What a great program! Scouts have the opportunity to learn and be exposed to various outdoor activities and the elements in a well maintained/balance wooded area.Troops have access to the property for beginning and end of the year activities.During the summer, the property host many scout groups for scout camp. There, each day is schedule out and includes events like cooking class, archery, rifle range and more. The staff that runs this program and volunteers in each group are amazing.

We are camping here tonight. The Boy Scouts know how to keep a neat and clean campground. This is a little oasis on the east side. When you get here check in with Dynamite Doug - the ranger. He will point you where you need to be. The have awesome carts to haul your gear. Just a fun place to be! And you are allowed to use wood from their woods for a fire ( wood that has fallen that is). Love it.
