Our church youth group was looking for a new spot to take the students and we saw Combat Ops as a good option. Located off of Southport Road and visible from the highway - it is hard to miss. When you enter - there are waiver kiosks that you need to fill out before purchasing tickets. There is a snack/drink bar next to this as well with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available. They have snacks such as breadsticks, pizza, fries and more. There are picnic tables for eating or for parents/guardians to wait for the kids. The checkout counter is just past the snack bar. The prices for the different games are pretty high but with inside entertainment like this it's pretty expected. The arcade area is all open after that with a variety of games which you have a swipe card to access. They have a variety of classic games such as Skeeball and newer shooter games. Each of the attractions such as dark theater, mini golf, axe throwing and laser tag are all spaced out from each other. The space is very well laid out and the space is well designed and clean. Our group did laser tag and we were called over the speaker to go report in. The staff gave very good instructions. The laser tag uses a headset and wireless gun. The laser tag is mission based and we were able to complete three missions. The laser tag area is a lot larger than it appears and even has an upstairs portion. I was very impressed with the space and the quality of the business. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back here to try the other attractions.

We took the kids here during spring break and it was the perfect staycation activity with the kiddos. They have nerf gun wars, laser tag, mini golf and more and the best part is, it's all indoor!

My family and I went here for a birthday party and the service was amazing. Our host, Avery, was amazing. Anytime we needed something she was already on top of it. The concession stand was quick and fast, shout out to Julie!!! My four year old son really enjoyed himself. I will be bringing him back!

This place is awesome! The only realistic, mission based laser tag in Indianapolis area. Reminds me a lot of my days playing airsoft, paintball, and first person shooter games. The laser tag is head shots only with a headband. They use a red dot sight that is super accurate and makes it a lot more competitive. And the staff is amazing! Super friendly and always willing to give suggestions. They even remember my family and I when we go in and make sure to come over and say hi. My teenage daughter loves playing the arcade games and laser tag. My wife likes the workout and adrenaline rush from the different game modes. And I love having a place nearby that offers weekly deals that we can save some money and spend some quality (competitive) family time. We always try to go out on Tuesdays because laser tag is $10 for new players and $5 for members. You really can't beat the price for what you get. A workout, adrenaline rush, and great family time for an hour or two during the week.

i checked out Combat Ops a few weekends ago and i think it is a really promising entertainment center. they have laser tag, axe throwing, gel blasters and nerf gun fighting. they have about 50 games that can be played by buying a card with game points loaded on. they have a small prize area that has plenty of UFO and Alien themed prizes. They have 9 holes of mini golf as well. the course is covered in neon and it was really fun even though it was only 9 holes. the axe throwing has about 8 stalls that can hold about 4-5 people each. they offer food as well. we had the pizza and breadsticks. i didn't think it was great but i was more interested in playing games and the other attractions. they also have a 3d ride that you can get on.

This place has the best laser tag I have ever seen. Gone are the days of heavy backpacks and laser guns; now you only have a lightweight headband and an unattached laser gun. The whole system is connected via a wireless system, and impressively high tech. Players need to consider reloading, health, and can switch between multiple gun types based on the mission type. There are multiple different game modes to consider, and one session you can be playing laser tag on the side of the Star Wars Empire with your laser gun firing like and making sounds like an EE-11 blaster rifle, and the next playing Cops and Robbers with real world weapons. The system is able to seamlessly download new missions and gun types to your laser gun, so you get a unique experience each time. The Laser Tag Arena is fairly large, featuring 2 stories with plenty of places to take pot shots from. While I was most impressed with the Laser Tag at Combat Ops Indy, the staff consistently provides excellent service. The team of Peyton (both Peytons), Avery, Caleb, Cherri, Brennan, and everyone else helped solve a few minor technical problems, and ensure my party still had a great time. I took my family here as part of a fun family event, and while we were playing we were already talking about coming back. This is a great experience for parties, for all ages, and all experience levels. I recommend going on Tuesdays, if you pick up the $30 annual membership you qualify for $5/30min session Laser Tag Days, which is a great bargain.

It is a little pricey. You can get two hours for $50 but the games you can play do not include ones you can earn tickets for. Also, there is very little variety of games, even though you can earn tickets easily. This place brings something new to our area, I think the prices need to be lowered just a bit.
