Who are y'all hiring these days?! The woman who worked the front desk this morning was extremely rude and unprofessional, to say the least. It is 10:04 am on January 1, 2025 and she already has an attitude.I went down to the front desk this morning for assistance with an issue I had during check-in. My room was booked prior to my arrival, but I was told that I couldn't check in until after 3pm. It was late, and I was tired, so I didn't debate the issue and just booked a new reservation (@ a higher rate) with a member of the staff. Fast forward to this morning, I check my Hilton Honors app and see that I now have two bookings for the same stay. When I approached the desk, the woman was stocking the sundry store. She turned and saw me standing at the desk and just stared. I stared back. She then spoke and said something like "do you need help?" to which I responded "yes." She didn't budge. I told her that the issue was a bit involved and that she might want to come over to the counter. She said "ok. One moment" and continued stocking the shelves of the sundry store. In my humble opinion, this is a secondary task to be done in one's downtime, with the primary role being that of servicing guests. I took that time to check in on Yelp knowing that I'd be back to pen this review. When she came over she asked "are you ok?" Which I understood to be somewhat of a "vibe check" rather than a genuine inquiry. Had she truly cared, she would've responded to my request for assistance more urgently. During our interaction, I witnessed her asking another guest the same question (are you ok?) after accusing them of "playing on the phone". I chuckled, thinking to myself "wow, the audacity!"I later called down to request a late check out. She answered the phone "hello", and not "front desk", like it was her personal phone line. I made my request and she responded "you got 'til 12". My flabbers were completely gasted! She had zero couth. I'm curious to see if she actually fixed my issue or if she just blew smoke up my rear end.P.S. On my way out, I went to drop my key cards in the box labeled for them on the counter that SHE had instructed me to use earlier that day, and said staff person began motioning with her hands like "gimme gimme gimme". I asked "oh, did you want these" & began removing them from their sleeve. She then says "all of it" and I handed her the key cards. She then said "do you need the card holder" and I replied "yes" and walked away. Another very unprofessional interaction. Like, please ma'am, use your words! She looked like a child begging for sweets with that "gimme, gimme" hand motion. Some customer service and soft skills training are both very much needed.

Stayed 05/14-05/16. This was a beautiful hotel with a large lobby area big enough to have several hangout spots, including couches, a bar, a breakfast area, a small fountain, and a cozy convenience store. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious, although the bathtub was outdated and definitely needs an upgrade. Body wash was missing, but soap was provided.Parking was free with plenty of spaces available. The breakfast had options for everyone, and I liked that they offered almond milk. The kitchen area was open for requesting freshly made omelets. The staff was constantly cleaning the tables and surrounding areas. The front desk staff was nice.

I had stayed here earlier this year for work and we decided to stay here again. The hotel appeared dirty and in need of repairs, cleaning, and paint. Both the lobby and rooms were dark. My coworkers said their rooms were dirty as well. Hot breakfast had a decent amount of options. They even offered gluten-free bread! Another perk is they had a machine that brewed both hot and cold brew coffee. Manager happy hour is nice if able to attend. This location is near many restaurants and stores.

I was so impressed with all of the employees and everything about my stay (Jan 24-26, 2024)Cons: Yes, the room had "wear and tear," but still felt spacious and luxurious - especially with the tall windows & French balcony. I was on the top (8th) floor. Elevator slow compared to other locations I've stayed at.Pros: ALL employees, but I HAVE to give a shoutout to sweet, welcoming Taylor at the front desk and out-of-this-world omlette chef Lassandra (I hope I'm getting her name right!) Because of Lassandra (and those behind the scenes), I ate the best two breakfasts I've ever had at a major hotel group. BRAVO! Lassandra made me the BEST omlettes, I told her so, and her sweet reply was, "because it's made with love." Very true. I REALLY hope Hilton is good to her, because she's a major asset to the whole brand. I look at Hilton's efforts and hiring process with higher regard now because of these two employees. I never felt like a bother - just always taken care of with a smile. The bartender and two free drink tickets and free snacks at their happy hour were an amazing touch. Again, I definitely felt taken care of, and highly recommend this location as of January 2024.

This place is the worst! Everything is broken, the toilets, the elevators the towel holders, everything. There are cracks in the walls and just completely run down. The rooms smell gross. The staff are rude AF and don't give a shxx about your experience. The worst Hilton brand experience ever!

Stayed there in June, the weekend of a big baseball tournament. Short story is rather than enforce the adult only pool time after 10pm, security locked everyone out. We paid for pool usage and didn't get it because hotel thought it was easier to remove everyone rather than tellsome entitled brats and their families it was adult swim. Breakfast buffet was okay.

Room is absolutely disgustingly, dirty. Do not come here. Sheets dirty, behind the bed by the headboard filthy, hair on floor of the bathroom, shower filthy, dirt all over the floor, dust on everything, furniture dirty, old and peeling. Ceiling peeling in the lobby.

The couch and one bed had "personal stains all over" and the other bed had bugs in it. Given a second room. Same stains on both beds. After going to the desk to see a dozing desk employee, she just gave me another key for a third room. No apology. I requested the following night's stay be canceled. She said she would try; but it may not happen. Third room had a full, unflushed toilet and dirt clumps on the floor. It was 1AM before we got to sleep.

This was not up to the standards we expect from Embassy Suites. People are smoking weed in this hotel and it is coming through the vents. Additionally, someone was given a key to our room and walked in on us and quickly excused themselves. Our keys immediately no longer worked when we tried. We went downstairs maybe 20 minutes later to get new keys and the front desk was not aware of this issue since the person who walked in our room had not notified them of the issue. We will never know what really happened. The elevators are extremely slow and only half appear to be functional. The happy hour free appetizers were a bizarre combination of Nutella packets, pretzels, coleslaw, cranberries and Fritos. I don't recommend this place.
