Ordered the shrimp chow mein on 2/12 and it was great. I always try something different when coming to this location and I've never had a bad experience. The customer service is always great and food is always fresh. It does take some time to get the order but it's because they do cook to order.

Only in town for a few days and staying at a hotel with no car, so I ordered via DD. Delivery time was good and food was still pretty hot. Ordered roast pork & broccoli, pork fried rice, and egg rolls and it was decent. Didn't include any sauce in the bag which was disappointing. Would have been nice to identify the sizes of the entrees. The container doesn't have the size on it, but it couldn't have been a full pint of pork broccoli (is 3/4 of a pint a thing?). The fried rice came in a half pint container, so that was easy to tell. Most Chinese places are generous with their portion sizes, but not this place...at least is was decent.

We were greeted immediately when walking in the door with a smile and were served super fresh and hot food. The girl who brought us our food was also super nice to us! Lovely little Chinese restaurant with good food and service! There is also seating inside if you wanted to dine in like us!

No frills ambience, service was goodBad, cheap Chinese food. Ordered General Tso chicken with pork fried rice. Too much breading on chicken, recieved only 2 small broccoli florets in my dish. The pork fried rice was orange-colored and contained no pork, carrots, peas or egg. It was just orange rice and onions.Steamed pork dumplings- wrapper dough was too thick, filling lacked seasoning- was bland and flavorless.No idea how they recieved 4 stars.

I drive out of my way to go here! It is one of the best choices in the area for taste. Every dish stands out. I have order for the staff several times and everyone enjoys the variety of choices on the menu. Steam dumplings and crab rangoon, Beef and broccoli, and chicken with mix vegetables in brown sauce are a few of the favorites. Portions are good for the price. Some places in the area I have tried the food tast all the same, over steamed with little flavor. the staff is friendly and helpful. My staff and I would recommend China Bistro in Avon, Indiana.

Don't know if its due to different cooks but orders are not consistent. One order is cooked as expected the next order is nothing like it. Order the other day was almost dry when it normally has some nice brown gravy. Also some orders have noticeably less food that others. NEED TO IMPROVE CONSISTENCY.

Service great! Really wanted to like this local restaurant. Food looked great. Veggies good & hot. But that is all that was good about my meal . Fried Rice dry without any taste. Chicken egg roll looked like cabbage only. Not good. Very disappointed. Maybe other choices are better
