Carlos Cuisine Family Restaurant

All three items chosen were excellent. Started with the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer. You get 6 crispy, fat and flavorful sticks that arrived quickly and about 10 min before our main dishes. Then came the burrito special( steak) with a potato hash side dish both of which were tasty and filling. The last item was chicken Alfredo with blackened chicken. Another fabulous dish with creamy sauce and an abundance of noodles topped with sliced blackened chicken which was juicy on the inside with a crisp and flavorful surrounding.If you are just passing through town or live locally this place will not disappoint. I'm a tough food critic and only have great things to say about Carlos' Cruisine.

The service has become like family. We love Carlo and his wife. They are really hard working and love their customers and their craft. The meatloaf, pork tenderloin sandwich, lasagna, burgers, omg the RIBS! Fall off the bone. Carlo makes all his sauces from scratch. I really really hope more people discover this place and help it thrive.

So happy to have this much-needed addition to Richmond. Nice variety of cuisines ranging from Mexican, American, Italian and even Thai noodles! So far I've had breakfast, lunch and dinner and each meal above and beyond your average diner food! Everything cooked fresh to order. So far I have had an "American" breakfast (eggs, bacon, pancakes), pork tacos, pork ribs, pasta Alfredo, lasagna and each meal has been SO GOOD. While the inside of the restaurant is not fancy, the service, and quality of food more than makes up for it. Family-owned, small business. I make a point to support this wonderful addition to our community.

Excellent food and service. Nachos grande loaded with tasty toppings are the best I have ever had. Steak tacos are made with real steak. Great family restaurant!

Had the Hawaiian Burger which comes with a choice of sides, i chose the Cambray Taters instead of standard fries which was a nice take on potatoes with a crispy shell and seasoned nicely. But the amazing thing is the burger is an actual Smash Burger vs a frozen patty. It was an actual hamburger, so, so, so great! Travelling across country its hard to find real burgers vs frozen premade patties.The menu here is so crazy they have bbq ribs, burger, pasta, mexisan, salad and even a little chinese. Its a great dinner spot and really hope they last, I will be a regular everytine I come to town.

The place was surprisingly good. It has a very low key frontage but the staff is amazing and food was great. The fact that they focus on ingredient freshness shows, they are proudly supporting local farmers. For a quick lunch or dinner stop by as the menu is quite diverse. They offer a collection ranging from lo main to burritos to pastas.

Very good food and fast, friendly service. My pork chops were delicious; my husband, who is hard to please regarding steak, said his ribeye was excellent. We both enjoyed the cambray potatoes. Will definitely come back!

On our family road trip home from seeing the eclipse, my sister was looking for a local restaurant found Carlos' online. As she read the menu I was super intrigued. My favorite meal is a salad and one bite of different foods...it sounded amazing--and it was! Carlos' cuisine has Mexican, Italian, American and more! Our combined families ordered around the world, and it was all delicious and done very well. The ingredients were all fresh and the guacamole and spicy homemade salsa are worth driving for. My nephew judges places on the quality of the French Fries and he gives two thumbs up. The girls said their burgers and chicken sandwiches were fresh and fantastic. My salad (and stolen bites) were perfection. We chatted for a bit before we left. Service was amazing--fast and friendly. It's a family business like ours and are so welcoming to new customers. Compliments to the husband/chef! We are definitely pinning this on our maps and hope to be back. If you're in the area...it's 100% worth a stop.

Very good food. Served quick and fresh. Clean, friendly service. My husband had a Rueben and fries. He said those were the best fries he has had. I had Chicken Primavera. Best Spanish rice I have ever tasted in the world. It came with plenty of vegetables and beautifully presented zucchini slices. My grandkids split a plate of chicken tenders and it was the perfect size for a 7 and 4 yr old. Jennifer was extra sweet to them.We took home the Chicken Parm and it was excellent. We're getting the grandkids for an excuse to go eat there again!

Excellent service and delicious food (perfect shrimp and rice with queso) at a very fair price. Enjoyed the tasty meal and the welcoming staff. Can't wait to come back here on my next visit to Richmond. Strongly recommend this restaurant to my friends.
