All I can say is "Yum"!Not a bad dish on the menu! Even the miso soup was delicious. My only complaint is the temperature by the windows in the restaurant. Winter is just bad in older homes which is understandable, but it impedes the experience. We froze!Service was great--nothing more, nothing less.

Chiba - what on earth have you done?!?!? Your prices just skyrocketed.$16.50 for a small bowl of lemongrass soup?!?!? $22.50 for a rock shrimp tempura appetizer?!?!?! And, my personal favorite - $14.50 for a small seaweed & cucumber salad?!?!? I get it that many restaurants are raising prices and simultaneously cutting portion sizes, but you've now ventured into a place where you're simply insulting your customers' intelligence. Not only will I not be coming back, I'll also predict that you'll close your doors in 90 days with these prices.

Love Chiba with my whole heart. Of all the sushi places around, they are the most generous on the fish! We sat outside and listened to the live music. The service was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. We will continue to visit!

Food, service, atmosphere all wonderful! Keith was excellent and informative. Sushi was so creative and delicious. Soup special was phenomenal.

- I think they had microphones at the table cause we were talking about how disappointed we were most of dinner and we just so happen to get "dessert on the house" lmao. The dessert was mid. - The prices were so utterly insane. First off the price inflation from June 2023 is CRAZY. Some items were $5 more??? Unreal. - Overheard the waitress asking if the table next to us wanted the "happy hour" size. Shouldn't they be the same size? That's the point of happy hour...- Service was not good. Crispy Chicken (Chiba "BBQ" sauce, peanuts, green onions)- crazy salty Diamondhead 5.6/10(Baked salmon, cream cheese, jalapeno, snow crab, el sauce)- wasn't a fan but I think friend liked. Park Street 6/10(Yelowtail, pickled jalapenos, gren onions, crunchy yma, fresh blackberries whti blackberry habanero sauce)- zero blackberry flavor. The pickled jalapeños were not good.

I'm adding yet another review since it has been so long. We were taking our car to Roush Mazda for service and decided a lunch at Chiba would be a great idea.I have had a rainbow roll other places so that's my choice today. RRR ordered shrimp avocado roll and a yellowtail scallion roll. All the sushi was wonderful. I took a few pieces of tuna off the top and ate it separately, SO melt in your mouth tender!Always 5 stars.

My partner and I went to Westfield over the weekend and found this place. It was super cute .. definitely cozy and casual vibes all over the place. We got seated in the outdoor eating area and I can see why it would be a cool place to go to for dining out. The service was very friendly - no complaints! We ordered salad, sushi and a chicken dish. I thought their sushi was good - comes a close second to sushi I've had at Blue Sushi located at Ironworks hotel in Keystone area. This was a nice find! Check them out for some e yummy food.

Staff (Aj) and service was really good and fast. The simple green salad and miso soup was very tasty. We got a plethora of sushi and all was so good and fresh. Although my only complaint was the price, while the food was so good, the price was a little high.

We visited here based off a recommendation from a trusted friend. The atmosphere was fantastic. For that it is worth a visit. However, that was really the best part of the meal. First our cocktails came out extremely strong (not often a thing I write), then we noticed that prices and food quality didn't really match up. We wanted to love it, but I can't say that the $22+ rolls really were that worth it. Everything was just a tad off - too salty, too sweet, etc. I don't think we will race back anytime soon.
