"This restaurant is delightful. It's become our go to for sushi. There's so much to choose from. We've had different sushi rolls every time we've visited, and they've all been tasty. The rolls taste fresh and are full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary soup and salad. It's a rarity to get that anymore. Service is always spectacular. They're kind, and you get your food quick. It's in a strip mall, so the outside is plain. But the inside is lovely. I always look forward to my next visit!"
"This is my first time at Mt Fuji, and it was great, and it was also my first-time having sushi, I loved the atmosphere and the roomy setting and you can't but love the great service."

"We met an out-of-state friend for dinner and landed here at the half way point. The town is super cute, but save the sightseeing for after dinner, you will want to get here early. The location is Teeny tiny, with only a handful of booths but does not feel cramped once seated. It seems to be a family business as their sweet little children were playing in the booth closest to the kitchen and helped deliver sodas at times. The ambiance was laid back and comfortable. I've never been to a Japanese restaurant and was excited to try something new. We got crab Rangoon appetizers and they were consistent with any other I've ordered. We ended up trying the hibachi meal that comes with soup and salad. We tried Miso Soup and our friend substituted clear soup. I've never had Miso soup so don't have anything to compare it to but it was DELICIOUS! And the salad was a small portion with a delicious dressing. No idea what it was but I loved it. I was worried I'd be full from the soup and salad but the food took a LONG time to come out. We were not in a hurry and had plenty of time to catch up. When the food came out there was so much!!!! And it was SO good!!!! I got the filet, my fiancé got the strip steak and our friend got chicken. All were equally delicious. If it would've been proper I would've licked the plate! Even thought this place is two hours from home, I would make the trip again. When we left they were packed in line with people waiting. I can't wait to try something new."
"I had this on my list of places to try since it opened here in Plainfield. It is a small location but has several dine in tables too. With a comprehensive sushi and Japanese menu they also had a few asian food options. I ordered the shrimp teriyaki bento box and was very happy with it. The bento box is a generous serving of your protein with rice and vegetables with two crab rangoon's and 4 pieces of California roll. The food all tasted great and all of our food for four people was ready in under 10 minutes. The price was also very reasonable at $12. All soda and Japanese soda are in the cooler caned and bottles only."
"Right off Allisonville and 116th, Okaya is a great local spot for sushi and more!We are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. When we bring our toddler, they are nothing but sweet to her and take interest in her jabber. So kind! Every waiter or waitress we have is nice and accommodating. The restaurant is incredibly clean and inviting. The food is fresh and has such good flavor. The sushi is impeccably made! The best I have had in the area!I also love their egg rolls and almost always get them as an appetizer. I agree with another reviewer that there is absolutely no smoke smell, even tho the restaurant is nestled between two smoke shops. I've been at this establishment a handful of times and have never experienced any smoky odor.FYI: They do not prepare hibachi in front of you. It is all cooked in the kitchen. Don't let that deter you; the food is great!"
"Minazuka Sushi Bar celebrated its grand opening a little over a month ago in a little strip mall near 421 and US 465. The dining room is upscale and lovely with pastel Japanese kimonos and pink cherry blossoms decorating the walls. There is a mix of booths and tables and a small sushi bar in the back. Gentle Asian music plays in the background. Our server was charming and friendly. She brought water, checked on us and food came out quickly. For lunch, we each had two sushi rolls and salad. The salad is large with the most incredible freshly made mango dressing. The spicy crab roll was creamy and tasty. I loved the shrimp tempura roll, which was filled with four large shrimp, lots of cucumber and a sweet sauce. My lunch was delicious and filling. Prices are very reasonable. They have applied for a liquor license to serve beer, wine and saki. The parking lot can be challenging to get in and out. I highly recommend and will return soon."
