"I love the presentation of their sushi! It's so pretty. Half off on Sunday sushi too! Great deal! I take work friends here when they are in town. It's an easy walk for them from bottle works hotel. Parking can be difficult so you may need to walk a block. The servers are good and some are absolutely hilarious! Looking forward to going today actually!!"
"I was in for a quick bite. I sat in the bar, and Jessica was quick and attentive! She greeted me as soon as I was seated and got my order right away. I had gin dirty martini and Oysters Rockefeller; both were AMAZING. It was very busy tonight, I'm lucky to have been able to get a bar seat so quickly. It was kind of loud, but that could have only been cause of the crowd. There were groups of people, couples, and solo people like myself. I absolutely love Noah Grant's and cannot wait until I get another time to go enjoy their food."

"Sushi Boss was one of the options to order from at work with the EZCater Relish app last week.I ordered a chirashi bowl that has a mix of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. It was phenomenal. I've had a very similar bowl at a similar type chain in San Diego (read: coastal town) and the quality of the fish here was 100x better. No grizzly, fatty pieces. Melt in your mouth fish. Also, the cucumber salad is so tasty, but spicy!Highly recommend Sushi Boss as a convenient lunch option."
"Service is always fantastic. Presentation of the sushi is always different and keeps you guessing. Will you get a flower? A boat? Who knows! Tons of rolls, lots of non sushi options too. Near the top of the favorites list are the Christmas roll and American Dream"
"A group of about 10 of us met at Fujiyama to enjoy some very delicious Japanese fare and cocktails on a Thursday evening. Conveniently located just off of 465 and Emerson, this location is easy to access and offers complementary parking in its lot. Our group made seating arrangements in advance, so the staff was readily prepared for our arrival. Our orders were taken promptly, but dinner became a bit complicated as food was served at various times so that some people received their appetizers and dinners at the same time while others were left waiting with no food. Our waters and cocktails were also left empty for quite some time. They would have had a substantially higher tab from our table had the server returned to ask if we wanted more adult beverages as ours sat empty. With the bit of snafu in service, I do have to say that our appetizers, entrées, and cocktails were absolutely delicious. One can tell that the food is made with craft and care as fresh ingredients were concocted to be just lovely Japanese dishes. Their sake and cocktail collections are on point! We found it a little odd that they offer such an abundant alcohol selection, but the server was not able to tell us what house sake was available. (She just pointed at the bar from across the room.) Overall, I would give them another chance because the food and drinks were so tasty. Just be prepared for maybe not the most punctual service."
"Love bento boxes! This place gives huge portion and the amount of food you get for the price is *chefs kiss* Very delicious Mongolian beef, my partner had general tsos bento box that was also really good!I recommend coming here for dinner they also have sushi including sushi boat option, maybe we will try that next time"
"Food was excellent. Very good service. Nice ambiance. A hidden gem. Be in the know and try it soon!"
"Drakes is a cornucopia of flavors.Upon first view, the menu at Drake's is a bit confusing. I don't know of too many places where you can get fried bologna, seared salmon, and a sushi roll all at once. Somehow, it all works. I love the casual bar feel and the ample space available at Drake's. I can't imagine an outfit that would be out of place, and the menu is broad enough to match almost anyone's taste. This is definitely a place for friends. If you haven't popped in yet, it's worth a visit."
"Hands-down, my favorite sushi spot! You cannot drink for quality all you can eat sushi! Not only does the all you menu come with sushi options, but it also comes with your appetizers and sides as well as dessert. The dessert options are vanilla ice cream or green tea ice cream. They use iPads for you to select what you want, and it automatically sends it back to the kitchen. They prepare the food very quickly and again you can order as much as you want, the only stipulation is, if there is more than seven pieces of sushi left and they charge you a dollar per piece so that people don't over order and waste."
