job. It was funny she noticed my husbands Nikes and said she had some just like his. They are the retro high tops. He had a pair of them when they weren't retro. We will for sure be back. The food and service was awesome!! I got the prime rib it was alright at best need to be in crusted it was tender but that was all it had going for it. We did get the breaded mushrooms and the were very delicious. My wife got the French toast and eggs and bacon she said it was very tasty. I had French fries with my prime rib and they were very good kind of that 80s cafe taste. The dining room a bathroom were very clean. They have a huge menu. I will go back I will just get something besides the prime rib.

Been several times, always satisfied, never leave hungry, moderate price, excellent service and servers. Good selections, good food!

Non-chain Restaurant Great place in Greencastle for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Very family friendly. Large menu with all the items you would accept a family diner/cafe to have. This visit was a special one because it is their new location! They moved to the other "end of town" and remodeled a form restaurant location. It is very neat and clean inside! Tons of seating room! Friendly staff! Good quality food. *I'll be back and add more photos soon!

Definitely a nice visit, staff was prompt, polite and quick, the owner personally went to tables to ask how things were and was taking time to get to know everyone. Very nice casual setting but with a modern feel, the food was excellent, I had the veal, my wife had the French dip and of course we like to share :) and I have to say that for the value and speed you get your food it is definitely worth the trip. Will be back for more!

Not bad. We got a gyro and a Reuben and split them. Reuben was especially good. Considering how expensive our world has gotten the price was fair.

Had a really enjoyable experience at Fairway Family Restaurant. The food is basic American with breakfast served all day. It is all homemade including the soup. They say you can judge a place by there bathroom, this one was exquisite! The whole place is exceptionally clean. Service was great, greeted and sat immediately. Food was quickly brought out. I had the haystack with eggs over easy, well cooked and tasted wonderful. Biscuits were homemade. My hubby had the hamburger Manhattan with green beans and slaw. Slaw was creamy and my hubby who considers himself to be a slaw snob stated it was perfect. My nephew had the chicken Alfredo, he stated he'd eat it again (high praise). Plenty of room in the restaurant for big family or group get togethers. You know a place is good when elderly get together. Enjoyed hearing war stories between two tables of WW II by a 97 year old and Korea by an 84 year old. Definitely recommend and will go again.
