Cicero Fun Factory

The bounce house smelled like Herbert's basement and there's no Roblox. I had an accident in my pants and they charged me 10,000 robux for damages. It's crazy how DOgDemO can get away with stuff like that but once I fill my pants so full they cover the entire game room in a squishy surprise I'm banned from this place. SMH my head. I think that this says a lot about society because as someone who's seen breaking bad, better call Saul, AND Rick and morty, I should basically get in here for free. But the second I went in here I had to get out faster than I hit the yoinky sploinky because of my sticky slimy surprise I left in the Xbox 360 disc slot. I feel like joker from the movie joker except I am mentally stable and do not ever plan on committing Terrible acts against others. Which is why it is important to value others' sticky slimy surprises in the Xbox 360 disc slots, unlike the fun factory.

Don't go! My son attended a birthday party here last night. It was our first time at the establishment. The place was filthy, equipment was faulty, and the staff was rude to the guests. Children injured themselves on the zip line. I was approached by a woman who claimed to be part owner of the place and she asked me why "we" had called the owner and lied about the staff. May I add that she was also cursing when addressing me. Apparently the party hostess called the owner to address her concerns. Another parent asked that staff watch their language in front of the kids. The request set the staff off and things between staff and parents quickly escalated! The part owner of the place turned off the buildings breaker when another parent stated she was calling the police. Children were caught in the deflated bounce houses in the dark! Another parent had to turn the breaker back on because the woman refused to do so. I'm still stunned and angry at the lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for the children's safety, and the lack of empathy for the children who were screaming in fear! Myself and other parents had to pull children out and direct them to the party room for their safety. My son later told me that children were frightened because they thought the building was being robbed.

Attended a birthday party at the Cicero Fun Factory and was thoroughly unimpressed. The place was dirty and the parking situation is spectacularly bad. I can only imagine that the price must have been right for the party organizer.

I'm grateful this is here for my kids. But it needs a lot of help! Updates, CLEANED, some Febreeze, organized, some professionalism. My kids don't seem to mind the gross factor of this place & I like the giant slide.

This place was definitely not in the best shape it seemed to need a good cleaning and some up to date everything. Way to shady for us we won't be back!

4 bounce houses 1 zipline. 2 air hockey tables broken. 5 arcades and only 3 work. The back room has no working lights. Floors dirty, holes and graffiti on walls. $7.50 per kid and its a Complete waste! I do not recommend and have no clue why its still open!

Had to leave today because some of the kids were running around with a pool cue. They even took them on the highest slide with them. I finally was able to get the cue and had it returned. A few minutes later I found the same boy beating on my grand daughter with his hand. I went to report this to the desk and asked that someone take a walk around too see what was happening and was told by the young lady that she was by herself. I know she also had a baby with her behind the counter which she had to leave when she went to check things out. Although I live in Cicero, that will be the last time I ever go here.

Was in Fun Factory today and I must say, they have made some nice additions and improvements... lots of fun to be had in there for kids. Looking good Fun Factory!!

No supervision from staff ....most things were broken and dirty .... i do not recommend .. it was like a scene from Lord of the Flies

This place is nasty. Extremely dirty. Absolutely no staff supervision. One of the bounce houses was like half deflated. There is age designation. They have nasty old couches sitting around. The bathroom was horrible. The game room had old broken down machines that didnt work. They dont even monitor if kids come in or out so if your not watching your kid they could easily get out.
