"We've been here several times but I had always forgot to do a review. It's always busy but food usually comes out pretty quick. If you're in here at lunch time it's pretty loud so beware of that if you are sensitive to noisy areas. I have noticed some inconsistency with the quality. Sometimes the tacos have more filling than others. Today we ordered queso which usually has more guacamole and hot sauce on it. It's creamy and smooth and has a little kick to it. Chips were warm and thin with a little salt Refied beans are smooth and always a perfect consistency Tipsy chick taco has an amazing grilled chicken flavor and the bacon marmalade should be sold in bottles. I get this taco every time I go here Taco of the month is Vagabond the meat was chewy and stringy. The bacon and pico and cheese was good but the meat made the taco not edible would not order it again Trailer park trashy taco fried chicken tender that stays crispy which is a huge plus cause no one wants a soggy piece of chicken. Hubby orders this one every time. Overall great experience as usual just wish they were more consistent."

"We love Mi Hacienda!! They have the best servers and service. They recently renovated the restaurant with new tables and seating and a whole new patio area with pergola. So gorgeous! Definitely grab dinner on the patio on one of these beautiful summer evenings."

"There has been a bar at the corner of Sixth and Salem Streets since the Speakeasy Era. The Dive is the latest and is a great example of a dive bar. The bar's owners are relatively new so the menu is small but features pub favorites and Tex Mex. Chicken flautas were the special that night and were delicious. I'm looking forward to more additions in the future."

"Tiffany our server was awesome! She brought me out a taste of there Tex-Mex Sauce which I'd have to be in the mood for plus add a lot of hot sauce. To me, it'd be when I'm in the mood for chili so I decided against the popular Tex-Mez cheese Enchiladas that my gf swears by & against Elvis entree that seems like a delish sampler. Live the salsa, lite chips & jalapeño ranch on my Taco Salad I ordered. The cilantro vinaigrette reminded me of a strange Thousand Island, not close to a vinaigrette which I ordered on the side. Instead, I went w/ Tiffany's suggestion of the jalapeño Ranch. I am not a good judge of spice cuz I live for spice so I'd say it is not hot, but you may think it is. None of what I ordered was hot even w/ hot sauce. Next time I will a sauce from the hot side to try.Ordered the chicken fajitas which came w/ all the fixens & was tasty. The Chicken Car Bon was not good at all. I'd never get it again or recommend it. I only gave four stars because I found a hard piece of bone or something in my ground beef Taco Salad. The beef was seasoned superbly, fresh lettuce & crispy lite tortilla strips all combined perfectly. Omit the tomato & guac. Excellent service & 5 star Texas Tini with stuffed jalapeño olives. Very nice area & easy to find."

"When I think of the name Roscoe, I think of chicken and waffles. Well, not anymore. This is a decent taco restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. They have a decent sized dining room and adequate parking available in their private lot. They have music playing in the dining area. And as many have already mentioned, the dining area is a little retro or outdated. It could use a little upgrade.There is a large Roscoe's building right next to the main restaurant. So, do not mistake it for the restaurant. Even though it is owned by Roscoe's, I am not sure what they use it for.The restaurant has reasonable priced tacos, burritos, nachos and taco salad. I could not decide what I wanted, so I went with a combo. The Perfect Meal, which it was just that...perfect. It came with a Paul Bunyon taco, a Pacos Bill burrito, a cookie and a drink. It was delicious and the sauce really set it off. The sauce now comes in packets and not in a bottle like some of the pictures show. I wish I would have bought a bottle to take home. The burrito was my clear favorite. It was packed. Be prepared to make a mess. The taco was good too. They were both very flavorful. The cookie is even worth mentioning. I was pretty good and a nice addition to my meal.The staff is nice and I think 4 and a half stars is a more accurate rating but since that is not possible, it is closer to a couple 4 than a 5 in opinion. Who know that a guy named Roscoe could make some good Mexican food. Oh well, I recommend checking this place out and hopefully will be able to make it back here soon."

