The first night the heating unit was making very loud noises even after it was turned off. Around 1am I was at the front desk and one of the agents contacted the GM, Dawn Campbell. They changed my room and Dawn stated she would give me a free night. Well that never happened.I am a Titanium member, paid for my 6 nights with points. She only added 10k points which did not equate. I asked many times and told her the amount of points used for the first night. She only added 5k more, stating it was what we agreed upon. Then closer to the end of my stay a staff member tried to remove my DND hanger which was taped to the door to enter my room under the assumption of cleaning.Dawn was okay with this and stated the employee stated she cleaned my room. You can tell she was rummaging around in the room and moved things around. My room was never cleaned and now a ring is missing.Dawn, along with her asst manager stated a ring never showed up. Well, why would it show up if a person was in the room without permission.Nothing was done on behalf of the hotel.I filed a police report, but was told it could take until January for a case number and action.

This hotel isn't a bad option if you need to spend a quick night, especially if you have an early morning flight.Highlights:+ looks and feels relatively new+ price was right; however, expect spikes on the typically busy travel holidays and during major events, such as the 500 or Brickyard + Friendly staff+ 24/7 "Pantry" that was accessible for elites that seemed to be relatively well stocked + they provided ear plugs (see cons)+ location - near IND airport. Right off of Sam Jones and Executive drive near the old airport+ there is a shuttle to/from the airport+ double blinds which kept the outside lights outCons:-location- it is right off of the freeway and if your sensitive to noise, this might be the place for you. The nearby Courtyard might be better options of Marriott Hotel located in this particular area-bed- it's a bit stiff, but doable for a single night --dinning options are extremely limited. There is a restaurant in the lobby, as well as a place that serves Starbucks coffee- the ac/heating unit was loud as hell. The temperature is controls were located on the unit it's self, not via the wall thermostat Notes/Tips:*they offer Soapbox products for the bathroom. *shower is decedent height. Just make sure to slowly turn on the water at you might be in for a blast from the shower wand.

Wonderful hotel! Very beautiful but although it has airport in the name, it's about 15-20 minutes from airport. One quirky thing is that they do not give wash cloths, so pack some disposable ones. It has a bar n grill on the inside that has decent food. If ever in the area give this hotel a try!

I specifically asked the front desk for a quiet room after not sleeping 2 nights at the Columbia Club hotel, which by the way is a total dive. They placed me on a high floor, very nice, however, the room was closest to the freeway which has two major issues; very loud highway road noise, & vehicle exhaust fumes in the room. Glazed, soundproof windows are a must for any hotel this close to the freeway & the General Manager said they have had complaints & have notified corporate with no solutions in sight. The fumes from the highway caused me to cough throughout the night, and today, one day later, I have a burning & mucus build up in my chest. I can still smell exhaust fumes. I'm very healthy & always have been. Not a me issue. This is a hyper critical issue & I find it remarkable it has not been addressed. I will notify Marriott & Indianapolis authorities overseeing the safety of hotel guests but letting all you of you on Yelp know to avoid staying in rooms closest to the freeway. Ask to be in a room closest to the parking lot. I ate at the restaurant on site. It's ok. Something to eat & the food is not worthy of additional comment.

***AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS***My stay at the Delta Hotel-Indy Airport (5860 Fortune Circle) was the worst Marriott/Bonvoy stay I have experienced.I checked-in around midnight, exhausted from a long day of travel. The room I was given faced the highway (noisy), and the A/C did not work. I was so tired that I figured I could sleep with my white noise app on my phone and just pull a sheet over me.After tossing-and-turning for hours, I went back to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to another room for the remainder of the one-night stay - to a room that did not face the highway. The front desk employee told me that there was only one other vacant room but warned me that it, too, had road noise. I told her that maybe the second room's A/C would be working, so that would at least be a partial upgrade. Well, just as she warned, room #2 was also noisy. I tried to sleep and largely failed. On the plus side, the A/C worked.Prior to check-out time, I got in the shower and was stunned to learn that there was no hot water. (This is the point that the stay was truly becoming a JOKE.) I called the front desk, and a very kind maintenance man was dispatched to my room in short order. He apologized for the problem, and he explained that it would take him 1 - 2 hours to fix the problem. I told him that I did not wish to wait that long for hot shower. Instead, I would deal with the cold shower and get out of the room as quickly as possible so that he could fix the problem and the next guest wouldn't suffer. After my cold shower and heading to the front desk, I told the front desk employee that - after two noisy rooms, no A/C, and no hot water - I thought the room should be comp'd. Wow - you should have seen the attitude she pulled with me. I won't go into details, but suffice to say this particular employee should **not** be working in ***any*** type of customer service position. She was the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered at any Marriott/Bonvoy property. After questioning my honesty, she told me that I would have to talk to the manager...adding that he wasn't onsite.I asked that the GM please call me when he returned to the hotel. Her farewell to me as I was walking out the front door: "I'll be sure he calls you, Mr. Platinum" (referring to my Bonvoy Elite level).I never received an email or call from the general manager.