"I had the chance to come in today and meet a student to have a last check in before they leave for a summer program at Wabash college, we were seated right away and our server was awesome, very attentive and friendly!,We had veggie spring rolls and pork gyoza that was very tasty and each came with good dipping sauces. We both had delicious sushi! I had the rainbow and ocean roll, loved having it in house and not take out like I typically do. All around great experience! Check them out if you are in the area"
"The service is fast and although the exterior of the restaurant looks old, the food is decent.Pics below Miso soupEdamame Crab RangoonSeaweed SaladSpicy GirlSpicy tuna rollSee on the beach rollSpecial of the day 8/5/23"
"I wasn't sure what to expect, but a group of friends wanted to check this out and man I'm glad we did.The process is a little daunting at first, but our server Jackie was super helpful in helping us through. (Especially since I have some food allergies, the shared prep area is a little nerve-wracking, but he put a sticker on my board to make sure it was prepped separately.)You either get one bowl for a set price, or unlimited -- but keep in mind that you can't take your leftovers to go if you get a second bowl (because you're unlimited now.) I only got one, and was impressed by how inexpensive it was given the amount of food you get! There's absolutely an art to stacking your bowl, which I apparently just need to make more trips to perfect. If you go with a more experience friend, follow their lead -- don't try to figure it out on your own.Overall, this was an excellent experience - definitely will be coming back to see if I can make a smarter bowl!"

I appreciate you trying to do sushi along with a list of other things. But when a person goes out to a "sushi restaurant" and orders tea I personally would have appreciated getting a heads up that you serve lipton tea in single serve tea bags. Just sayin

My wife had a craving for crab legs and saw a special that was posted on Facebook about the legs, so we decided to head here for dinner. I, myself, don't typically order fish fillets because most places over cook or over season their fish. This is the only place I've been to where the fish was seasoned perfectly. More on that later. We walked in to the dining room and I noticed it was pleasantly decorated in a nautical theme but not too "over the top". It wasn't distracting, which was awesome. We were promptly greeted and shown to our table. Service was great. Our server gave us space but whenever a glass was less than half full, she would come by and ask if we needed refills. What we ordered. My wife had the snow crab legs (not pictured) and said they were amazing. Cooked well and these had plenty of meat. It was served with warm, drawn butter which was kept warm over a candle. She was also given an empty bucket to discard the shells. She also had the truffle Pier fries and raved about them on the way home. The fries were hot and cooked well. I had the grouper entree at the recommendation of our server. It came with sweet corn risotto, jumbo asparagus, and a small boat of lobster sauce on the side. Sauce comes on the side as default. As previously stated, the fish was perfect. Seasoned lightly so you could still taste the fish and cooked excellently. The fish was moist and tender. My asparagus was cooked perfectly too. Tender, flavorful and I was able to cut it with a knife. Most places overcook or under cook their asparagus, this was perfect. The lobster sauce really tied the dish together and it is very rich. A little goes a long way! Sauce had great flavor and body and did not break while on my food or after a while in the little boat. I ordered a side of pier fries because the menu did not specify if there would be a vegetable or other side. The fries were again, cooked perfectly. Nice and hot and fluffy on the inside. Overall I highly recommend Noah Grant's for anyone looking for some great seafood in a relaxed but upscale restaurant. I will be back very soon.

I don't pretend to be a sushi aficionado, by any means, but I have been swamped at work and was in the mood today. I decided to Door Dash from Sushi Boss downtown. Now, most of the time when I order sushi, the rolls are incredibly tiny, about 5-6 little pieces, so I usually order 2-3 rolls not thinking anything about it. I ordered the Spicy Crab Rangoon roll, the Rainbow Roll and the Surf and Turf roll. Let me tell you...I was NOT prepared. The driver handed me the bag and for a second I thought he gave me the wrong order because the bag easily weighed over a pound. I opened the bag and laughed for a full minute before I paraded these monsters around the office: "LOOK AT IT...will you just look at it!" Whoever is out there making these beastly rolls, you are the real MVP. I was only able to eat the equivalent of 3/4 of one, but I have lunch for the next few days. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I didn't see anything with real crab on the menu. That said, the taste and insane portion sizes more than made up for it. In other words, I highly recommend...just make sure to bring your appetite!

