Dashboard Food Truck

We love Revery, but with kids and schedules as they are, it's not always practical to make it over there. So what if they came to us?Enter Dashboard Food Truck.Not the full menu obviously, but the same quality. The Rev Burger is absolutely phenomenal. The cheese curds are great, but what makes them extra special is the dipping sauce - mostly ranch but with a little BBQ sauce mixed in. So good.There are also daily specials, so you never know exactly what's going to show up.Lately they've been hanging out in the old Marsh parking lot at 135 and Stones Crossing a few days a week, but they can be found all around town. Follow them on Facebook for the most up to date information on where they'll be and what specials they'll offer that day.You can also order ahead online which is GREAT, but my only complaint is that you can't really customize anything at all when ordering online. It's nice that they have a plain hamburger or plain cheeseburger as items on the menu, it would be great if you could order the specials without a specific item--like a tenderloin without mustard, etc. You can probably order it this way in person (haven't tried!) but just not online.

So, I wanted to start food truck Friday at my corporate office but they decided to trump me and do a welcome back lunch. Dashboard was highly recommended in several mom groups so we booked it! Oh em gee... the burger was one of the best I've ever had! The cheese curds looked phenomenal and sold out. The tenderloin and fries was mouth watering. They were so friendly and reasonably priced. Are you looking for a food truck for your office? Or, check out their schedule and try them out! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent serving size for the price! $5 for a loaded burger and fries. Will happily revisit this food truck another time.

Delicious! Dashboard has been to the elementary school where I work twice, and it is such a treat! The first time I ordered the Baja Bowl, and cheese curds. The second time I ordered the fried avocado tacos, and cheese curds. Both meals were wonderful! I especially appreciated the customer service the 2nd time around because I placed my order two hours before I could eat by accident. The ladies who were working the truck were quick to reschedule my order, and I was very grateful to them for that. The previous reviewer of Dashboard mentioned the yummy dipping sauces and I second that. I enjoy their ranch dip for the cheese curds, but I also add on a side of the garlic aioli too. Get yourself to Dashboard, you won't be disappointed!

Love food trucks - this one is at the top of the list of great food trucks. The truck has a legit bistro chef preparing delicious handmade food. The cheese curds are so perfectly crispy, seasoned and paired with a rich dipping sauce. The Rev-Burger is a gourmet burger cooked to perfection with lettuce, tomato and next level house made pickles and garlic aioli. Bring ur appetite - it's a big burger. Crinkle fries are good especially dipped in their cheddar cheese sauce. Dashboard generally mixes up their menu with other specialty items but the burger and fries are a constant. I have eaten from the Dashboard food truck more than 10 times and everything I've ever tried from has been five star.Throughout the summer, you can usually find the food truck posted up in the parking lot of Folktale... The big white building behind Revery. Grab an adult beverage from Folktale and sit on the picnic tables or the seating area at while you eat from the food truck. There is lots of shade and it's very peaceful.
