Conspire: Contemporary Craft

Although listed as an arts & crafts, art gallery shop, I got the impression this was a great gift shop which featured lots of Hoosier and Midwestern products. Many of the items have a creative component in their design. There are small metal sculptures, lots of matted water colors (though I believe these are lithographs), wooden cutouts that form jigsaw animals, etc. There are candles and teas, braided and cloth items, and numerous pieces with clever sayings, some humorous or inspirational.If you are looking for something unique and still affordable, give this shop a try. Very nice and surprising shop in Greencastle. Lots of great gifts. Little too much with the Patchouli but that's a personal thing, I hate that smell and Sandlewood. Vegan products and soy candles, tshirts, art work, crochet items, pillows and cards and lots of other things. Right on the Square across the street from Starbucks.

Contemporary, tasteful, unique, high quality. Local artists' work. Quite simply, the best shop in miles. You've got to check it out. Furniture, paintings, pottery, clothing, jewelry, bath bombs, soap... plus, arts and crafts community workshops.

Really glad to have a shop like this in Greencastle-- they are selling affordable, high-quality handmade soaps, lovely kids' toys, jewelry, and many other unusual and creative gift options. The shop is small, but it's filled with beautiful things at a range of prices and the proprietor is really friendly and excited to be in town (and supporting local artists). Stop by on your way out of the coffee shop across the street.

Conspire is a delightful shop featuring the bath and body products made by the owner, JD, and much, much more! There is a wide variety of wearable art, original wall art, cards, hand crocheted children's toys, hand woven baskets, and many other things crafted by local artists. The shop also sponsors a variety of craft making classes including an adorable one dedicated to making fairy houses out of natural materials. In short, this shop is a local treasure where friendly staff will offer you a cup of tea and you will most likely be able to find a unique gift for everyone on your shopping list.