So glad we decided to stop in to the Sushi Bar! It's in the neighborhood we are staying in while we're in town, and we had a craving for sushi. The weather was lovely so we sat outside. The server was kind and attentive--was very accommodating with dietary restrictions and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered a handful of rolls, and they brought them out on a lovely display. Everything was really fresh and delicious (and priced well to boot)!

I love me some hibachi and fujiyama's has never did me wrong. That's my go-to happy place. Great service always and very attentive to my needs every time I dine in. I decided to sit on the restaurant/bar side over the hibachi grill side this time and I'm glad I did. The Lakers game was on for my viewing pleasure. I ordered the shogun special, steak was just right and chicken wad delicious. I got double fried rice and the soup and salad is always good. I love that dressing on the salad. Everything was good. I left with a full belly and ready to go to sleep. The decor is really nice there too. Very family friendly and handicap accessible for those with such needs. I dined in with family and everyone enjoyed themselves. I'll be back for sure, because it's one of my happy places to eat.

I frequent bento cafe but recently ordered take out from them for the first time. First off, I think their online ordering system is so easy. I like that I don't pay until I pick up my food, it's just easier that way. Service is wonderful as always The food this time around was good and meh. I got the General Tso's chicken bento box. It was delicious! I was worried the portion size may not be the same as in-restaurant but it was! My fiancé got the Chicken Pad Thai and that is where things fell short. The noodles were bright red, covered in seasoning, but there was absolutely no flavor. Very strange. The noodles were also extremely dry. I only live 20 minutes from the restaurant so I am doubtful the car ride caused this.

What an adorable restaurant. Met a girlfriend at Ichiban last evening for a Happy Birthday celebration. Now, I'm not gonna lie. It took me a hot minute to figure out where this place was as I cruised the parking lot. I musta passed it a few too many times. Yes, I did giggle at myself for my own goofiness driving back & forth. It's exactly between City Bargains & Discount Tire, on US 31. Technically in Indianapolis though many who are familiar with the area considers it Greenwood ;). Parking lot is little funky but if you stay patient enough, you'll figure it out. Decor is calming & very welcoming. Staff is attentive & helpful. Dining area very clean. If you're into adult refreshments, prices aren't as steep as their competitors nowadays. The greatest aspect of our happy birthday dinner extravaganza last night was that it happened to be a Monday. Snaps to our waitress who pointed it out to us. On Monday's this venue has a special on certain sushi. Please refer to pics. Was it good? Are residents of Indiana called Hoosiers? We very much enjoyed ourselves at Ichiban & planning another girls night out soon. Come see for yourself! Address: 8265 US 31 South, Indianapolis, IN 46227 (317) 883 - 1888 Stay well & safe everyone!

Backstory: this review is based on my latest two visits. My first visit was 3 stars, but today's visit was nothing short of 5 !!! The service was much better!!!!My first visit was on a weeknight; after 9 PM, after work. The service was subpar. So much that I didn't, nor planned, coming back that late again. It wasn't very busy and the one employee that was in the bar area (dining area) was there and wasn't very attentive. I believe she brought over utensils and water and that was it. She never checked back in or anything. Then someone else came to take our order. I promise, the food is what saved the night! The absolute best fried chicken sandwich I've had to date!!!!! The salad was fresh and cold. It was a little too cold for me personally, but aside from the temperature, it was very tasty. The sriracha wings we tried as an appetizer. I'll just say that we had to do some dusting because the flavor was a bit overpowering. Also, get the housemade ranch!!! Thank me later! Second visit: zero complaints!!! Alana was great! The fried fish was hot, battered just right & fried just right! I now have another favorite here at Drake's. This evening, I felt seen and valued as a customer. That in itself, paired with great food makes for a very happy, full and satisfied repeat customer!!!!

