"This establishment is family owned. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They work hard to ensure you enjoy your visit. The food comes out fresh if you have an issue just let them know. They are there to please. The restaurant is very spacious and clean. There is plenty of parking which is shared with other establishments."
"This place is fabulous! Delicious, fast, fresh made in front of you. Great for a 2am bite that has flavor. Staff is great and fast."

"My wife and I took our son (and his GF) to Legacy Pub to celebrate his 21st B-day; it was my first thought where to buy dinner and a special drink (incredible bourbon selection). Legacy Pub was able to deliver on several special cases: Vegan menu for one and Gluten sensitive for another (both happy with their choices). I have been several times and have always been able to order a bourbon I have not had before (and some of the best I have ever had). Now I just need to find my next excuse to take someone out in Lafayette as I live almost an hour away."
"We've been here several times but I had always forgot to do a review. It's always busy but food usually comes out pretty quick. If you're in here at lunch time it's pretty loud so beware of that if you are sensitive to noisy areas. I have noticed some inconsistency with the quality. Sometimes the tacos have more filling than others. Today we ordered queso which usually has more guacamole and hot sauce on it. It's creamy and smooth and has a little kick to it. Chips were warm and thin with a little salt Refied beans are smooth and always a perfect consistency Tipsy chick taco has an amazing grilled chicken flavor and the bacon marmalade should be sold in bottles. I get this taco every time I go here Taco of the month is Vagabond the meat was chewy and stringy. The bacon and pico and cheese was good but the meat made the taco not edible would not order it again Trailer park trashy taco fried chicken tender that stays crispy which is a huge plus cause no one wants a soggy piece of chicken. Hubby orders this one every time. Overall great experience as usual just wish they were more consistent."
"FYI, this location is under new ownership and is completely different from the last restaurant that was there. The owner Rosie is so kind and caring. She might even be your waiter for the evening. The food is incredible. The salsa and chips are super fresh. The salsa is just the right flavor and not spicy however they will make a spicier one for you if you ask. The burritos are the biggest I've ever seen and covered with queso. Can't go wrong with a lot of queso. I've been to this place twice and from the 1st moment I knew this was my favorite mexican place eat above anywhere else including Arizona. The atmosphere is amazing. The decorations are very fun and colorful. Love the wood furniture outside. The music is perfect and will even get you dancing in your seat.I highly recommend this place!!"
"A bunch of us from work decided to go out to lunch on "Black Friday", we decided to check out El Jalapeño. Our server who was a male was amazing! The food was great and the salsa at the table was really good! I will definitely bring my husband back here for dinner."
"I am here multiple times a week and always have the best service! Everyone knows me by name, the food is always delicious, and everyone- Jeff, Ari, Robin- are kind and courteous. Try the Buffalo chicken salad, it's delicious! They also make an amazing Bloody Mary!"
"Today I took the family to the new restaurant in Clay City and I thought it was very good. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The service was very good. The prices were a little high but so was the quality. We thought the food was very good. We will be back. This restaurant is a nice addition to Clay City. Rarely do I give a 5 star rating but this restaurant deserves it."
"The first time I tried their food truck I was hooked. Once I realized they have a location in Delphi, I was super excited. Everything from their burritos to their salads are delicious! Their southwest salad is my favorite. Don't forget to ask for taco sauce to complete your meal. If you haven't tried this place you are missing out big time! They get pretty busy during lunch times and I wish their drive thru was a little bigger. Otherwise, everything from the quality of food to the quality of staff is excellent!"
"There has been a bar at the corner of Sixth and Salem Streets since the Speakeasy Era. The Dive is the latest and is a great example of a dive bar. The bar's owners are relatively new so the menu is small but features pub favorites and Tex Mex. Chicken flautas were the special that night and were delicious. I'm looking forward to more additions in the future."
"We love Mi Hacienda!! They have the best servers and service. They recently renovated the restaurant with new tables and seating and a whole new patio area with pergola. So gorgeous! Definitely grab dinner on the patio on one of these beautiful summer evenings."

