Really enjoyed the space! Would love to have a membership here to have a space to work outside of home. We had a team meeting here and we were able to get coffee and water from COhatch

I went to their grand opening this past Saturday. The rentable rooms are of various sizes from individual to conference space. A few rooms have TVs. There is a copying machine, family- size restrooms, and a drink vending machine. The area is 2-story; I like the outdoor area with a fire pit and unique chairs (be careful as some can rock) the best. It is beside Old Navy and Houlihan so it is convenient if you need to step out for a break. For some reason, the traffic was really heavy which made it difficult to reverse from the diagonal parking space.

Not one to leave reviews, but I am still waiting on my $787 refund I was promised over 2 months ago. The facility is nice and modern. I started off using their co-working membership and eventually rented out an office space for myself to work away from home. I had a few issues during the year that I worked out of that office. The communication between managers is awful. No one knows what the other one has told a paying customer and no one seems to be on the same page. I had a "manager" Andy that signed me and my team of people up for memberships and was NOT clear on what I would be charged for a team- so I was charged WAY more to my credit card (over a thousand dollars when I was expecting $250) due to the memberships being PER PERSON and not for the "TEAM" as I was spoken to about. No where on the paper he gave me did it say PER person and Andy selling me his pitch did not mention that either. I proceeded to rent an office space regardless of my initial experience with Andy ($787 a month for a tiny cubicle space). I was not thrilled about the pressure and way Andy went about it either. I am in sales and I understand it, but I don't like when people lie or try to say "it's a one day offer" just to get me into the space under pressure. That is not good business tactics. I agreed to a one year office rent at the $787 a month. 6 months in I found out I had to relocate for work across the country. I spoke to Andy Over 2 months in advance to let him know I would need to relocate and was wondering if it would be a problem due to my 1 year agreement. He told me that since I gave plenty of time to get the office space rented out it shouldn't be an issue and I would be fine. A month before my move out I reminded Andy I would be moving out again and he said "well it should be ok, we haven't found anyone to rent the space yet so I'm not sure but well try" - which upset me because I felt like he was backtracking on his word. It was around Christmas when I was moving my stuff out before the 1st of the year in order to avoid being charged for January rent I got every thing out before the 1st. I emailed Andy 3-4 times with no response in regards to me leaving and leaving the keys and wanted to be sure I was not charged for January. I was still charged the $787 and still was not getting any emails back. I had to physically go into the facility and speak to someone else who was another "manager" who said he did not know anything about me leaving or moving out and Andy never communicated that with anyone or told them he said it would be ok with me moving out. He also said he would not be able to refund me the money they charged me for January but he could give me my initial deposit back of the $787 (not sure what the difference was) he said it would be refunded within 7-10 business days. That was January 4th... by the end of January I had never received anything and emailed "G" multiple times with no response. So I was now being ghosted by both "managers". Its February 23rd and still no refund.. I physically sent my friend in a few weeks ago since I now live across the country and no one answers the phones or emails and Andy told him he didn't know anything about me being told I would get my money back and G didn't work there anymore. He said he would be sure to refund me the money and I could expect it in 7-10 days. That was 3 weeks ago. So at the end of the day, the communication was terrible, sales tactics were grimy, and I still did not receive any money back from the manager who insured I would get it. Not a good experience and I would not recommend anyone to them at this location.

Their facility was really nice! Awesome spaces for meetings with teams or getting work done in a peaceful environment outside of the home. Facility was clean and their staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions I had about wifi and hours of operation. Highly recommend if you need an office out of the office or don't have an office with your organization of employment.
