If you're younger and grew up in the video console generation, the VR thing will probably come more intuitively to you. But I grew up on arcade games, and the staff could have been more helpful. The microphones for 2 in our group were not set up initially, then after struggling some more, and alerting the staff, it was discovered that the mics were off. Not being able to communicate to others in the game for nearly 75% of our time really ruined the experience. Be prepared to be vocal for assistance if you are new to VR and plan to visit this establishment.

We came in here one day when we were walking around Hamilton Town Center because my boyfriend and his son LOVE VR. They both geeked out at all of the VR options and my boyfriend's son did one or the rollercoaster VRs that had a special chair you sit in to simulate movement and feel vibrations from the coaster. He said he really enjoyed it and it was about $5 bucks for a 5 min ride. There are several more advanced VR options separated from each other so people have room to move with the VR. Pretty cool place! Definitely would be fun to do for a kids party or adults who love VR! Check them out. Pretty cool concept and staff were very nice.