"Cannot recommend. My folks like this place, but after tonight's visit I will not be back. I ordered the Tilapia which was supposed to be "lightly blackened and topped with our tomato basil butter." Sounded great and I was looking forward to it. Instead it came out sautéed in a lemon wine sauce with capers. I pointed out immediately that the dish was not as described: blackened with tomato basil butter. The manager delivering the entrees said, "Oh yeah, it does come that way. I can have them re make it for you, but it will take a while." According to the menu you can have the tilapia with the lemon wine sauce if you request it, which I did not. I've had the lemon wine sauce on their seasonal walleye and did not like it. In fact as we drove their I reminded myself to not order anything with the lemon wine sauce. So I was thoroughly disappointed. I was not gonna wait "a while" for the correct dish while my dad ate. The manager then stated he would take care of it on the check and never did. But at least he and the server neglected to thank us for coming in as we literally bumped into them on the way out the door."
"Fantastic sushi. Great price and very fresh. We try something different every time. Don't miss this great local spot! Bento boxes are very popular also."
"Great small local place with a lot of variety. Been here about 3 times and has never disappointed. Prices are decent and the service was great. The hibachi rice is a go to for me with chicken and the spider roll never fails!"
"We decided to try out the new Korean restaurant during a soft opening on a weekday evening. We were greeted with a smile and ushered to a room and a choice of tables. The room that we were seated in was very clean and inviting. We eventually ordered bulgogi and a Korean seafood soup. Our server brought out several small side dishes (banchan). I particularly enjoyed the cabbage kimchi and my wife enjoyed the sweet roasted peanuts. The seafood soup came out boiling hot so please be careful and not dive in. Give it a few minutes to cool off to enjoy the flavor. My seafood soup was flavorful and spicy. My wife's bulgogi (marinated ribeye and veggies) had great flavor. A side of rice accompanied our entree's. We were also given a complimentary side of seafood pancakes (savory) and japchae noodles which were both tasty. I can't wait to return and try their spicy pork."
"Ready to a memorable experience? That is what you will find at Yummy Bowl! You can choose all of your own fresh ingredients at the bar and watch your food prepared! Everyone I talk to who has been there keeps coming back because of this fun concept! Our waitress was helpful in explaining the concept to us. Keep in mind you will only be able to go through the line once so it is recommended that you pile that bowl high if you want to take home leftovers!"
"Love bento boxes! This place gives huge portion and the amount of food you get for the price is *chefs kiss* Very delicious Mongolian beef, my partner had general tsos bento box that was also really good!I recommend coming here for dinner they also have sushi including sushi boat option, maybe we will try that next time"

The food is fresh, the local is beautiful simple and elegant. The sushi was pleasant. I had the red curry and they made it spicy for me. A nice place to enjoy. The wait did not seem to be an issue due to the servers interaction. I will vom back her for sure.

This an interesting attempt to bring sushi to Bluffton. The facility is located right on main in an old building. The outside is attractive. There is plenty of parking on the side. The building is very confusing. You go in the side door and wind your way past the kitchen to the small dinning area. It is odd to have to see the unattractive kitchen on the way to the seating. The seating area has an unimpressive decor - slightly decorated in a Japanese motif. The booth is moderately comfortable. The waiter was friendly without saying many words. The good and service moved along at a moderate pace. The menu is very big and moderately priced compared to other sushi places. The meal started with miso soup. It was rather plain. It had a microscopic piece of tofu in it. The broth was mildly warm and slightly creamy. The salad was plain but fresh. There was a lot of ginger dressing. The dressing only had a slight hint of ginger. It was rather thick in texture with carrot grindings. The dressing just blended with the lettuce. Not much zip taste to the dressing and salad.I had the steak bento box so I could try a variety of tastes. The spring roll was rather tasty but rather greasy. No sauce was provided to dip the roll in. The insides had finely chopped filling that came out of the frier a big mushy. The pot stickers were a nice add to the dish. They were a bit over fried and greasy. The insides were moist and tasty. But not very plentiful. The dipping sauce was very tasty! The box came with six small pieces of California roll. Each roll piece was very small. The rice was nicely cooked but the roll was very chewy. The insides were what you would expect for a California roll. I was surprised it did not come with a slight dab of wasabi. The steak was very good. It had a nice sweet teriyaki taste. There was plenty of au jus to add flavor to the rice. The meat was plentiful and seemed to be a good quality. I thought it was slightly over cooked. The fried rice was okay. I would gave expected to be offered white rice as alternative but I wasn't. The rice was slightly over cooked so that the kernels were a bit hard. There wasn't much additives in the rice to give it flavor or moisture.Overall...the bento box was not very attractive. The box actually has a lot of food for the price. The large tray made the portion sizes look small. The space between the items made it feel like they didn't belong together and were just put there without purpose.

