Days Inn Northwest

The hotel was in a good location. However, the guest in the rooms were load most of the night. It is a disgrace to the area.

Will definitely not be staying here again not worth it dirty sheets nasty tub smells horrible

This place gets ZERO stars, but I have to put something. We had a room booked and day of our departure to drive there, my spouse called to ask about an ADA accessible room since they're physically disabled. The front desk person responded saying they didn't do that and Service Animals were not allowed on the premises. My spouse made no mention of a Service Animal, however, we did have a Service Animal that would be coming with us. The front desk person was extremely rude and basically told my spouse if we showed up with a Service Animal they would cancel our reservation. It is completely illegal to do/say this. My family will never use Days Inn again.

Very unclean, very unkept, smelled like weed continuously, not happy with our stay. We moved rooms and still was not clean. I asked for a broom to clean up crackers that were found on the floor and they handed me gloves to do it myself. Not sure if they even wash or clean anything from previous guest

I stayed 5 days. The price was great but you get what you pay for. The carpet was badly frayed in spots and sticky. The pillows were all knotty where the filling inside was all broke up. The comforter (Thank Heaven) was between two sheets and blood spotted or ???. The place is very much in need of updating and repair. Staff was efficient but not friendly.I was surprised that my room was on the 1st floor since most hotels place single women on the upper floors.

We were expecting a pool & some kind of breakfast & just wanted to get my Mom, who is disabled, blind & on dialysis 3 time's a week, out the house, do something fun but instead there was no pool, no breakfast & my son found a bed bug on his pillow. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic & nice, they refunded my money & I was just going to let it go. Their sale's manager emails me & accuses us of bringing it & normally they would have orkin check the room before refunding but the employee didn't follow procedure but there will be no more refund. I didn't ask for anymore money & I don't appreciate being accused of bringing it with us. Also she didn't even bother to apologize for anything at all. Will not ever stay here again or at any other Days Inn & I highly recommend no one stay here.