"A bunch of us from work decided to go out to lunch on "Black Friday", we decided to check out El Jalapeño. Our server who was a male was amazing! The food was great and the salsa at the table was really good! I will definitely bring my husband back here for dinner."

"Tonight I have found my new fave dish...arroz con carne supremo...bacon, chorizo, steak, Spanish rice and cheese sauce come together in a fantastic flavorful combination!!!Beyond this dish...there are several other dishes that look like they are waiting to create a mouthwatering experience for all...meat lover, seafood lovers and veggie-only lovers!Ok...so enough about the food...what about the experience?The decor is bright and colorful, with wood carved murals on the seat and wall. The booths offer plenty of space for several people to be seated comfortably.Our waiter was attentive to our needs...only once did we have to request an additional drink ... otherwise, they had our chips and other drinks refilled continuously without prompting.At the end of our meal, I had enough leftover to have me excited about tomorrow (that's how tasty the food was!!!)"

"Enjoyed a Pink Cadillac Margarita, which had a nice taste to it and was very pretty. Unfortunately a bit on the weak side. Chips and salsa were delicious and I ate way too much of them.My friend had the chili relenos, which looked delicious and was deemed as such by her. Personally I savored their arroz con pollo, which was delicioso cheesy goodness ... a mountain of it. Enough for another meal the next day. Well all the chips and salsa probably contributed to that situation also, if I'm being completely honest here. Service was courteous and the food came in record time. Anyway, check it out."

"My wife and I took our son (and his GF) to Legacy Pub to celebrate his 21st B-day; it was my first thought where to buy dinner and a special drink (incredible bourbon selection). Legacy Pub was able to deliver on several special cases: Vegan menu for one and Gluten sensitive for another (both happy with their choices). I have been several times and have always been able to order a bourbon I have not had before (and some of the best I have ever had). Now I just need to find my next excuse to take someone out in Lafayette as I live almost an hour away."

"Ate there for the first time today. In short-Amazing. Located in an old garage and just looking at the outside I would never have gone in. But a friend told me it was very good so I gave them a try. Large generous servings and very authentic Mexican food. A list of several meats are shown on back of menu. I had the burrito with steak filling. Meat was tender and delicious. My wife has the tostados with chicken and said they were delicious. Will definitely go back. A unique experience."

"The first time I tried their food truck I was hooked. Once I realized they have a location in Delphi, I was super excited. Everything from their burritos to their salads are delicious! Their southwest salad is my favorite. Don't forget to ask for taco sauce to complete your meal. If you haven't tried this place you are missing out big time! They get pretty busy during lunch times and I wish their drive thru was a little bigger. Otherwise, everything from the quality of food to the quality of staff is excellent!"

"This is one of those joints where, not unlike Chipotle and Qdoba, you tell the person behind the sneeze guard what you want in/on your burrito / taco / bowl of stuff. Yes, there is lettuce and sour cream available, so don't worry, Hoosier. You can have all you want.I opted for a refried bean, rice and cheese burrito, because I'm forever trying to find a good BRC burrito in Indiana. This was not my day to find one, though. What I got tasted like a burrito full of oatmeal because it was so bland and flavorless. Really, if they would have just salted the beans and rice, I'm sure my burrito would have been decent. I think they make them bland because they assume that everyone is going to order a burrito with meat in it, which is probably flavorful and adequately salted, and so the other components of the burrito don't have to shine. They are so wrong, though! Each has to taste good or else it all fails. And it all failed. It's in a mall, though, so what should I have expected, right? But I had some hopes for it when I saw that everyone behind the counter was Hispanic. That is usually a good sign when you are judging Mexican food. My search for a good BRC burrito goes on ..."

It was really good, and I should know because I ate about a third of it :-) I ordered the chicken nachos and they were very good! The portions are not skimpy either. The music was a little too loud for my taste. But it's clean and it's fun and the food was wonderful! The location is right on the busy highway so it's easy and easy out. We were super happy and we will eat here again"