Continue to enjoy the ease and quickness of a very good Hibachi meal at Mizu. Went again today for quick lunch on the way home. Had my favorite - the Hibachi shrimp. Apologies, no pic as I dug right in. Food was great, portion size is just right for me, with an abundance of shrimp, vegetables and rice. If you love Hibachi but don't like eating at the same table with strangers, waiting for the chef to come out, etc, and you want to eat all your food together while it's nice and hot, then Mizu is the place for you.Great takeout service as well with online ordering and quick pickup. Also, seating and bottled/canned drinks available if you want to eat it there. All around great quick serve or takeout Hibachi restaurant. Parking is convenient and easily accessible as Mizu is located in a strip mall in Plainfield area with lots of shopping around as well.

I wanted sushi tonight and decided to try something new and not my usual go to places in Fishers. I read the reviews and thought I would try Okaya. Like some of the reviews, it is unassuming in a strip center but that has never deterred me. Everyone was friendly from the moment I ordered till I picked it up. It is small and intimate but pretty busy when I got there. I tried the Humble Fish appetizer, the Orange Blossom and MVP rolls. They were fresh, decent size for the cost, which was average in Fishers.I want to take my boys back when they are in town which will allow me to try MANY more rolls.Sude note: Did not smell any smoke from the two businesses they are in between.

Great new sushi restaurant! My buddy and I had a few specialty rolls and hand rolls, and all the food was awesome. This included dragon roll, soft shell crab, and salmon avocado hand roll. They also have a hand roll with apple and salmon (New York?) - my friend really liked it (as well as his other roll). All the rolls weren't overloaded with rice, had solid portions, nice presentation, and proper temperature. Plus, our server was super friendly and attentive. On top of all that it wasn't too expensive and they even offered a discount because of the grand opening. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness for reservations because this place is hopping even on a weekday night. It's a space from yesteryear which makes it feel warm and cozy. The service here was impecable. Shout out to Lisa who managed our rowdy group and all our requests along with separate checks. Yes they add the gratuity automatically, but she deserved it and more. The food was good. All my guests raved about their dishes. I had ordered the nachos with chili and I hate to say it, but it was just really bland. I'll have to try something else next time. I did try a bit of the soup of the day and it was delicious, nice and full of flavor and with a bit of spice even. The Ceasar salad with salmon not only looked deliious but it was devoured quickly, which is always a good sign. While I didn't personally eat it, the lemon cake looked and was deemed as wonderful by all that tried it. I comes warm, drenched in lemony syrup and dollops of whipped cream.

Stopped in by accident and can recommend this highly.Counter service style ordering. Very friendly staff, excellent food. We.ordered the egg drop soup (excellent), hot and sour soup (just ok), seaweed salad (as expected) and two deluxe bento boxes. I substituted rice for soba noodles, which was probably my best decision of the day. Bento boxes (shrimp for one, steak for me) were fantastic.

"4 stars.Great experience. Yummy experience.Grab your bowl, load it up with veggies and protein, shake on some seasoning, then amp up the flavor with a sauce and voila! I think my bowl was better here than other places because they offer a wide variety of seasonings to add and you aren't relying on the sauce to do all the work. I did miss having the roti option, but I did fried rice and that worked, too. Service was good, not great. Sodas are $2.29 and are served in humongous 32 oz tumblers, so refills really And the policy is to add gratuity to any check with 5 or more. I think we are getting out of control on the whole notion of tipping. And that's coming from a pretty consistent 20% or more tipper. This restaurant is a lovely addition to the restaurant scene in Fishers. I look forward to returning again."
