Comfort Inn & Suites North at the Pyramids

The Comfort Inn & Suites on Michigan Rd is definitely a go to. Very Comfortable Very Clean and the staff are amazing as well. They have great customer service great attitudes and they work together as a team and it overall gives a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed 2 nights and will go back again. The room was clean and cool, nothing was broken and all amenities were available. The bed was soooo comfortable they tuck them blankets good I was being cuddled by the blankets lol I couldn't get up except for breakfast time. Let me tell you something whoever in they kitchen cooking she/he is a KEEPER because never have I ever had a better than ok breakfast at a hotel. The first morning we had eggs and bacon and bananas and apples and an assortment of breads and Danishes and cereal etc. The second morning I was skeptical of the biscuits and gravy because you know, it aint my grandma's homemade biscuits and gravy BUT BABBYYYY somebody grandma was in there that stuff was I was so full and went right back to sleep almost missed my checkout. Oh, and they have late checkout for free so sleep in a little bit!

Probably one of the worst hotels.Dirty and outdated. Pictures are not accurate. Pool was closed for the season and there was a tarp with cement blocks on it. Very unsafe. When asked to check out early because of the quality of hotel they would not refund for the second night. It was so bad that I was OK with losing the money. Left AirPods there and called many times - no answer. Lesson learned the hard way!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was better than expected. We will stay here again when in Indianapolis.
