I love stopping at this little spot when coming through Green Castle, often after a hike or outdoor adventure. They have hand-dipped ice cream and soft serve along with all your usual dinner food like hotdogs, burgers, fries, etc. It's all reasonably priced. The hand dipped ice cream servings are hearty- the small looked like a M or L to me! They have limited seating inside and a handful of tables and booths outside. This is a cute small town, no-frills spot!

Stopped at this place and tried food.Ordered supreme taco.Let me start worst taco ever, sloppy, super over salted and definitely you can tell not fresh ( this place doesn't know apparently what is taco and how it needs to look).People like ice cream at this place, don't serve food if you only using can foods very bad !!!!

Typically I would give Dairy Castle 5 stars. Today while Covid is still an issue not a single employee I could see thru the drive thru had on a mask and I saw at least 4 people. So who knows what other precautions they are or aren't doing.

Just went tonight I got the tenderloin as usual. Well it had changed and it was not very good. My wife got the cheeseburger she said it was all right. I think it changed owners but not positive. I was very disappointed. Might go back for ice cream but not for food anymore.

So fun! Everyone knows how much I love ice cream at any time of day. Literally even in the morning, if it's offered to me, I'll eat it. This afternoon, after a long day of school and zoom learning, my DePauw bf took me here because he's so nice and we got ice cream. I got a heath & Oreo flurry. I will say, I was expecting something so delish based on the outside which is so cute and colorful. And it was good! Really good! I was just expecting it to be like life changing. I wish there was more of the candies and cookies in the flurry but it really was good. Exactly what I needed. :)

New ownership has dropped the quality of food considerably. Service is poor and food is no longer fit to eat. Tried on 3 different occasions trying to give them a chance but always poor quality and taste.

Was told this is better than Dairy Queen! Small lot and tiny inside but they have outside seating area. Range from cones, soft serve, milkshakes, etc. Seasonal shop so get it while you can!

Even though the line was like it didn't take very long to get our order. The staff was friendly and efficient (and they did it with a smile) my only hope I'd they work out the line organization because we were confused what was happening.

This place has gone downhill this season. The hard ice cream is awful now, tastes freezer burnt. And they don't make seasonal flavors anymore. What a shame used to be such a good place to go. Now it's just another crummy Greencastle sub par stop.
