Chefski

I hired Chefski to come in and prepare a dinner for several business associates. Wow! The team did a fantastic charcuterie board and served a five course meal we will all remember. The chef explained each course, and they were all delicious. This wasn't the normal fare you'd make at home, either - pecan encrusted sea bass, chowder, cheesecake with fruit compote - it ran the gamut. The chef was on time, experienced, organized, clean, pleasant, and made a complex meal look easy. I was left with satisfied guests and a desire to book more dinners. Maybe the best thing is that they brought their own dishware and took it home to wash, so I literally just had to wash the glasses we used for drinks. It was too easy! I have already hired Chefski to come back, and I highly recommend them to anyone. For an elegant meal you literally couldn't make yourself, I will pick Chefski every time.

He catered for a 125 person Christmas Party at my home last year. Seeing that I am of Polish descent, I had him specialize some pierogi and polish sausage appetizers. He did a great job with the flavor, quality, and presentation and the food.

Chefski is an amazing Chef and his food never disappoints! His chicken skewers are my favorite but everything he makes is great! I highly recommend this business for any of your catering or food gathering needs

He is not a professional. Booked for a wedding and he didn't show up. Nothing worse. Don't hire him. Didn't even have the decency to call the wedding couple to let them know he wasn't going to come. Disgusting person. I wasn't going to give him any stars, but Yelp makes you give one star in order to post your review. Otherwise, a big fat ZERO.