I can't say enough good things about this place! Right when you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. The staff are friendly and quite literally make you feel like part of their family. You can tell they have regulars because they stopped and chatted with almost all of their guests about "how they'd been." This is always my favorite thing about a local restaurant. The set up of the place is really spacious and makes you feel like you're in a courtyard! We only ended up having a margarita pitcher and chips and queso, but both were great, so we will definitely return for a full meal. I would return just to be treated like we were on this Friday night

Delicious! My husband and I went for a late lunch, and it hit the spot. My husband got a torta with chorizo, jalapeño, and all kinds of fresh ingredients. I had an amazing chimichanga with queso and guac. This location also serves a variety of Jarritos beverages and Mexican Coca-Cola. Middle of the road pricing, and the ground beef is a little salty, but paired with the queso it hits the spot! If you get guac, there's an additional charge, but it's worth it! Since this location is on a busy street corner, at peak times it may be hard to find parking, but you can park a little way away and walk.

We went here for my mother's bday lunch and had a large party. They put us all together a one long table which we appreciated. They gave us one server and I don't know how she did it but she kept up with all of us and provided great service. The food was good and all of us enjoyed everything we ordered. My spouse, brother and I are big bourbon fans and this is the place to go if that is you as well. What a great selection for good prices. We will definitely be back next time we are in Lafayette.

We checked out Torchy's this weekend, and the vibe was super cool and inviting. They had some great recommendations, including their churros, which we were excited to try. Unfortunately, they ran out while we were waiting for our order. We had to follow up a few times for an update, which was a bit frustrating, but the staff was kind when they finally got back to us.In the end, the Manager/Owner (not sure which) generously offered us two of their peanut butter cookies on the house--and honestly, I'm so glad they ran out of churros because those cookies were absolutely divine!Despite the minor hiccup, we really enjoyed the concept of this spot and will definitely be back to try more from the menu. Looking forward to our next visit!

Party of two, second visit. We were a little skeptical as we'd come last year and both ordered a variety of fajitas which we thought were bland. This visit, we were both super pleased with our meals. See pics. The Loco Burrito had everything under the sun in it and was crazy (haha) good. My enchilada plate was also very yummy. The sauce was a little sweet like a mole sauce, and made for a very nice blend of flavors with the corn tortillas. I'd order again! We also ordered a side of queso which was great and improved the chips which I didn't care for alone, or, with the salsa. The salsa was a little weird, under salted maybe? The chips weren't warm and crispy. I'd up the rating to five stars if they improve these. Drink selection is minimal here and the frozen margarita machine wasn't running this night but that didn't matter to me as I'm a simple, on the rocks, girl. I had no complaints about my drink. Overall, would highly recommend this place.

Great southside Mexican restaurant!Inside the eatery has attractive decor. The booths feature art murals of old fashioned Mexican scenes in bright colors. Festive decorations like a Corona lime pinata on the ceiling are also seen.In a recent visit, my server had a very kind and cheery demeanor. My meal selection was the Pollo Con Papas. The chicken was tender & flavorful, complimented with cheese sauce (queso I think), grilled onions & green pepper slices, rice & beans, and long, thin slices of potato. Although crispy potatoes are more preferred, they were delicious with everything else. When I ate the three included tortillas and still had a bit of chicken left, my server kindly offered more tortillas. Excellent service!A tasty meal with plenty of festive, colorful decor, served with enthusiasm! Good dinner stop!

I come into town for work so it was nice to have another option to eat at. The servers were all very polite and I enjoyed the food. I had the pollo acapulco which is chicken topped with grilled peppers, onions and shrimp. The rice was fluffy and not hard which I was expecting it to be which was a pleasant surprise. The refried beans were also very good. I've eaten here 3 times now and just order the same thing. If it's not broke. Don't fix it. Also the chips and salsa are good and the cheese sauce too.

