Got steak and eggs, steak was well done and delicious. Not to mention still hot for such a reasonable price! Will be coming back

Da-damn! So good! It's 20° outside and I was looking for something filling and warm...I found it. I couldn't finish my haystack skillet but it had everything I ever wanted. Great service too with a smile.

We like Ela's Eatery! The menu is large and wide, service is good, and the prices are competitive. I like the nice large salads, and their burgers and daily specials are also delicious. The building has recently been remodeled, and it seats a lot of ppl. I like to meet my girlfriends there for lunch when they are on a time restriction for work. Calling in orders has worked out fabulously, the meals are waiting on the table when we arrive. We are very much like the people there.

Like you might not be the Captain Cook type, but if you take a little detour, you'll discover something great (but maybe not Antarctica great). I had the Vlore Skillet - hash browns, bacon, sausage, gravy, cheese and scrambled eggs - frickin' so good. Wife had the veggie skillet - she loved the black olives in every bite. Look, I know, it's a bit off the road, but I'm telling you it's worth it. Service was great. Place was clean and neat. Danville is tough, maybe a little sketch, but you have to stick with it to get here. You won't regret it. Have an adventure. You won't be the first to cross its path, but you'll be glad you did.

Great little breakfast diner (lunch is served as well). Plenty of staff, exceptional service and large selection. My husband and I shared the Vlore Skillet--filled us both up with food leftover.

Food is ok. But it's like being at someone's house. It smelled like mildew. I'm the floor there was a pile of dirt that had been swept into a pile but not scooped up. They were playing the radio and then this guy came in and was listening to something loudly on his phone which was the sound of a man coughing and woman laughing repeatedly. And I'm pretty sure he worked there. Th guy had all the chairs on top of the tables 30 min before close. Another man there commented on it so I know I'm not the only one who felt uncomfortable. If you are going to close 30 min early, just close!!!

Really good home-like food. The restaurant might be small, but they have a good turnout for customers. Very clean and great staff.

good food, great service. looks like a dinner from the 90's, no wait for food and music is not so loud you can't hear the person across from you. would recommend

Excellent service and food. We were in town for an appt at the VA and randomly picked this restaurant from yelp. Would highly recommend.
