Typical pizza that fits in the same category as Pizza Hut, Dominos etc. this is a takeout only joint and has great reviews. Ordered a large pizza with half sausage, reminds me of a Sicilian without the crispy crust cut in squares although it round and not cooked is a pan from what I could see. Very efficient and cooked quickly, friendly service. This issue I see these days is for some reason they think loading tons of cheese makes a better pizza rather it's the crust and sauce that makes a great pizza. The sauce was just ok and the sausage was sparse. Have not tried others in the area so hard to compare. Tough to find good pizza anywhere outsize of NY and NJ but still searching....

It from the area and a pizza snob from Chicago. I yelped thin crust pizza and Chester's came up. It rates well and with a try. I ordered a meat lovers and added onions and olives. The pizza was a version of thin crust but a cross section would show a pillowy crust, not a true thin crust but it wasn't like hand tossed.The bacon on my pie dominated every flavor. What was lost was the onion and olives and not sure what the sausage tasted like. The dough was not crisp but the overall pizza was some of the best I've had for the area.

The customer service was great - the pizza was ready within 15 minutes after ordering by phone. I ordered a half sausage, half pepperoni medium pie ($13.75 plus a .65 cent "technology fee"). The pizza was equivalent to what you'd get from Dominos or a similar chain. The dough was thick and puffy; there were 6 small pieces of sausage and not much more pepperoni. The toppings were underneath a layer of commercial pizza cheese, which hid the scant toppings. It was a flavorless doughy pizza. I wish they put a little effort into their product because people really do want to support local restaurants.

The first time that I walked into this local Hamilton, legend of a pizza place, I could tell that it was special. I really enjoy the opportunity to grab a cold Mountain Dew and Grippo's chips as I am getting my pizza. The pizza is good. It's a good old-fashioned heavy pie. It gets extra points, purely for the fact that I love the old-school feel, and the people running the registers and making the pies were very nice. If you are in Hamilton, it's a good stop.

Difficult review. Might be the best, crispiest crust I've ever had. Was salty but I chose bacon and black olives so my own fault. Just not a fan of pizza with so much mozzarella. Was greasy and heavy. Sauce was good as well tho. It was quick, hot, and fresh. Restaurant pretty clean but just takeout!

Hadn't been in 30 plus years. Don't know what took so long. Drove by the other day and thought. Get a pizza. So I did. Mushrooms ,pepperoni , sausage onions and black olives. Felt like 10 pounds of pizza. Crispy crust, deep layer of cheese,lots of other ingredients. Won't be 30 till I go back. Good pie

One of my favorites growing up as a kid and still hasn't changed one bit. Always hot and fresh, this is the type of pizza where I always finish the crust.

Just had a pepperoni and sausage pizza, it was so good and cheesy. Way better than LaRosa's or Papa JJohn's. Glad we drove 30 minutes well worth it. Will be back

Just got takeout, two pizzas and a order of cheesy bread. My brother was eating a slice and bit into a staple. Absolutely ridiculous

Chester's has always been a favorite since I was young. I only got a bacon pineapple pizza this time but their fresh made bread is also delicious. The pizza has great sauce, a ton of cheese and they do not skimp on the toppings. Service is friendly and quick, if you need pop or chips for a party they got you covered too showcasing some local brands as well. One of my top pizzerias in the area for sure