"Every time we stop by Indianapolis visiting family, Tomo is a must stop by place per kids request at least twice in a 8 day trip !! Once again thank you Tomo for a wonderful dinner. Food is still the best and friendly staff . We enjoyed it so much !"
"I struggled between a 3 and a 4 star but based on just the service experience it needs to be a 3. I was part of a group of a graduation party on a Saturday evening - I'd say there were 15-18 of us total. We sat in a group of booths in the back. They were only slightly busy outside of our group. The group I went with was 95% African American. First off, the restaurant does not come across as being extremely clean. It's run-down and there are splashes of sauces on the walls. One of the forks at the table had to be exchanged because it had food stuck on it. They have Ipads on the table to order your items for the AYCE meal but they don't explain how it works and it is a little confusing. We figured it out. The food is really pretty tasty. The fried rice and spring rolls were excellent and I really enjoyed that the salad came with lots of dressing. The sushi was alright - honestly the pieces of salmon in it were a little big for my liking but the chicken teriyaki was declicious. It did take quite awhile to get our items once they were put in and they only had one waitress do all of the our group's tables. At no point could we get any drink refills, were never asked and sometimes we'd try to get the waitress but she would set things down so quickly you couldn't stop her. At the end of the meal a few of us ordered ice cream but only a portion of what we ordered came and it very much gave off a "you're done" vibe. So, the last couple items we ordered never came. When part of my table asked for the check she started getting kind of rude. They wanted 3 people on a check and she kept saying "there are 6 people at this table". This should have been asked when we sat down. Eventually many of us got up and started taking pictures - nobody was leaving and she started yelling about one of the tables not paying yet. She was extremely rude. (The checks all got paid). She even threw the check book down, aggressively, at one of the tables. At this point we knew they just didn't want us in the restaurant anymore and left as soon as they were satisfied that the bills were paid. It was a very unwelcoming experience. I liked the food but would not return to this location due to the rudeness of the wait staff. I'd try the other location. Not to mention they of course added 18% tip to every check when we couldn't even get a drink refill or all the items we ordered. I noticed their website talks about groups and catering - but they definitely don't know how to handle groups, especially if they are diverse."
"I stopped in on a whim because I had a sushi craving. I searched Sushi on Yelp & this had great reviews & they had a lunch menu. When I walked in they had a a lot of people in for lunch and the server asked if I wanted to partake in the all you can eat option. After looking over my options I opted for all you can eat. It was a cheaper option and it consisted of not just sushi- which I LOVE! I obviously over ate- because- DUH! But it was so worth it. The space was great and inviting. The sushi was typical for an all you can eat place. My favorite was the deep fried Salmon roll- I cannot remember what they called it. They offer a variety of options raw & cooked sushi as well as rice, vegetarian and a wide variety of other things. If you don't want to do all you can eat they offer that as well- which is nice."
"I came to ocean world for lunch and they have so many delicious options as lunch specials. Our server was polite and attentive, asking if we wanted a refill on drinks as we were getting close to finish our cups. The decor was not my favorite but it was still a clean environment, with paper lined tables for easy cleanup. I ordered the Las Vegas roll and the sweet chili shrimp, both of which were delicious. I'll be back for lunch again soon!"
"Ordered a veggie sushi roll and it was just alright. The ratios of filling to rice was off. It had enough rice, but little filling. The hot and sour soup flavor was good, but it was too thick for my liking. Food was provided promptly after ordering."
"Ordered delivery. Food was good quality and quantity. I got the scallop hibachi dinner and felt like I got a ton of scallops which is awesome. I also ordered the summer roll such I which was pretty good too. Everything was as advertised and I was very satisfied with my order. Will order from again."
"I've been here a few times before and have always received amazing service and delicious food. A few days ago, I decided to try a sushi bowl. I used the create-your-own option and chose spicy crab mix, asparagus, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, eel sauce, boss sauce (spicy mayo), and sesame seeds. My goodness, I was full from devouring the deliciousness!"
