Solid bar offering, nice setting lots of exposed brick, high cowlings & solid food comfortable place to enjoy a meal or adult beverages

I didn't feel welcome when I walked in to wait to get a table last Saturday afternoon. The waitress doesn't seem to be friendly. That's not the experience I want.

The 2 star is due to service and the others in the restaurant waited 2+hrs also for service with forgetting 2people in their group orders. We arrived and was seated within 10mins and then wasn't asked our order for another 30mins. To which the wait was over an hour for food to arrive on a Tuesday evening. We had 4 kids and 4 adults. The environment was clean and modern bar theme with exposed brick, industrial vibes, with shiplap. Bar section was excluded to the back corner with clean restrooms, labeled women and men. they had coloring books with crayons and several games that you were able to use at your table. The food was good and kids sizes were perfect. I was told by those who ordered sirloin to double check they know how you want the meat cooked. They have boaster seats/highchair & a bouncer for the kids. The kids loved their little slider and Mac&Cheese . Unfortunately they got the order wrong but we worked it out. The Blackened Chicken Alfredo was tasty!

Well, we went back after a mediocre experience last time. We waited over 10 minutes to be seated with no staff member in sight during that time. My advice..... don't be open without adequate staffing. Other patrons seemed to be looking around for the wait staff as well. After we were seated, the hostess gave us menus & said someone would be with us. Our waiter showed up about 5 minutes later obtaining our drink orders. We received our waters and he took our orders. We haven't seen him since, no refills on the water. The inside is the factor look. It hasn't changed. It is cute! The food is good with generous portions. Sadly, the service is so poor that it ruins the whole experience. Maybe Robert Irvine from Restaurant Rescue could be of assistance here!

This was our first time eating at Dilly's. Sat evening at 7. Five of us arrived and were seated immediately. Our server took our drink order ASAP no hard drinks just water and pop. Had drink's delivered very quick server then took our orders. I ordered the grilled shrimp with garlic mash potatoes, wife had the chicken stir fry daughter had prime rib rare Son-in law the Dilly burger grandson had grilled cheese with applesauce. Didn't wait more then 10 minutes and we were eating. My shrimp was so damn salty and way to much pepper also was undercooked to the point of being RAW I couldn't eat them and the garlic mashed potatoes were cold. My wife's chicken stir fry was salty also. Daughters Prime Rib Was cooked just right her husbands Dilly burger looked delicious and must have been cause he devoured it like he hadn't eaten in days. Grandson's grilled cheese was fine as was the applesauce. My mistake was to not complain but that's my fault. Overall we agreed on three star dinners. The establishment is very nice and clean. We'll be going back when in Akron.

Disaster dining experience. Service was the absolute worst. I'm assuming the training is lacking or almost non/existent. This was a huge waste of a meal out. Will not return.

The rib eye dinner was delicious service was great. The bartender Jackie was also our waitress. She was very responsive and the food was hit and steak cooked as ordered. I'd recommend the mashed potatoes and the Green Beans too. It's a destination in Akron In.

Great atmosphere in a small town. Excellent service by Amy and our food / drinks did not disappoint!

So just to start off we walked in and was not even greeted and then she sat us down and got us water and wasn't very polite about anything, then she got us our food and didn't check up on us not once and was being rude the entire time, we came in around 3-4ish on February 15th

5 of us. Literally got our food in shifts. My son in laws prime rib and my chicken came out first...chicken was full of bones and grizzled. When we were done, my son's nachos came out...they were good. Then 20 min later, my daughter and husband's food came out. Mediocre at best. Won't be back. So disappointed. ​
