Courtyard Lafayette

A really nice hotel for the Lafayette area. The front desk staff are excellent! Friendly and helpful.My room is spacious with a nice desk. Plenty of outlets, and very good lighting. I travel for work so these things are important to me.The bed is very comfortable, The shower is wonderful.The Bistro offers a fairly extensive menu, and there are more breakfast options than I had expected. The food is really good and so is the service.This is a very convenient location, with many restaurants and some shopping nearby.I frequently work in Lafayette and this will be my hotel of choice from now on.

Stayed in this place 3 months ago and thought I left a review, so I return to offer my perspective. Visitors and employees not wearing masks, and neither are visitors in the common areas nor were they practicing social distancing which was problematic. I observed the Bar tender on duty, and he was a friendly fella. Room felt clean, however, while preparing to brush my teeth, I saw an extremely long hair sitting in the sink, Good think I use towels to place on the sink for my personal effects. I picked up the long curly with a napkin Abe took it to the manager on duty at check out, her face said it all as she quickly offered a discounted on my rate. My response, "No Discount required, issue me points!" She agreed, and months later.... NOTHING. Wow, I feel like a valued patron. Back to Hilton branded property.

I did not have high hopes for this hotel, but had a wonderful experience! Check in was easy and fast; the staff wear masks and have some plexiglass protection. The room itself was lovely and felt very clean. I was upgraded to a deluxe room without even asking, which was nice. The decor seemed updated and I was pretty happy with the room overall! The bathroom was clean and also fancy/modern. I paid $5.00 for speedy internet which was great for working. The front desk was also accommodating about me staying an extra 2 hours past the checkout time. I would stay here again.

I stayed here while visiting Purdue on a visit with my son. Like a 10 min drive down State St. and you're there. I could not find any flaws with this hotel. The location is great; the area is peppered with restaurants and grocery stores. The staff is friends and efficient. Room is comfortable, clean and well maintained. The receptionist even gave us a tip sheet about events he can attend on campus. Big TV and you can even stream Netflix, etc. I would visit again.

BE CAREFUL using a credit card at the café inside. I left a $1 tip for a single cup of coffee and they doubled it. I noticed it when I proved out my charge slips to my statement. Spoke to Assistant Manager Kaitlyn Byanski at this location and she said she would call me once she spoke with accounting. I don't care about an extra $1 tip but the servers are stealing and management doesn't seem to be too concerned.

This was a replacement hotel for us after a horrible experience at our first hotel (Days Inn, Anderson, Indiana) for the National FFA Convention last week.We arrived just before midnight with a tour bus-load full of high school FFA members who'd had a long day. The manager on duty met us with all of our cards ready, marked, and ready to divvy up between all of the kids. Our school had ordered up a buffet style breakfast set up for the next morning so the kids could all eat before we headed out on our final day before heading back to Ohio. The staff was very helpful in finding the buffet (it was down by the ballroom areas), and helped me to get back into the hotel after I inadvertently locked myself on the patio by he buffet area (after needing to get air due to a headache); they even fixed the door while I was there.The staff at the Starbucks/breakfast area was also very helpful and friendly, even while very busy with the morning busyness of folks preparing to head out for the day.This location is 15 minutes from Purdue's campus, so it was a short drive for our quick drive-by tour of their campus. If I'm in the area again for a Purdue-related event, I'll be sure to check into this hotel.

Gave me and my family keys to a room..that was occupied.The employees were arguing at the front desk while I tried to exchange the keys.Not to mention I had my service dog and received rude comments and looks.

We threw a baby shower at this venue, and it was fantastic. We were blown away by the quality of the service and the food that we ordered through the hotel catering. In the weeks leading up to the event, we were continuously adjusting our menu as more guests RSVP'd late and making various requests, and Kim Hawkins was phenomenal in making every change we needed. She was also so responsive via cell the weekend of the event and even came in on her day off to check on us. Zeke was very helpful the day before and the day of the event on making sure we had everything we needed for set-up, and overseeing the food service. Our server for the afternoon, Jessie, was incredible -- she worked hard the entire shower long making sure the food was perfect and the drinks kept full. We received many compliments from guests on the spread -- we went with an assortment of their appetizers, and the chef even created mini sandwiches (tea sandwiches and mini croissant sandwiches) off menu for us. I did not get the chef's name but we absolutely loved the food. Highly recommend!

Good hotel, comfortable bed. Service is very friendly! Small Starbucks coffee inside hotel. Good brewed coffee. Hotel maintained nice and clean.

For several years, a large group of friends has stayed at this property for a 4-day reunion. We enjoy the rooms, the fire pit, the food, and the front desk staff. We have never been disappointed in what the Courtyard has to offer. This year, we were particularly impressed with an employee who went far above his job requirements to help us. Mercer - a member of the restaurant staff - was incredibly personable and efficient. We were so very appreciative of his efforts to make us feel welcome and to meet our needs as a visiting group. We will definitely be back next year. Many thanks to Mercer and to others who made our weekend memorable.