"Great sushi!I ordered take out from Wild Ginger and was very impressed.Took about 15 minutes to prepare my order of four different sushi rolls:CaliforniaAsparagus Shrimp tempura Crab Rangoon Everything was great! Got home and saw they gave me chopsticks and both reduced sodium and regular soy sauce. Pro tip: mix your wasabi with your soy sauce. I love wasabi but can't do a big dollop of it so I mix it with the soy sauce to balance it out."
"Friends of mine who are regulars here told me about Kasi, so I gave them a try. They promised me that the sushi was fresh and well prepared, so I ordered online and went and picked it up. They offer delivery but I just can't quite bring myself to order delivery sushi.I got there several minutes before my order was supposed to be ready, but they were just packing it up for me. I'm always a little nervous about traveling with soup too, but the miso was very well packaged along with the rest of my order.Sushi was delicious as was the miso and the salad. Super happy with how everything looked and tasted... the only issue was no soy sauce or wasabi. I've since ordered from them again and I simply add a note to include wasabi and soy sauce and I've not had a problem since."
"Nice Sunday lunch spot, stop in and enjoy the food. Parking is not terrible and the prices are good for the amount of food you get. The service is like a fast casual restaurant order at the counter and find your seat. Enjoy!"
"Ok I LOVE sushi so why is this my first time ever trying an all you can eat sushi restaurant? I have no idea but it was soo worth it! We went on Valentine's Day so it was busy but we got seated right away. Service was good for how busy it was! Everyone was kind of working together so it made it efficient. You can get appetizers and sushi rolls unlimited for $25/person. We got crab Rangoon, house salad, miso soup and all the sushi we wanted for a very reasonable price! I thought all of the rolls were very good and made fresh. You can watch them make it at the sushi bar and they were so fast! I really enjoyed this place and their drinks (wine/beer) were very reasonably priced as well!"
"Love the ramen here! This is in a large strip mallarea off of smith valley & 135. I always order the ginger tea and usually, the ramen but this time I ordered the Pad Thai. The dish had a sweetness that I didn't love but didn't make it unappealing. My daughter ordered her regular chicken katsu ramen and dove in with reckless energy. We also ordered the scallion pancake which was a big win! I will continue to frequent this location but plan to return to my regular order. Give it a try if you're in the area!"
"Absolutely loved the experience! The building is off of Bash Rd. The food came out very quickly, and was delicious! Extremely affordable too! I loved the tempura rolls & the shrimp dumplings. I can't wait to go back again for more"
"So so so good. Went on a whim with a friend. They said we'd have 5 minutes to order bcz they were going on a break in between lunch and dinner service and we said we'll make it work. So pleased they were willing to accommodate us. Everything was fantastic. Decor is so beautiful."
"We made a last-minute decision to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday at Hino Oishi. Even though we arrived right at the start of dinner time without a reservation, we were fortunate to be seated immediately. The waitress was fantastic, taking the time to explain the menu thoroughly and offering excellent recommendations for us as first-time visitors. For an appetizer, I ordered the Golden California sushi, which was absolutely mouthwatering and unlike anything I've tried before. For my main course, I chose the shrimp and steak hibachi. The chef did an outstanding job, especially with cooking my steak to a perfect medium. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that their dinner hibachi includes chicken fried rice. I also have to rave about their ginger salad--it's the best I've ever had--and their onion soup was equally delightful."
"My eyes are watering and my mouth is on fire....but a good fire. The Spicy Shrimp with Vegetables is HOT but delicious! The Hot and Sour is serious HOT but also delicious. We ordered the lunch specials. Soup or Eggroll and Entree now $8. It was a lot of food. Entrees come with white or fried rice. The vegetables (carrots, peppers, onions) were sliced julienne and fresh. The soup had lots of fresh mushrooms. Both were favorful and HOT.We ordered to go. Food was quickly prepared and service friendly. Meals came with a fortune cookie, of course. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall and all accessible. I'll be back. Love the heat."
