Edge Catering

"Edge Catering", AKA Kevin Trance AKA Kevin Hunter AKA whatever other name he may go by, is fraudulent. We payed this man to cater our wedding, went through all of the motions for months, and he never showed up.One week prior, he doubled the price of what had already been paid to rent plates, linens, etc. and insisted 25% of that was needed immediately to put down a hold on rentals. In addition he attempted to charge sales taxes on staff, delivery fee and deposit. After paying the 25% for rentals, a few days went by without hearing from him. Less than four days before our wedding, and no additional contact from Kevin after multiple attempts to reach him, we contacted the rental facility. They advised he did ask for a quote, a few weeks prior, but never made an actual order or put down for the event. Clearly Kevin decided he was going to take our money and not show up.Thankfully, we were able to find another caterer at the last minute, less than 90 hours away from walking down the aisle.After more than 5 weeks, thankfully, I also received my funds from PayPal, following their review of the activity. But not one word from the man that took my money to provide us food and bailed on my wedding week of.DO NOT attempt to use this "company" for any event. Kevin is fraudulent and clearly unable to be trusted. He is not somebody that deserves to own and run a company, nor should he be able to.

They gave us the best dinner party i've ever had, and were so easy to work with! Great food, decent prices, awesome service!
