China Gourmet

This is the best Chinese I've had in Indy so far for a great price. Made to order, fresh, crispy, goodness. I genuinely enjoyed every item. We ordered take out vegetable lo mien, orange chicken, general tso, fried pot stickers, & hot and sour soup. Everything was delicious & not a single complaint!! Will be coming back soon.

We were craving some Chinese food on a road trip, and randomly Googled for locations near our route and came up with this spot. Ordered pork lo mein, general tsos chicken, some crab rangoons, and some chicken sticks. The food was all pretty solid, service was quick, and prices reasonable. No complaints!

I really enjoy going to China Gourmet when I have a taste for some oriental cuisine. I'm from the east coast and I find that not all carry-out Asian restaurants are created equal. And not all have the taste I'm always looking for. But China Gourmet hiI love their Singapore Chow Mei Fun. It's the thin rice noodles with this spicy sauce with veggies and meat. At other places, I find it can be too hot....too bland or just off. China Gourmet hits the mark I will say it would be nice if I loved their egg rolls as much as their noodles. The rolls are small and fried too hard. There isn't too much to the filling.

This is by far my FAVORITE Chinese takeout restaurant in Indy. I've been going here for more than 2 years and not once have they messed up our order. Very nice atmosphere, owners are very friendly. Service is great and food is even better. 11/10 recommended-Adriane and family

Better than average Chinese food. Dinners were good. Rice and fried dumplings were very good.

Just fine. A grade above the typical strip mall Chinese carry-out joint. Friendly, accommodating. Prices are reasonable, easy parking.

Not many places around my work that are fast for the lunch hour. So I try different places. Called my order in and then picked it up. I ordered central Tso with egg roll. That was the smallest egg roll I had ever seen. Really didn't have much flavor either. . My meal was good. I will try them again also.

The kung pao chicken was very tasty & the portions were generous. The chicken mai fun was dry, but it was okay. Will definitely be back to try other chinese dishes!

I read reviews and I wanted to experience this for myself so I could honestly write an honest review. It isn't the best I have ever had, but wasn't the worst either. Everything was pretty much mediocre. Service was friendly and easy to find. I ordered the dinner Garlic Chicken that came with fried rice, and Chicken LoMein. Wonton soup was average. I might have to try someone else next time.

This place has the best fried rice in Indiana If you have lived in beech grove for a long time the family had a place on Main Street called Chans and the food was amazing. The pork fried rice and wonton soup is my favorite and I would recommend it for everyone to try!!!!Like it hot then just ask to make it spicy and a little spicy goes along way.