"When I think of the name Roscoe, I think of chicken and waffles. Well, not anymore. This is a decent taco restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. They have a decent sized dining room and adequate parking available in their private lot. They have music playing in the dining area. And as many have already mentioned, the dining area is a little retro or outdated. It could use a little upgrade. There is a large Roscoe's building right next to the main restaurant. So, do not mistake it for the restaurant. Even though it is owned by Roscoe's, I am not sure what they use it for.The restaurant has reasonable priced tacos, burritos, nachos and taco salad. I could not decide what I wanted, so I went with a combo. The Perfect Meal, which it was just that...perfect. It came with a Paul Bunyon taco, a Pacos Bill burrito, a cookie and a drink. It was delicious and the sauce really set it off. The sauce now comes in packets and not in a bottle like some of the pictures show. I wish I would have bought a bottle to take home. The burrito was my clear favorite. It was packed. Be prepared to make a mess. The taco was good too. They were both very flavorful. The cookie is even worth mentioning. I was pretty good and a nice addition to my meal. The staff is nice and I think 4 and a half stars is a more accurate rating but since that is not possible, it is closer to a couple 4 than a 5 in opinion. Who know that a guy named Roscoe could make some good Mexican food. Oh well, I recommend checking this place out and hopefully will be able to make it back here soon."
"We ate here Thursday and Friday of this week. On Thursday we notice there were all new faces of the employees. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The service was good and food was good. Friday they got very busy after we were seated. Every booth and most tables were full. The service was good but food was a little slow coming out. We were understanding since they seated so many people at the same time. Our food was good. So glad someone else took it over. Seems like they are on the right track for improvement. We will be back."
"Enjoyed a Pink Cadillac Margarita, which had a nice taste to it and was very pretty. Unfortunately a bit on the weak side. Chips and salsa were delicious and I ate way too much of them.My friend had the chili relenos, which looked delicious and was deemed as such by her. Personally I savored their arroz con pollo, which was delicioso cheesy goodness ... a mountain of it. Enough for another meal the next day. Well all the chips and salsa probably contributed to that situation also, if I'm being completely honest here. Service was courteous and the food came in record time. Anyway, check it out."
"I stopped by Mama Lo Hizo for a quick snack with my husband during a trip to Findlay Market. They have a pretty big menu, but the item that caught my eye was the queso filled corn muffin. It was everything I could've hoped for and more. It is literally a soft corn muffin with a hole in the top that they ladle queso into. Not sure why more places don't serve this. It was DELICIOUS!!"
"This is one of those joints where, not unlike Chipotle and Qdoba, you tell the person behind the sneeze guard what you want in/on your burrito / taco / bowl of stuff. Yes, there is lettuce and sour cream available, so don't worry, Hoosier. You can have all you want.I opted for a refried bean, rice and cheese burrito, because I'm forever trying to find a good BRC burrito in Indiana. This was not my day to find one, though. What I got tasted like a burrito full of oatmeal because it was so bland and flavorless. Really, if they would have just salted the beans and rice, I'm sure my burrito would have been decent. I think they make them bland because they assume that everyone is going to order a burrito with meat in it, which is probably flavorful and adequately salted, and so the other components of the burrito don't have to shine. They are so wrong, though! Each has to taste good or else it all fails. And it all failed. It's in a mall, though, so what should I have expected, right? But I had some hopes for it when I saw that everyone behind the counter was Hispanic. That is usually a good sign when you are judging Mexican food. My search for a good BRC burrito goes on ..."
"I generally stay away from Tex Mex restaurants, but this one has authentic Mexican food that's just not on the menu. There's a menu board when you first walk in, and if you ask your server for a specific dish, from ingredients that are on the menu, you'll pay a bit more, but you can get some terrific dishes. This is certainly a restaurant worth bookmarking. There's a wide enough range of what they do, that I wouldn't even mind eating here a few times a week. Great service, just enough parking for how busy they were, reasonable prices."
"I visited this establishment on a Saturday night, shortly after they opened for business. The place for packed, for good reason, good food and good prices. I had the Camarones Tilapia, while my companion had Rosa's Special. Both dishes were plentiful and delicious. My personal favorite is their guacamole, but their tortilla chips are good too.Sadly, I was seated at the one table that is just inside the door. Because they were very busy Saturday night, this was the only table available and the door constantly opening/closing allowed the cold winter air to blow in on me. When I return, I will ask to sit ANYWHERE but there."
