In town for a tournament. You wouldn't think Mexican restaurant would have breakfast, but man you wouldn't be more wrong! the dishes are way too big foe one person. we had a skillet and an omelet and didn't even get close to finishing. great coffee too! if you are ever in manchester, check this place out!

Good service and menu selection. I had shrimp cooked in a spicy red sauce with rice, refried beans, and salad. Everything was very tasty and the price was good considering the proportions.

Brand new restaurant to the area surging diner style breakfast and Mexican for lunch and dinner. We were very pleased with our dinner. Food was hot, tasted great and big portions. They have a full bar. The restaurant was very clean. They had plenty of staff so no issues with getting refills or any service. Family friendly environment.

My husband and I ate there for the first time tonight. The food was great, and the service was excellent! We'll definitely be back.

El Volcan! I was very excited to try the new Mexican establishment in the small town of North Manchester. I have been to El Mez, which is an ok restaurant, I had high hopes El Volcan would outperform El Mez in terms of food quality and service. Sadly this was not the case. My initial impression when walking in was that it was trying to be like an El Mez and not have its own feel and style. It does not feel comfortable at all, if anything it felt very bare and cold, I believe there is one small speaker that played throughout the entire restaurant that only gave me a headache. Next, with any decent Mexican restaurant, the chips and salsa typically set the expectations, and it did. The chips were warm, not fresh, the salsa was watery and had very little substance to it, when I went to take a bite, the salsa was running off the chip. The hot sauce that was on my table was Tabasco, not a typical hot sauce you would use for Mexican cuisine. The meal I ordered was a cheese quesadilla with steak and onions, something that would be hard to mess up. When I received the quesadilla, I realized that the cheese was the queso dipping sauce and contained an excess amount. I probably had a quarter of an onion and 5 pieces of steak that were all overpowered by the queso. It's safe to say that El Mez is the superior Mexican restaurant in North Manchester, despite being a 2-star restaurant at best. I will not waste any more of my hard-earned dollars at this establishment.

My family and I went on a Wednesday night and we're greatly impressed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The salsa was tasty and not too hot. We ordered the fajitas and were greatly impressed. The portions were large, and the food quality was good. We will definitely be returning and supporting this restaurant.

Good food and friendly staff. They are always serving with a smile. Lots of choices on the menu from breakfast to dinner items. Fast service at noon- easy to get back to work on time.

This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the area, including Fort Wayne. My wife and i split a steak fajita and it was excellent The chips were warm, the salsa was thick and just the right amount of heat. Service was excellent and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back again.

We liked it. Great prices and also really really good, recommend the blueberry lemonade!