Seemed to be a fairly new hotel and wasn't old looking at all. Location was OK, but it's literally right next to the highway and you can easily identify how many cylinders each car has when they drive by. Luckily, road noise doesn't bother me, and I can understand the reviews of others. I thought it was pretty clean and the king room I had on the first floor had a nice layout. They give you complimentary bottled water which was nice, although the refrigerator doesn't really get past cool. It was weird that the safe door next to the bed can not be closed unless you use it, so the door was opened the whole time. If you're not paying attention, you could easily trip over it. And speaking of doors, the room door doesn't fully close unless you let it slam shut on its own. You can not pull the door shut and lock it. I had the front desk guy come show me how to close it, and he said the same thing...you just have to let it slam. I heard several doors slam shut in the 2 days there, but it was fine by me. Nothing to really walk to around here, unless you go to another hotel. You definitely need a car to stay here or just uber everywhere. It is convenient to the airport, as they have a shuttle that runs 24/7 every 15 mins. You can ever sign up for it if you have an early flight which was convenient. The staff was very nice and wifi worked well.

Not sure why they've got such a low rating on Yelp but I've stayed here several times and it's always pleasant! During my first stay, I stayed for a week; the room was clean, had all the standard appliances, comfy bed, etc. They have a gym on site (24hrs) which was a bonus for me. They have a diverse staff body(all ethnicities and ablebodiness) which I found impressive due to the location lol. It's super close to the Airport... restaurant is accommodating but has few options for vegans. During my 2nd trip the vibe was similar. No issues.

Stayed here while in town for a work trip. Briana was working the front desk and she was very cheerful and pleasant. Always was greeted by her when I came back inside. I thought this hotel had a fitness center, but I didn't see it. Room was big enough that I was able to work out in my room. I felt that the room could have had more towels, but overall I was satisfied. They have plenty of parking. They do offer a shuttle to the airport if needed as well.

Rooms are fine but the breakfast experience was appallingly awful. DO NOT EAT HERESat down at 9:20 and they brought half the plates out at 10, at 10:20 the other half still hadn't arrived. At 10:20 when we questioned why it was taking so long we were told that it was our fault for ordering things that were difficult to cook - we ordered off their rather limited menu and the missing items were the "2 egg plate" and "biscuits and gravy".When oatmeal was served we requested a spoon and 10 minutes later we finally flagged the server down to ask again. When the food came there was a giant hair in the eggs.

I think I've stayed at all the IND-area hotels; after two stays, this is my favorite, and my go-to for any future work trips. Factors contributing to this opinion:Great bar. I appreciate the large selection of craft brews on tap, compared to the usual bud light bottles in a fridge that you might get at other places. Staff are friendly. On my first stay, I was stranded overnight due to a flight cancellation, and they delayed last call to the last possible moment so that I could get some food and drinks. Location is good for getting to downtown or back to the airport. I'll admit it's not the prettiest area, being tucked away in a big industrial park; but when I'm traveling for work, I don't need a breathtaking view.Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of outlets, and good desk space for working. Wifi solid. If you have platinum status, they have a nice "pantry," which is actually a fairly large room with great selection of snacks, chips, breakfast items, grab-n-go, etc.Coffee in the morning was good. Gym has full dumbbell set and several cardio machines, all in working order as of two weeks ago--again, different from what you get in lots of places. Clean, modern aesthetic in the lobby and common areas.