"Tiffany our server was awesome! She brought me out a taste of there Tex-Mex Sauce which I'd have to be in the mood for plus add a lot of hot sauce. To me, it'd be when I'm in the mood for chili so I decided against the popular Tex-Mez cheese Enchiladas that my gf swears by & against Elvis entree that seems like a delish sampler. Live the salsa, lite chips & jalapeño ranch on my Taco Salad I ordered. The cilantro vinaigrette reminded me of a strange Thousand Island, not close to a vinaigrette which I ordered on the side. Instead, I went w/ Tiffany's suggestion of the jalapeño Ranch. I am not a good judge of spice cuz I live for spice so I'd say it is not hot, but you may think it is. None of what I ordered was hot even w/ hot sauce. Next time I will a sauce from the hot side to try.Ordered the chicken fajitas which came w/ all the fixens & was tasty. The Chicken Car Bon was not good at all. I'd never get it again or recommend it. I only gave four stars because I found a hard piece of bone or something in my ground beef Taco Salad. The beef was seasoned superbly, fresh lettuce & crispy lite tortilla strips all combined perfectly. Omit the tomato & guac. Excellent service & 5 star Texas Tini with stuffed jalapeño olives. Very nice area & easy to find."
"This place is the real deal! Authentic Mexican food at a low price! The menu is small, but the food is delicious! When I was there, the cashier didn't speak English, but understood my order fine. I am learning Spanish, but know very little at this time. I definitely want to go back to eat here again!"
"Tonight I have found my new fave dish...arroz con carne supremo...bacon, chorizo, steak, Spanish rice and cheese sauce come together in a fantastic flavorful combination!!!Beyond this dish...there are several other dishes that look like they are waiting to create a mouthwatering experience for all...meat lover, seafood lovers and veggie-only lovers!Ok...so enough about the food...what about the experience? The decor is bright and colorful, with wood carved murals on the seat and wall. The booths offer plenty of space for several people to be seated comfortably. Our waiter was attentive to our needs...only once did we have to request an additional drink ... otherwise, they had our chips and other drinks refilled continuously without prompting. At the end of our meal, I had enough leftover to have me excited about tomorrow (that's how tasty the food was!!!)"
"Very good place to eat. Service was fast and friendly. Will be coming back! I had tacos and a cheeseburger both were very good."
"I know I say this a lot, really I do.... but his is for real the truth! This little slice of heaven hidden away is a gem that needs to be discovered on a much larger scale..... Damn this was truly the BEST Mexican food I've had- ever!!!!!Strongly recommend trying this place - hidden, small and amazingly delicious food!Had the beef and chicken platter - English saying :) and it was utterly amazing! The seasoning and marinade was to die for! First time I haven't had to use sour cream- which tells you how de-lic-ious it was!!!Magnificent!"
"I've eaten here twice this week :-) my husband ordered the Chimi fajita. It was really good, and I should know because I ate about a third of it :-) I ordered the chicken nachos and they were very good! The portions are not skimpy either. The music was a little too loud for my taste. But it's clean and it's fun and the food was wonderful! The location is right on the busy highway so it's easy and easy out. We were super happy and we will eat here again"
"Ate there for the first time today. In short-Amazing. Located in an old garage and just looking at the outside I would never have gone in. But a friend told me it was very good so I gave them a try. Large generous servings and very authentic Mexican food. A list of several meats are shown on back of menu. I had the burrito with steak filling. Meat was tender and delicious. My wife has the tostados with chicken and said they were delicious. Will definitely go back. A unique experience."
"Beautiful night out on the patio. Enjoyed a delicious White Strawberry margarita. Salty Cowboy has some of the best margaritas. We started off with their fresh guacamole. Highly recommend It's a huge portion. So suggest sharing it with a group. We had 4 people and probably only made it through half of the bowl. I feel like margaritas and guacamole is the star. I ordered the Pink Taco and the Los Cabos . The Pink Taco (fried cod) was definitely my favorite. The Los Cabos had fried shrimp. The shrimp didnt have much of a taste. But the mango salsa on it was very good. Overall, Salty Cowboy is always a solid choice."
"Locally owned by the nicest couple. I'm always impressed with the bravery when restaurant industry veterans take the leap of faith to start their own restaurant and build on their dreams. My friend and I both visited for the first time for lunch. We were the only ones here and I was shocked because they have a great menu with plenty of options. If you're around Florence or Burlington KY give them a try! The food is delicious and I hear the steaks are out of this world and locally sourced. Don't forget they serve lunch! Come on Northern KY, support local and enjoy great food and exceptional service while you do it."
"A hidden gem! I hadn't heard of this place until some fellow foodie friends recommended it to me. It's in West Point, just a short and pretty drive from West Lafayette. Before living here in West Lafayette, I lived in Texas and, walking into Eddie Joe's, I felt like I was walking back into Texas! Loved the vibe this place gave! The menu has a good mix of bbq and tex mex. I couldn't decide between tex mex and bbq so I ordered the brisket tacos. The food was good. Not my favorite, but good. My issue was the brisket was SO smokey. If you love a smokey flavor, this bbq is for you. I've had bbq all over the US and this is the smokiest I've ever had and I wasn't a fan. The rest of the day, even after brushing my teeth, I felt like I had been licking the bbq grill directly. I'd like to go back and try something different. They have brunch on the first Saturday of each month and I'd like to try that."
"Always a great staple if you are looking for a texmex fix! Their top shelf margaritas are honest and delicious. Service is fast and good every time. This location is much quieter than others but still a great experience. I recommend the steak tacos, Natalia's enchiladas and of course the queso!"
