2 stars.I stopped by for a quick breakfast bite and was disappointed to learn they don't serve breakfast, anymore. Only pastries.The sweet lady at the window kept saying "they" as she was talking, so I doubt it was the owner. She said because they open up later in the morning, they discontinued breakfast service. It's just pastries and regular coffee. No speciality drinks. No tea. Just coffee.I'm a huge fan of homemade pastries so I tried two - the cinnamon roll and pound cake.She heated the cinnamon roll in the microwave and it came out ooey gooey and delicious looking. Taste wasn't what I'm used to getting from the mall food court, but it was good. My issue was the texture. I think the microwave made it tough. I was super excited about the pound cake.... but I was disappointed to see that it was actually "coffee cake". The swirl, spices, crumb topping were a dead giveaway. But I like coffee cake too, so I took a bite. Further disappointment followed...it tasted freezer burned. Each pastry was $1...which was delightful to hear. I wish I had enjoyed them a bit more, though. I hoping it was just an off day. I'm gonna try it again, one day.

I like that the menu options rotate and there were some fun choices you wouldn't find elsewhere. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly. Didn't expect it to be heated in a microwave but it turned out great for lunch. I had the bang bang chicken. Good portion size. Not too much or too little. The hut is cute and the picnic table was nice and clean.

I'm really glad that I remembered this place on the way home. I can only eat so much grocery store sushi and rotisserie chickens before nothing sounds good anymore! When I'm not cooking for myself and my husband, I need something that's not actual chain fast food. I think I heard about Chef Suzanne's through a blurb in Geist Magazine. She also runs a full time catering business and cooking classes, but this little kiosk offers ready-made meals as well as sides, salads, drinks, and desserts! Check out their daily specials as well. I opted for the Bang Bang Chicken bowl with rice and pico de gallo. Yes, it is a take on the famous Bonefish shrimp, but it's different enough to not be comparable. I enjoyed it cold (it's fully cooked, and heating would have defeated the pico). I found it to be tasty, but the dish could have used a little extra bang bang sauce. The chicken was good, but it was a tad dry. It's breast meat which can dry out pretty easily. Refrigeration probably caused it to dry out some. However, as their dishes rotate, this will be forefront in my mind about something tasty and different on those nights when it's just dinner for one!

The food did not taste good. It was very bad. We were excited about trying this food and was very disappointed.

My first experience was amazing starting with the very pleasant and helpful young man managing the location on the afternoon of Friday, September 9th. I explained it was my first visit - no problem - take as long as I needed. The food - spectacular! Loaded potato soup - great! Chicken salad - some of the best I've eaten. Croissant- fresh, perfect, delicate. Vegetarian tortellini - amazing - zucchini, asparagus were as if I had just added them fresh to the dish. The menu - something for everyone. Is the menu posted daily somewhere?The price - perfect - imo lower than most for home made items Thank you for providing this service - I'm just sorry I hadn't tried it sooner!

Chef Suzanne catered my parent's 60th anniversary party and it could not have been better! I live across the country and she arranged everything so that I had no worries. She showed up on time and set up the food - it was perfectly presented and all the guests loved it (40 people)! I highly recommend Chef Suzanne catering!
