The vegetables were terrible and tasted like they had been frozen. Giant and mushy and uncooked.

Chicken and Broccoli lunch special--- YES PLEASE. This is truly my favorite place to eat in this area.

My family has been coming here for years and we absolutely love it. The foods pretty good and you get a big portion and it's not that expensive. The service is okay but I don't think they speak English too well so just be patient, they're sweet workers and we always get a smile. It's quiet and nobody ever is really in there so if you want to eat in peace you definitely will get that.

I've never had something from China One that I didn't enjoy. They are dine-in again but I always do a carry out order. No matter how much I seem to order my food is always done within 15 minutes. The spring rolls are crispy and packed full of veggies. The cinnamon sugar doughnuts are also one of my favorites. Portions sizes are giant. The combo deals are the best bang for your buck. These meals include your main entree of choice with rice and an egg roll. I sometimes switch out my rice for a different type other than what comes with the meal. Lunch or dinner or a little snack this is the best Chinese in the area.

Hmmm I may change my mind later but so far with my experience I would say this place is just average at best, and there is nothing really special enough to make me go back. Service wasn't friendly, and the food (I ordered wonton soup and Lo Mein) felt bland instead of flavorful. I really wanted to like this place as it's in a convenient location.To end with a positive note, food is so quick and big portion for what you pay.

It's hard to find great made-fresh Chinese food in Indy these days, but look no further than China One! From the crisp, fresh veggies, to the flavorful sauces, China One hits the mark on favor and quality AND extremely generous portions. Service is courteous and efficient. I can't wait to go back.

Really liked the Veggie egg rolls, rice was undercooked and hard, the Beef and Broccoli was good as was the sweet and sour pork and low main. Plenty of parking.

I'm not someone that gets Chinese food regularly. It's simply not something that my family ever ate as I was growing up, so I guess it never occurred to me to start as I was older. I don't know. I make bad excuses for myself when it comes to things like this...but anyway, I thought this place was pretty good!The take-out menus are simple enough to read. They don't tell you what comes with each dish. That would be helpful, because there are some things I prefer to be made a specific way. If you're one of those people, you'll have to ask when you place your order. Not a terribly difficult feat, but a recommended one if you find yourself being that specific.I ordered the teriyaki chicken and white rice. The teriyaki chicken had a different flavor than I was expecting. It's tangy and sweet, but not in the way that teriyaki usually is. It's very delicious, however, so don't let that deter you. The rice didn't have any extras in it but was cooked well. The portions are enormous -- I couldn't finish my dish. I paid $5 for what was essentially two meals. The food was hot and fresh. The chicken was tender and had good flavor. The soy sauce was not needed; they provided plenty of sauce on their meat to flavor the rice. They don't do fountain drinks, only bottled. I don't mind this. Just be warned of this if you order out, or if you go inside that you cannot get refills. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food served here.

Most the time I have gotten food from here, it has been on point an good, its like every other China joint so if your looking for flare goto hibachi grill, this is for fast msg riddled food, the lady that always takes my order an smiles an usually when I make a comment about how much it came to she smooths me over with a free appetizer, the cook in back just looks at you smiles, but he gets it done quicker than most, it's nice little fast spot in mars hill....

My daughter got severe food poisoning. Campylobacter she was in the hospital for 7 days. Only thing she had for 2 days was the the chinese she ordered.
