Cincy Seafood Colerain

These crab joints are getting really lower than run of the mill. The place was dead on an early Sunday evening. Two tables of a person/people besides us.We didn't order anything but baskets, clam and whiting. They were better than the Inland Seafood festival on the levee this weekend but still wasn't up to par for the price. More like $6.99 deals instead of $12.99.They also automatically charge 18% gratuity because the neighbors don't like to tip. Sad.The place was clean and amply stocked with digital aquariums (tvs) and seafood decor. Our waitress was friendly and helpful.That's it. That's all.

This is probably my favorite place when I want a crab broil. My family and I love it here. We always get the crab broil, medium with all three flavors and it hits every time. Simple delicious: There is never a wait, food is always hot and fresh and it comes out quick. The alcoholic drinks are pretty decent too. I think it's pretty pricey place l but hey seafood is not cheap and I'm a big fan of the sauce inside the broil so I don't complain much.

I ordered the crab cakes and clam strips to be delivered. I would have been better to go to the grocery and get frozen seafood. The crab cake was mushy and inedible. The clam strips were hard and tasteless. I threw most of the mean away. Complete waste of money

Food was delicious and fresh. Did the boil ( #1) medium garlic butter sauce. Definitely coming back!

Very disappointed, lots of small hairs in a lobster tail that was in my broil that I picked up from the establishment, attempted to call 3 times before going back and got no answer, upon going back I was only offered a 15% discount on my next order (which doesn't help as I will NEVER be eating there again) and given a managers number and was told by the woman working the counter that nothing would be done even if I did contact the manager, so in conclusion, I paid $60+ dollars for a combo and didn't eat the main item advertised in the combo and was told that nothing would or could be done about it, the women that did my pick up and that I spoke wasn't very empathetic (didn't even pretend to be), I work in customer service so I know that at times some customers that have a bad experience can be unreasonable but I didn't raise my voice, point my finger or even place blame on the people there about my displeasure, EXTREME CAUTION to anyone thinking about eating from Cincy Seafood on Colerain.

Love this place. One thing about it is if you order the same sauce, seasoning, and heat level it's always on point. I've been to a few other places and ordered the same thing twice and the flavor isn't the same like this. I've eaten inside once and the service was slow, not a big selection of alcohol or alcoholic beverages for that matter. I do take out and everything is always correct. 18% gratuity is added regardless of dine in or carry out which is sad, just shows people in that area don't tip. Otherwise, highly recommend.

Did not specify anywhere that the place was takeout only and drove 20 minutes to get here.

Wow. Awesome place for seafood boils, the beach entrance, palm trees, and giant aquarium(digital screen wall), and the bubble wall. I like cincy seafood combo 1, snow crab legs and headless shrimp my favorite. Cajun flavor, medium spicy is perfect. Will try other flavors next time. Extremely tiny snow crab, I've had better, women's bathroom was also disgusting. I'll stick to my normal places for a crab boil.

Horrible service, manager was very rude as well her name is Kesha M. After new management this place has lost its touch. I was a regular custome. I placed an order with clear instruction, on top of them messing up the order I came back to get a refund and they could not give me my refund same day. Even though I payed them in the moment. They gave me 2 clusters of crab legs and said that was a pound. I can tell you that Louis Cajun Seafood is 1000% better and cheaper.
