Disappointed...I really wished our visited was better. I had been anticipating visiting this place for a long time, and I have to say I was disappointed. There has been so much talk about the cozy love seats and the recliners, but I just didn't have the experience I've been seeing across social platforms. It wasn't any different than what I've experienced elsewhere. Upon arrival, the lobby was dirty and the place must have been short staffed. We waited in line for a half hour to get snacks. We were early and almost missed the beginning of the movie. The loveseat couches are only available at the very front of the theater. Who wants to sit all the way up there?!! I thought they'd be available throughout the whole theater. But not so, so govern yourself accordingly. Again, it's no different than what I experienced at AMC theaters with reclining chairs, so not either the 40+ minute drive for me. I might try and go during the day to see if we have a better experience.

The best theater in Hamilton County...hands down.Reclining, heated seats...popcorn with real butter (as an option), handmade pizzas, great rewards.

A+ for best movie theater seats. They are large, comfortable, recline back, AND they are heated. The theater itself was very clean!The line situation at the front was a little weird. You order your food, get your food, then wait in another line to pay. The drink station could have been cleaner.

I love this theater so much! It is beautiful and extremely clean, and the staff is friendly and kind. It's easy to purchase tickets on line ahead of time. Some of the theaters are small and you feel like you're having a private showing! In the larger ones, there is not a bad seat.I highly recommend this theater.

Love the reclining seats. Another plus is that there are options to heat the seat you sit in too!Tuesdays are $5 tickets and free small popcorns so sign up for their rewards club online. Signing up is free. And it's $5 tickets all day, not just matinee hours on Tuesdays. You'll pay comparable movie snack prices, $5 for candy, $8 for fries. But they also serve alcohol, wings, pretzels and more so you chase a variety to choose from! Venue has always been clean when I visit and Hamilton town center shopping is nearby!

This was such an easy movie theater experience. Since you choose your seats ahead of time, you don't have to worry about getting there in time to get good seats. I sat in the privacy lounger which was very comfortable. The quality of the sound and screen was great. There was a huge line for food, but that's expected. I would go back.

First time in a theater for years, but very impressed. For one, the privacy loungers are reasonably priced; $32 for two seats, after tax. For another, the theater is clean, the picture is clear, and the sound is crisp. It helped that we saw Wicked, which was phenomenal. Next time we're back in Indy, we'll return to Emagine.

One of my favorite places for movies; expansive theaters that are great for premiers, heated and reclined seats that are always warm, an organized concession area, friendly staff, and I've never had a bad experience--Located at Hamilton Towne Center, super convenient to restaurants, shops, & the highway. Definitely a theater to consider.

Emagine is different movie experience. Better than most - good quality of snacks and comfort (reclining seats). Service is good. There was one NOTABLE EXCEPTION. There was a conflict where a couple would not leave the seats assigned to an elderly couple. The workers weren't much help and allowed the folks in the incorrect seats to stay. This was right next to my family's seats and disrupted our viewing experience. Smh

We were invited to see a movie here with our family and boy was I impressed. Their matinee prices are totally in line with everyone else but they offered so much more. Let's start with a full service bar and a very friendly bartender. Their food and drink area offers the usual candy, popcorn, and sodas but also mini meals like pizza, chicken nuggets and others. The theater areas are amazing. There's a large screen with perfectly balanced sound not too loud. Their reclining seats are roomy and also heated if you like. Great place to visit and enjoy a movie. Plenty of parking in their own lot and easy to get tix online.
