The soft drinks are terrible. Taste like rotten eggs. Service is hit or miss depending on who you have ! But the food I can't complain about !

Good food, a little slow but everywhere is being short staffed . Good selection on menu and will be back!

I've been here a few times & always good food. Today I bought my friend, think he will be back too. The only suggestion I have is that maybe offer some Keto diet items, seems many people are on this diet. I had the Texas double cheeseburger I will sure be having it again, my belly was happy

First stopped in one evening last month to pick up a takeout Pizza on one of those "neither of us feels like cooking" nights. Felt heavy when she handed it to me and my first thought was that the crust must be really thick. Got home and opened it to discover that the reason was that it had an amazing amount of toppings; piled high and delicious! Came back a few weeks later with coworkers to try the burgers that I'd seen during my last trip. I was quite pleased with the quality, value, and service. New owner last year and I believe they'll be successful

Happened upon this cute little diner spot on a work trip from Bluffton to South Bend and it didn't disappoint! I got the homemade BLT with the salad bar. The salad bar was super fresh, farm grown tomatoes, and fully stocked with dressing options. The bacon was thick cut and cooked perfectly with homemade bread. The service was impeccable. Our server had the best attitude and the prices were unbeatable! Highly recommend stopping here!

we just stopped there to try the food. There were a handful of people in there. we sat down at a table. No one even acknowledged us. So we left. we have passed that place so many times and I've always wanted to try it. So much for that. Won't be going back.

We haven't eaten there since the new owner took over. The food is excellent. Even better than the previous owner, and the ha really good food.The price isn't bad for what you get. Juicy burgers, and my wife's Cobb and chicken salad was huge, and she really liked it. I had the chopped steak with mushrooms and grilled onions.If you are in a hurry, don't bother, because it takes a while to get your order, but it is worth the wait. It may have been the fact we went on a Thursday night, or we got there before the crowd showed up.We will definitely go back.

There food and service is usually good,Have eaten there several times will be back jus a small place to grab a drink or. Meal

We visited today for lunch and it was fantastic. I would rate the mushroom and Swiss hamburger I had was one of the very best I've ever had. Fries were served hot and seasoned perfect. My daughter had the fish and chips and commented that this would be her new place to have one of her favorite foods. My wife had the breaded mushrooms and a wedge salad. Both were perfect. Highly recommend this little gem and suggest you visit soon.

Food is ok. Service is horrible. Was seated and didn't see my waitress for over 10 minutes. Finally had to flag someone down. Then waited over an hour after our food order was placed to receive the food. In the meantime ... every customer who came in after me was seated and served. Most had finished and left before I even received my food. When the owner came out to talk with me ... she was combative about my experience at her establishment. And then proceeded to "talk about me" with her regulars at the restaurant. I guess if you are not a "local" then you are not welcomed at the Crossroad Inn.
