Full trash cans, there for days.

No future for this pool in 2018
This is actually the floor turned sideways with dirty grout

See my visitor?
The bed didn't even fit. The frame stuck out on both sides making it dangerous if you weren't paying attention.
Dirty windows.
Dirty vending machines.
Closed fitness center.
This contraption? After getting power washed before his shower, he was able to get the water to come only from the wand
Dead bugs in the room.

Great modern clean motel. We were on trip out East. All rooms are clean, tidy, and well designed. Super breakfast buffet! Pool and clean workout room. Decent location, many restaurants close by and great pizza delv from Pasquales is very closeby. I recommend Country Inn East location for most everyone. Very nice helpful front desk staff! I am being completely honest with this review! We will be back God willing!

My fiancé and I are taking a small trip and decided to stay at this hotel, we already paid for it and just checked in. What they did not tell us was that we would also have to put in a $100 deposit that we will get back when we check out. I'm upset because it would've been nice to know in advance and now we are out $100 that we had already planned on having with us.

I stayed at the Country Inn for my weekend trip to Indianapolis. The location of the hotel is decent, as you're right off 265 and about 12 minutes to downtown. There are restaurants (and a trailer park) within walking distance. The Country Inn was reasonably modern and the rooms are relatively comfortable. We arrived around noon and the front desk refused to check us in until after 3pm without paying a $20 fee (even though rooms were available and the hotel was relatively empty). It wasn't the best first impression. The next morning (Sunday), Country Inn offered a hot breakfast, including waffles, eggs, sausage and cereal and oatmeal. On Monday, it was a barebones grab-and-go affair. The staff (aside from the girl who checked us in and was grouchy when we asked for extra towels) was friendly and welcoming. Country Inn isn't doing housekeeping and their business center, gym and pool are closed, all in the bogus name of COVID.

First off, I must state that the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This review is not about them. The photos of this place online were absolutely deceiving. It genuinely looked like a nice hotel. It is anything but that. It's located in an absolute ghetto, and the outside of the building is surrounded by empty alcohol bottles and sketchy looking people. There is zero sound insulation in the rooms, and being located by a major highway you hear everything. It's really bad. The chair, refrigerator climate control unit, and bathtub in my room were broken. And in top of that, the hot water in the shower doesn't even work. My dog has been itching since we left and I felt a slight itching sensation while lying in bed (probably bed bugs). AVOID this place!

I wish I could give 0 stars for this "hotel". It is horrible. We were told this would be a Country Inn and Suites. They claim that they are in the process of rebranding. There are some boxes and construction equipment around, but other than that, you won't notice much. The location is awful (next to a fireworks store and trailer park) and the building is in bad condition.I had to change rooms because the smell was unbearable (cigarettes). Many of the people traveling with me had similar issues. On the first morning, a colleague noticed two people in the parking lot engaging in oral sex. Need I say more?Don't stay here!

Swingers party was going on in plain view. My minor children witnessed a man receiving oral sex in the vending/ice area. People were smoking marijuana in the common patio area at entrance of the hotel. The party was so loud and with the illegal activites going on, I felt we mo had no choice but to leave. Management wouldn't do anything, and police security on-sight seemed complacent, as I complained and NOTHING was done. A truly disgusting display.

First off this place is under going renovations or an overhaul! There is a big hole in wall in the lobby. Anyway firs I'm going to list the cons of this place. 1. Smells like smoke and cigarettes2. Crappy tv channels3. The shower floor looks bad (lucky they had a added flor to it)4. I think there was bed bugs not to sure...5. The beds frames have metal sticking out in room 1106. The bed mattresses are sticking out of the bed frame7. They will charge your card 24 hours in advance. (It happened to us.)8. The pool is currently closed for the winter and cold weather months. :(PROS1. Good employee attitude 2. Free breakfast 3. There's a propane fireplace in front with a extra porch to hang out!4. It's sopped to smoke free AKA no smoking 5. There's 2 vending machines inside the hotel 6. Privately owned. AKA(not owned by any big company)7. There is a pool! Over all, this was a closer to a college dorm than a 5 star hotel but still needs improvement. But we are going to stay somewhere else next year. P.S.there is a few restaurants near by that are good!I give this place a 2 star rating for the reasons listed above. Thanks for reading this review and I have it will help you with designing where you stay.

Overall the hotel experience was good but just beware that a lot of cars get broken into in the parking lot. My boyfriend, our dog and I have stayed here twice now because it's a decent dog-friendly hotel. When we went to leave the next morning, our trucks back window was shattered and we had multiple valuables stolen. Apparently there were two other vehicles that were also broken into. The police officer told us that they get multiple calls about this happening and that there are definitely better areas to stay other than this. We have no issues with the hotel itself but just beware that the parking lot and the area isn't very safe!

Rooms are hardwood floors instead of carpeting. This saves time on housekeeping having to vacuum but apparently they do not mop or at least use a device like a Swifter. As a result our feet were black from the dirt. My wife used a white washcloth on her feet and we could see lots of black dirt on it. If the maids are supposed to be mopping and they are not this should still be a quality check by a manager. No excuses - clean floors are part of the cost of a hotel room.

Overcharged me for substandard room and my prescription was stolen by someone in housekeeping. Apparently loads of problems with theft here as even the police state they get no help from the property to help apprehend criminals