"This is our go to spot for fantastic sushi in Franklin. We always get the pick three for $13. You also get soup or salad. (I usually get both as it's only another $2) Very tasty and delicious sides. Great crab Rangoon and harumaki. We have also had the hibachi and it was very flavorful. Favorite three picks are the eel roll, California roll and the shrimp tempura roll. We have had others, but these are my favorites!!"
"We've dined at Happy Kitchen several times over the years, as well as gotten carryout, and all experiences have been positive. The first time we dined in, we thought it odd that a Japanese restaurant was playing country music. But the food was so good! Sushi presentation is on point and the staff is always friendly. This will remain one of our local sushi go-tos."
"A true favorite place when fast food or regular dinner options seem blah. We frequent this establishment almost weekly or mb it's we think about how we should've gone to Roku ; ) ?!?Creatures of habits, we often order the same meals (sushi). Tonight we opted to try something completely different. Of course I asked goofy questions. Ridiculous questions too...Will I like this "brown" sauce? What's in it? Have you (server) tried it & like it too? Sure, I'm buying time as EVERYTHING is definitely yummy. Staff at Roku are exceptional. It doesn't matter if you must point out what you think you'll order then change your mind when it's your turn. Yup, I'm that person. If you see me IRL in a line, it may be a minute as I've got questions about stuff. Please accept my sincere condolences upfront, TYVM ; ) .Value wise, I can't think of a restaurant in the Center Grove-Greenwood IN (USA) area where two still growing adults don't exceed $40 including tip for a dine in restaurant, can you? We ordered: Dinosaur Eggs (spicy tuna), Spring Rolls, Wonton Soup, & Seafood (varied shellfish), & water. We shared this feast & didn't need a doggie bag. Yes, at the end we entertained thoughts of the Bubble Teas. Now a few hours later, regrets about the bubble tea has caused minor regrets. Next time, mb kinda sorta?!?This place continuously maintains outstanding quality in foods with staff members that are always welcoming. Can't wait til we decide to repeat our visit mb in a day or so :). Hope to see you there soon!Stay well & safe,Amyp.s. Oh dear, I almost space it. The bestest part was seeing IU educate MI today @ Roku. Marvelous food & IU educating MI. Best day Saturday of this week!"
"I'm not a sushi person usually, but there's was so good! There were so many options for rolls, bowls, etc. They have soy paper (it's pink!) instead of seaweed which I like much more. The service was quick, helpful, and very friendly. The bubble tea was okay, but they really shine with their food. Definitely suggest trying their sushi!"
"Such a nice man working at the counter and cooking the food! I just picked something because I didn't know what to get and ended up with a stir fried chicken and veggies mix. I really liked the chili peppers in it and the combo of flavors - I didn't find it to be spicy, so I'm guessing they skimped a little on that thinking I couldn't handle it. Haha. Cute interior - not fancy but they definitely put some thought into the decor. This spot is adjacent to the Dollar General that took over the old Family Video and I definitely feel like it's a slept on spot in Greenwood!"
"Sushi Boss was one of the options to order from at work with the EZCater Relish app last week.I ordered a chirashi bowl that has a mix of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. It was phenomenal. I've had a very similar bowl at a similar type chain in San Diego (read: coastal town) and the quality of the fish here was 100x better. No grizzly, fatty pieces. Melt in your mouth fish. Also, the cucumber salad is so tasty, but spicy!Highly recommend Sushi Boss as a convenient lunch option."
"Best Sushi place I've tried in all of Indiana. service is great, food is delicious, ambiance is lovely, and it's reasonably priced."
"Quickly becoming my go to for lunch. The spicy tuna roll is the perfect level of spicy and savory. Very nice portion size. I only order one roll for lunch and it's the perfect amount of food. The rolls are always tightly rolled & packed with care. I like that they have options to customize rolls too. Prices are on the lower end of what you can find on the circle and around downtown Indy, but the quality is still great."
