This is a low frills coffee shop that is ideal for downtown employees on the go. I often find myself here grabbing a quick drink to hit the road for a walk and talk meeting. It seems like a lot of their clientele comes from within the office building that they reside. They're conveniently located just a block from Monument Circle and a few blocks from the Cultural Trail. This shop offers standard coffee drinks along with seasonal flavors- pumpkin, peppermint, etc. they also sell a handful of pastries- I asked where they were made out of curiosity but the young woman working wasn't certain. The space is a little on the outdated side -90s coffee shop vibes. Overall, the staff is friendly and down to business.

A great place to grab a quick cup of coffee and/or pastry before starting the day. Out of the few times that I've been, the various staff have been really friendly and open to explaining some of their options.

I wanted to pick up a cup of coffee after breakfast because in my world, there's never such a thing as too much coffee. Cups Coffee is a local Indy chain, and they had a location perfectly placed between Le Peep and the Sheraton in the Fifth Third Tower. This particular coffee shop is meant to assist the business crowd, but I also needed a cup of joe on a Monday morning so I went in. It's a tiny storefront with one gal working and your typical coffee options. I ordered an iced vanilla latte and waited while she made it.They also offer a small menu of breakfast or lunch offerings if you need a quick meal between meetings. She had my latte ready in a matter of minutes and off I went back to the hotel. The latte did the trick. It was good coffee and had a nice sweetness that wasn't overpowering. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit that location again, but considering they have multiple stops in downtown Indy, it should be pretty easy to get your fix.

Nice spot to grab a snack. I usually will grab the whole tuna sandwich ($5.25), a muffin ($2.95) and a bag of chips ($1.00). The tuna appears to be a store bought sweet, rather than savory, tuna with a very generous portion. The service is nice and quick!Things to know:1. This establishment is located in the Capital Center, which is connected to the Fifth Third Building (North Tower) and the Frost Brown Todd Building (South Tower).2. There is a 20 minute loading right in front of the south tower, which will give you plenty of time to get in and out with your snack and on to the next location should you be driving.

Cups offers great customer service and tasty coffee (at an affordable price). I usually just go with the dark roast of the day, but I like their Americano and their cold brew (summer). There are benefits to bringing your own cup. Refills (on regular coffee) are $1.00.

Nice spot inside the 5/3 building downtown. Great customer service. The owner (think that's who she is) was nice and answered all my questions. The muffins were good and I would definitely meet clients who works downtown there. It's a pretty much to go spot with seats outside of the coffee shop.

My go-to coffee! Their flavored brews are incredible. I love being adventurous with options like "bananas foster" and "creme brûlée". There are cups spots all over the city, not just this location. The baked goods are always yummy & huge, too. Reasonable prices & discounts for bringing your own reusable cup (at the TCU location, at least) make Cups my first choice to refuel during the day.
