This is a Marriott? I'm at a loss for words. 13.00 for breakfast buffet? This is a one and done, no second chance. Water in shower has no pressure. Place is filthy dirty. Staff is .......... Snippy. This is NOT A BUSINESS HOTEL. More like a brothel. UPDATE. Day 2 room keys were not working at the property so they had to bring you upstairs and let you in to your room. Then when you would go back to getting back into your room, they would give you like you were bothering them type thing. It's not my fault the keys don't work. The floor in front of my room is filthy. It looks like the ceiling is falling apart.Day 3 the keys work again. But now there's no Wi-Fi and no TV. I can't do any work and I can't watch TV. There's not a hole in the ceiling. Maintenance was repairing pipes in front of my room today. Shout out to maintenance. You're the only nice people that work here very professional the one star is for them. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and told her this is the worst Marriott I ever stayed at she said we feel the same way I said yeah but you're not paying for it.I check out tomorrow. This place is a dump. There's six hotels on this road. You'd be better off at Comfort Inn or red roof next-door.

When I was driving up to the Delta Hotel by Marriott I didn't know what to think. The outside didn't look like any Marriott property I have ever visited. It was dark (as in poorly lighted), and kind of oddly situated between a Marriott Hotel and a Red Roof Inn. Once I found the entrance and walked into the lobby, I was pleasantly surprised. The Delta Hotel Indianapolis East is what was formerly a LaQuinta Inn. I implore you not to be thrown off by the exterior of the property. I was in a Queen room that is clean and modern and very comfortable. They have remodeled and redecorated the interior of the hotel. I am sure they will be doing the same to the exterior of the hotel as well. It was everything I have come to expect from a Marriott brand hotel. This newest addition to the Marriott hotel chain is positioned to go up against the Clarion and LaQuinta Inn type of hotels. The hotel is located off I-70 East. There are a good amount of places to gas up your vehicle and grab something to eat. You can also get food delivered.I will definitely be looking to stay at a Delta Hotel by Marriott again on my travels.

A very nice clean hotel, my largest negative as a traveler is an average taxi ride from IND Airport was 30 min and averaged 40 USD with Uber. The decor didn't make much sense as was more laughable than enjoyable. Random roman/Greek life size works of "art" were in the lobby. On the positive, the hotel was beautiful in other aspects. A fire place in the bar, plenty of seating areas. Breakfast was provided by the adjoining Marriot hotel and was made to order and enjoyable. This was a short layover hotel and while I didn't spend much time here for the price (under 150 USD after tax) it was a good stay, but for a traveler like myself the Uber/cab ride 40usd 1 way can be considered a show stopper.

The hotel was clean, the lobby smelled good, the room was nice and even though there was an issue with the tv in the first room, the person working the desk moved me over seamlessly into a room a few doors down with a functional tv :)I had 0 issues with my stay, and I would even like to mention the the staff went above and beyond in helping me locate an exclusive limited edition collared shirt I had accidentally left behind In the closet. Honest housekeeping staff returned it, and I'm super grateful to the people working at this location for all their efforts.I see some less than favorable reviews , but from my subjective personal experience I think this hotel was a phenomenal value for what's offered.

My company set me up in a room here for work out of town, and at first i thought this place was just fine. Clean, and good service. My girlfriend came to visit me for a night and her car was stolen out of the parking lot. Not only did the hotel not pull the camera footage up for me or the police, they did not inform any workers that a vehicle was stolen. Every time I've contacted the hotel, they have no idea what im talking about. The security lady who was "patrolling all night" never saw someone break in or see the car leave the lot, and after leaving my name and number and calling multiple times with the front desk and the security office, they never got back with any details. I was told by the front desk "this is the east side of town, we should expect that." I was informed only a couple months before they had multiple vehicles get their catalytic converters stolen. Clearly security did not change, step up, or improve since then as a whole vehicle was broken into and stolen off of their lot. As a business who deals with new customers, or repeated customers like myself for work, that sees all kinds of different vehicles, you would think they would care enough for their own business to look into how a car that was parked 3 spots away from the front door with a camera pointed right at it could be stolen out of their lot (with a security person on "patrol"). But they would rather tell the customer tuff luck and go on with their day, simply because it seems they couldn't care less to do their job. If you value your vehicle and any property in it, I would not recommend, and apparently the workers feel the same way as it is "the east side of town." Surely they would say the same thing if it was their own vehicle.

My wife and I drove to Indianapolis to attend a concert, staying at this hotel for one night. We have used Marriott properties for the last 45 years, this one should not be a Marriott! As others have stated, this hotel is stuck between a Fairfield Inn and other low budget hotel. It was hard to find the entrance which was strangely located off the street. While the staff and room were acceptable, it is by no means Marriott level. Unbeknownst to me, the typical Member nightly rate for this hotel is about $100. It appears we chose a weekend of a huge dog exhibition/competition at the Fairfield next door causing our room to be $300 for the night, shame on them and me. I was fooled by the Marriott name, don't you be!

The Delta is conveniently located at the Indianapolis airport and offers free parking and shuttle service to the airport. I loved the hotel's modern architecture, attractive room, and very comfortable bed. The front desk staff was very professional at check-in and checkout. The clerk at checkout was kind enough to go out of her way to bring me a coffee to go on the shuttle while the large pot of coffee in the lobby was being made/refilled.

Front desk employees and apparently manager are very rude. There is no consideration on a tired client walking in with a reservation on hand. Breakfast (that is complementary) is the worst i have ever seen in my life. Im an Ambassador at Marriott and I've seen a lot of properties.Breakfast area is so dirty. There's no one to help at breakfast area. The only time i saw an associate from Marriott at breakfast area is when she got her self a coffee. The hall way on second floor smells like vomit. There is no consideration regarding your tier with Marriott. I hope this helps to bring some sense to the property. Ill be moving to the Marriott next door. Hope to see a better outcome

I can't believe this hotel is part of the Marriott brand! The hotel doesn't look anything like the photos listed; it's in a questionable area, the rooms were old with a smell, and then you had to go outside the hotel to get to your room. The Red Roof Inn looked better than this hotel. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and I'm truly disappointed in the representation of this hotel. It should be condemned!

Where is customer service I have ever experienced. They will not pick you up from the airport. And the problem is the manager. I've been traveling for 22 years. This will be the last time I ever stay at the Marriott. Delta Hotel is the most embarrassing thing that the Marriott represents. The lack of professionalism that your employees have in your hotel is ridiculous. I hope you go out of business pretty soon.