"There aren't many great restaurants in Shelbyville, but Hana Sushi and Ramen is always great and one of my favorites. I've tried quite a few dishes there, and they have all been delicious. When we go, we like to start out with the crab rangoons and shumai. Their rangoons are some of the best I've had. They have crab in them and have a sweet taste. You can't go wrong with shumai either. It's always good. Their hibachi bento boxes and teriyaki dishes are a great choice if you don't like sushi. The Lo Mein, fried rice, and ramen are excellent choices as well. As far as sushi goes, I'm kind of picky. I like to stick to the rolls that are not raw. The ones that I've had at Hana have been amazing. My personal favorites are the angry bird roll, caterpillar roll, and the Hana roll. They have a variety of different choices, even if you're not a sushi eater. I always have a pleasant experience at Hana Sushi and Ramen. The staff is excellent and very attentive. The restaurant is also very clean. I definitely suggest giving this restaurant a try if you haven't already."
"Gosh, with all these 5-star reviews, did we pick literally the worst day to come here? Don't know, as we have no interest in returning.I tried ordering what I thought would be a fresh and healthy poke bowl on lettuce. Wish I could have better seen the ingredients behind the glass, because I would have aborted that idea. The lettuce was iceberg and ironically swimming in water...I watched in dismay as the worker had to shake off the water, but not hard enough because plenty made it into my to-go box. Next up, some of the most disgusting avocado I have ever been served - more brown/gray than green (thankfully was not an extra charge). And then finished with weirdly cut sticks of onion and topped with "spicy" mayo that was somehow less spicy or flavorful than just pure mayo. At least the salmon wasn't as terrible as everything else and didn't give me any digestive issues like I feared it would, but did not warrant a return visit either. The salmon ended up being the only thing I ate from this "bowl".Service was ok, but a little slow. We received a free $10 gift card for our next visit, but even that won't have us returning (my wife's teriyaki chicken was underwhelming too). I have no idea what world we entered versus the other reviews here, but we won't chance it again."
"I wasn't sure what to expect, but a group of friends wanted to check this out and man I'm glad we did.The process is a little daunting at first, but our server Jackie was super helpful in helping us through. (Especially since I have some food allergies, the shared prep area is a little nerve-wracking, but he put a sticker on my board to make sure it was prepped separately.)You either get one bowl for a set price, or unlimited -- but keep in mind that you can't take your leftovers to go if you get a second bowl (because you're unlimited now.) I only got one, and was impressed by how inexpensive it was given the amount of food you get! There's absolutely an art to stacking your bowl, which I apparently just need to make more trips to perfect. If you go with a more experience friend, follow their lead -- don't try to figure it out on your own.Overall, this was an excellent experience - definitely will be coming back to see if I can make a smarter bowl!"
"Recommended by a friend who lived in the area. We are from out of town and went for dinner with my husband, realized after the fact that reservations were required. Folks ahead of us said, "Don't worry they'll get you in!" Sure enough we were able to sit at the bar with a friendly bartender. There were so many options to choose from! We started with the crab cake - came with a sauce and pieces of crab on the side with lemon. The lemon was wonderful on top of the cake! Husband gobbled up the sauce. We fought over the last pieces of crab. For entrees- My husband ordered the spicy spring roll and and caesar salad (a bit dry) and I ordered the grilled fish tacos. They were fantastic!"
"Drakes is a cornucopia of flavors.Upon first view, the menu at Drake's is a bit confusing. I don't know of too many places where you can get fried bologna, seared salmon, and a sushi roll all at once. Somehow, it all works. I love the casual bar feel and the ample space available at Drake's. I can't imagine an outfit that would be out of place, and the menu is broad enough to match almost anyone's taste. This is definitely a place for friends. If you haven't popped in yet, it's worth a visit."
