I have worked with Bobbie for 10 years now for my business catering needs, and she's never let me down... so there was no one else I would trust with my son's rehearsal dinner and wedding reception.Bobbie patiently worked with us to provide a pleasing and "expandable" menu for an uncertain number of guests and helped me control costs -- recommending the most crowd-pleasing favorites within our budget. She even organized a lovely tasting for the bride who was sold immediately (she looked no further) based on the deliciousness of the food.The Cater Me Cafe team are always efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time... and for our wedding, there was no exception.What's even better were the compliments that flowed (and keep flowing) from our guests. The rehearsal dinner guests went back to the buffet for seconds and thirds -- quite a compliment from our mostly waist-conscious crew! At the wedding, everything was delicious (the baked chicken was like budduhhh, baby! -- so tender and juicy that you could cut it with a fork). The dinner tasted far more expensive than it was!Consistent performer. Highest recommendation!

It is difficult to live in Pittsburgh and be in charge of catering for my clients all over the country on a daily basis. As an event planner, I hired Cater Me Cafe for an intimate wedding in Zionsville. They were fabulous. Bobbie has terrific attention to detail and was thorough with the planning. She was a huge help with the event flow onsite and made it a seamless and memorable event for the couple. The appetizers were presented creatively and tasted delicious. Cater Me Cafe was so easy to work with. They delivered on time and supplied the chaffing dishes and serving pieces, so it made it so easy. The shrimp shooters were a hit and the cookie mousse cups!
