I stopped by Culver's to grab a salad, but after seeing the flavor of the day, I had to snag a scoop of that as well. The salad was fresh, but nothing over the top. The custard was amazing as usual. Service at this location was somewhat slow this particular day, but typically it goes pretty fast. Out the restaurant was clean. Please note, there are tables outside if you choose to enjoy your food with fresh air!

If they had this in california, they would give habit burger and grill a run for their money. Iono about in n out but it just might. They ladies at the register were so nice and made my experience better. The curder burger was fantastic and for fast food, it hits the spot. 10/10 would recommend. Sucks this item was a limited offering. i got onion rings with my order, and there were tasty too.

Had a lot of issues before, but this place seems to be running much better with new management- orders on time, correct, and friendly staff. Food is great as always

I haven't visited Culver's since my last review, which was pretty poor. Today, I ordered online for curbside pickup. I arrived at 6:20, parked in the "Curdside pickup" ( how cute & convenient) and tapped a button "I'm here" in my confirmation email- a Culver's team member was then prompted to deliver my order. I'm not the most patient person, and kind of started to watch the clock as soon as I typed, but Culver's delivered and my order was out within 3 minutes, packaged with everything my son would need to enjoy his food-- the correct order, smartly packed, the shake straws, fork, napkin. My son said his food was fresh & tasty. Fast food made convenient, fresh, and tasty. A nice experience!

I really was undecided on what I wanted for dinner, but I remembered that Culvers had a fish sandwich. So I ordered through the drive-through got the codfish meal. The line was pretty long however he did not take me long to get my food. It was hot and fresh, not ashamed to say that I ate my cashew caramel sundae first then my cod sandwich. On a sidenote, I really do feel like the sandwich itself was kind of plain maybe just added scoop of tartar sauce or more flavored bun would've helped out in the situation I would order it again.

It has been a few months since I had the opportunity to be the first review for this Glendale Town Center location of Culver's. While I primarily utilize the drive-thru, I have had the opportunity to also dine inside. While I'd hoped a few bugs would have been worked out by now, I'm feeling obligated to drop the Culver's rating a star because of ongoing service issues, a frequently slow drive-thru, and far too many order errors. As I noted previously, as a chain Culver's tends to be one of my favorites. I've long been a fan of the 56th and Post location because my mother used to sell them their food and I got to know the crew really well. I was excited about this particular location as it's closer to my home and seems to have a much better drive-thru design. It's also close to multiple places I shop. This location is a free-standing Culver's in the spot previously held by O'Charley's. The O'Charley's building was torn down and Culver's built. The design is fairly typical Culver's, though they've somewhat mirrored a frequent Chick-fil-A drive-thru design by having a two-sided drive-thru that goes down to one lane as you approach the window. Then, you are typically given a number and you pull up to one of six spots to wait for your order. Employees come outside to deliver the order. Shortly after opening, Culver's had several weeks where only one lane was actually open. However, lately, I've noticed they are back to two lanes. From what I understand, they've installed outdoor heating to help employees stay warm when working outside - however, after the first week or two I've not seen employees working outside except to bring the food. Still, this location is one of the nicer locations. The interior feels a little more compact and is definitely a little less accessible than some locations. While all the curb cuts are present, once inside the tables have an attractive but not always wheelchair friendly design. They do also have some high-top tables. There's also outdoor dining for better weather. You do have to pull into Glendale Town Center. This is not like Chick-fil-A and will not block Keystone. Culver's was initially quite packed, though things have slowed down somewhat. If you know Culver's, then you have an idea of what to expect here. They emphasize their Butterburgers, however, do also offer a variety of other sandwiches. They do have value baskets, as well. Of course, the Culver's custard items are also quite popular and should give Dairy Queen down the street a run for their money. This area continues to improve. Between the nearby Target and the Landmark Glendale (which is getting a renovation soon), this really is an ideal location for a Culver's.While my general experience with Culver's is that customer service is strong and orders accurate, that's really hit-and-miss here. Some of the employees? Super friendly. Others? They seem to play far too much. Initially, things were awesome. Then, it went way downhill for a bit. Lately, it is improving again. Beyond the hit-and-miss service, I've had multiple times with inaccurate orders. It's usually something simple but important. For example, I typically order a plain burger (typically a double butterburger value basket). I always stress plain as I tend to have a strong reaction to cheese and don't really want the toppings. Tonight, I said "completely plain" three times and even stressed "no cheese" at the drive-thru window. Of course, when I received the meal it had cheese. As a wheelchair user, I'm not getting out of my car to go in (especially on a rainy night like tonight). The drive-thru was busy tonight - I started to go back through it but I'd already had a long wait. So, of course, the food was crap and I'm sick all because someone can't get an order right. And again, I'm not exaggerating to say I said "completely plain" three times and stressed "no cheese." I'll admit I've been eating here less. Initially, I was coming here regularly. However, with worse access, inconsistent customer service, and meals that I can't depend on to be right I'm just not going to spend my hard-earned money here. While I'm not quite ready to call this a "bad" experience, my initial excitement about having Culver's here has lessened and with so many options in this area I can easily find a few places that will treat me better and get my order right. At this point, Culver's is really just a mid-range fast food experience that professes to trying to be so much more.

This brand new Culver's features a very smartly designed drive thru and parking lot. The double drive thru lanes allow for many vehicles. There is ample space between the drive thru lanes and the parking spaces to allow for backing out without creating a traffic jam. Directional signs and pavement markings are excellent. There are four curbside pickup spaces, again, clearly marked.Even though it was extremely busy when I was here mid-afternoon on a Saturday the drive-thru lines moved quickly. The menu board at the drive-thru was large and easy to read. The employee at the window was very friendly, and she asked if my pup would like a "pup cup" which is a small custard dish of whipped cream. My pup, of course, had been eagerly anticipating his pup cup.I ordered a cod sandwich and fries, and it was hot and fresh. This restaurant is a welcome addition to this area.

I had a poor experience at Panera so I came here instead. While there was a bit of a line at the drive through, It wasn't too bad. After they collect payment they put a sticker on your window and direct you to one of 6 parking spaces where they will bring you out your order. Had the roasted green pepper soup and the classic salad served with grilled chicken. Love their soup! I'll be back!