"You can't beat a $6.50 all day buffet! At that price, you aren't visiting for fanciness, this place is a dive and the buffet is small - but the price is right & the food hot & tasty! Including fresh sushi on the display! I can confirm this because the sushi guy was frequently adding new sushi while I was there. Looks to be a local spot with frequent customers, college students, and seniors. Went around 1pm on a Friday and it wasn't crowded but there was still a decent amount of people there, many having leisure lunches with friends. I knocked it a 1 star because we had no idea what to do when we arrived, there was no sign to indicate whether we sat ourselves or not. The waitress wasn't super friendly and was hard to understand, she just pointed to a table. We still weren't sure if she wanted us to go sit or follow her, eventually we figured it out - she will seat you. Unlimited refills on soda for $1.50, huge glasses and the refills were always replenished. They serve Coke products, Including Mello Yello (for anyone out there who gets as excited about this as my husband )."
"The food is was very good especially that jalapeño app! Omg I would come back just for that .service was prompt and pleasant . The food was very very good . My husband had the scallop hibachi which you can see had plenty of scallops and really nice fried rice and sautéed vegetables. It comes with 2 shrimp also which I ate since he's allergic to them . Everything even the iced tea was good . The last place in this spot got killed by Covid I'm glad we have a good Japanese restaurant in town ."
"A 5 star sushi restaurant in Rushville, Indiana? Honestly, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. We have been here twice, and tried a few different rolls. My two favorites are the Godzilla Roll, and the Spiderman roll. (there might be a theme here)Service is stellar, and both times we've got the feeling they sincerely appreciated our business.I've got to say a word about the food presentation. They do a fantastic job of presenting the food on the plates. Not only is it delicious, it's also beautiful to look at. We're fans."
"Really great sushi! The staff was incredibly friendly to us even though we brought our three kids in with us. It's not a huge space and tables fill up at dinner time but we got there around 5 o'clock and had no trouble getting a table. We will definitely be back!"
"I've been here several times and I feel like the first couple of times the all-you-can-eat was spectacular, but there have been a few flops the last few visits (messy rolls, seaweed in my ice tea...whhyyy?). The menu isn't as big as Sushi Club or Watami, but I feel like the fish quality is a lot better, so I don't mind paying $23/per person; use the Yelp 10% off if you check in coupon! The space is small and cute; exactly how I would imagine a small sushi bar would be in Japan. We always get great service when we visit, and we don't have to wait long for our food. Tip: write your name on the menus, one time they just put all our rolls on one large plate and it was a little confusing.Favorites: Tian Fu Roll, 007 Roll, Spicy Tuna roll, and Philadelphia Roll."
"Wow so good!! And actually inside the Greenwood Park Mall by the outside Fountain. I had the spicy ramen and it was delicious! My wife just had edamame and said it was fantastic. My granddaughters both just got Ramen noodles and broth and loved it. We will be back!!"
"Had a great dinner here! Its a hibachi express which means they cook it in the kitchen rather than at a grill in your face. Works for me - you don't leave smelling like grease!I had the chicken hibachi dinner- good amt of veggies - and fried rice. Came with soup or salad to start (classic iceberg salad with ginger dressing)"
"This has got to be one of my top hibachi places. Prices are great and portions are even better. We frequently get coupons in the mail which made us first check them out. I love their hibachi food itself and a fun bonus is they also have noodles as part of their meal. Salad, rice, veggies, and filet.... All delicious and making me want to come back here ASAP. staff has always been nice & never had to wait for a table on a week night. Cool atmosphere too. Will be back again soon!"
"We had the BEST experience at Salt at Geist! The restaurant is beautiful and clean and I was so impressed from the beginning of service until the end. Our server was attentive and helpful. I ordered a espresso martinis and the salt sunset (order this drink!!). For food we started with the rock shrimp as an appetizer. Also, I ordered the lobster bisque. I ordered the fettuccine for my entree and it was delicious. We celebrated a birthday for a friend and they accommodated our large group with no issues! I can't wait to come back! Don't forget to order the crème brûlée, YUM!!"
