We have lived in Dakota Ridge for over four years now. In that time, the quality of the management has declined quite a bit. We have had lots of maintenance issues and often it takes three or more requests to get problems fixed. Usually the staff doesn't repair anything until at least a week after you submit a request. Sometimes it takes months. Our air went out one summer and we had to repeatedly call about hot air blowing out and they weren't addressing the correct problem. It's pretty ridiculous. Three times our rent check has been lost or our bill wasn't the correct amount. Sometimes we don't get a bill in the mail at all which would be fine except water is included in that bill so it's not a set amount each month. The dumpster has been a real issue and breaks quite frequently, resulting in piles of trash all over the sidewalk and parking lot. They've just started valet trash service, which was free but now costs $15/month on top of a trash fee we already pay.In the workout room, the breaker trips and I've seen people running on the treadmill nearly break their necks. Staff just shrugs and says they are aware of it. Updated: after two months of them getting our bills wrong again (happens all the time) I have downgraded them to 1 star. Live elsewhere. Can't wait to move out.

I have only just moved in so.....While these are nice apartments you pay all utilities. I can handle that. What I cannot handle is the opinion that if I put in a work order that gives them the right to enter my apartment if I am not home. There should be an expectation of privacy. I should not come home from the vet to find people in my apartment! That being said, It's an open floor plan with complete site lines. He patio is screened in with no outside access so it's a safe place to play for cats, dogs or kids. The rooms are small. The master is best suited for a double bed but can fit a king, if that's the only furniture you have. The floor plan for a second story will say just over 1200 square feet but that's because they include the stairs to get to the second floor. The actual living space is 1188 square feet, whether upstairs or down. Some apartments have wood laminate/carpet. Some have all carpet. There seem to be a good number of parking spaces.

7 months of stepping on animal feces that encompasses the entire estate, repeated requests to repair numerous maintenance related issues, and a rude staff of managers.Although this property is managed by a large realty business, it is micromanaged by a click of locals who appear to be friends and family.if you enjoy smelling your neighbors marijuana 12 hours a day, strangers parked and sleeping in their cars every night, and the wasted electricity on account of old appliances, this might be a great place for YOU to live.

We have lived in Dakota Ridge for 16 months. We live in a two-bedroom apt. and it is roomy enough for us. Love the location as it is close to shopping, dining and a library branch. Landscape is well maintained and entrances are welcoming. Easy access to main roads to get us where we need to go. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Maintenance issues are generally resolved in a day or two. Staff does let us know if it will take longer. We are glad that we chose Dakota Ridge and intend to stay for a long time.David and Elaine S.

Dakota Ridge is a great apartment! I lived there for two years and it deserves better ratings! The complex makes you feel as if you live in another state like the mountains and looks so homey during the winter time. The layout is perfect and even though they don't have stainless steel appliances it still has great value. Forever my favorite complex!

DONT. just don't. Where do I start? Parking is a mess. But in the lease you can have 2 cars! 11 spots for 8 apartments! That's 16. We all know basic math aside from the office ladies. Denise and dawn are super entitled. 53 days before the lease ends and you charge me a month extra for the late notice of moving? On your lead it says 60 days. Then I get the whole "not my problem speech" from them? That's beyond bullshit. At least attempt to empathize with your customers!!! 7 days is a bit ridiculous. Maintenance is a daily thing. Door handles come off in your hand while trying to open doors. Sinks never drain nor do the showers. There is a huge ramp in my hallway from the floor like sinking or something that was just ignored. Threw flooring right on over it. Repainting the registers to cover rust. This all come out after about a month or 2 of living there. Just enough time for you to not notice it on the walk but then they ensure their deposit by the time you leave because obviously the tenant caused all that damage? NOT. When you need a repair, maintenance won't show till after the time on the notice or the next day. One knock and they're inside your apartment before you can get the door open. Thieves in the parking lot stealing catalytic converters. This business is UNFIT. I'll pay your double rent bullshit and you can have my deposit. we are OUT OF HERE.