"For book club we always choose a place to order in for dinner, and we are all sushi fans so the hostess suggested this location.I loved all the different options that we had, each roll was fresh and delicious! It also traveled very well, I want to visit this location so I can take in the full experience. Was impressed with this food! Can't wait to have it again"
"Fabulous food, beautiful dining rooms and great service make Harmony Steakhouse a winner. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. There are two upscale trendy dining rooms and a lovely outdoor patio. In the south dining room is a sushi bar, full bar and lots of tables. The Hibachi grills are not opened at lunch. The restaurant is immaculate. Our server, Arma, was pleasant, attentive and professional. We had great service. Food came out fairly quickly. Cloth napkins l, lovely place settings and fresh flowers made dining romantic. The lunch menu offers assorted sushi, hibachi and teriyaki meals. I ordered the Hibachi steak with mushroom soup. The mushroom soup is hot and refreshing, made with a clear broth. The Hibachi steak was tender and perfectly prepared with stir fried mixed vegetables (broccoli and mushrooms) and rice. The soy based flavorings were perfect. My husband had the 2-roll sushi lunch. He selected the fried crispy spicy crab roll and shrimp tempura roll. The rolls were beautifully plated and generous. He loved both rolls, especially the crab roll.It was a beautiful lunch. I'll be back. East 5 star. There is plenty of parking. All doors are accessible with brail signs. Attention to detail is evident throughout the design."
"Fantastic sushi. Great price and very fresh. We try something different every time. Don't miss this great local spot! Bento boxes are very popular also."
"A true favorite place when fast food or regular dinner options seem blah. We frequent this establishment almost weekly or mb it's we think about how we should've gone to Roku ; ) ?!?Creatures of habits, we often order the same meals (sushi). Tonight we opted to try something completely different. Of course I asked goofy questions. Ridiculous questions too...Will I like this "brown" sauce? What's in it? Have you (server) tried it & like it too? Sure, I'm buying time as EVERYTHING is definitely yummy. Staff at Roku are exceptional. It doesn't matter if you must point out what you think you'll order then change your mind when it's your turn. Yup, I'm that person. If you see me IRL in a line, it may be a minute as I've got questions about stuff. Please accept my sincere condolences upfront, TYVM ; ) .Value wise, I can't think of a restaurant in the Center Grove-Greenwood IN (USA) area where two still growing adults don't exceed $40 including tip for a dine in restaurant, can you? We ordered: Dinosaur Eggs (spicy tuna), Spring Rolls, Wonton Soup, & Seafood (varied shellfish), & water. We shared this feast & didn't need a doggie bag. Yes, at the end we entertained thoughts of the Bubble Teas. Now a few hours later, regrets about the bubble tea has caused minor regrets. Next time, mb kinda sorta?!?This place continuously maintains outstanding quality in foods with staff members that are always welcoming. Can't wait til we decide to repeat our visit mb in a day or so :). Hope to see you there soon!Stay well & safe,Amyp.s. Oh dear, I almost space it. The bestest part was seeing IU educate MI today @ Roku. Marvelous food & IU educating MI. Best day Saturday of this week!"
"Popped in for a quick lunch today and was so delighted by the friendly, quick service, the pleasant vibes, and most of all, the delicious sushi!! A great deal for lunch, any two basic rolls for $15, and they still serve it artfully. Yummy. Will definitely be returning!"
"This place was delicious and also was such a good deal on sushi! The ginger salad and miso soup as an appetizer were delicious. My husband who usually hates salad dressings even loved the ginger dressing! It definitely seems homemade. You can get a lot of meal deals on sushi rolls, so it's cheap even for dinner! The service was great and the people were so friendly and attentive, refilling waters and bussing dishes!! I know there are a lot of sushi places in the area, but this is one of the best!"
"Cannot recommend. My folks like this place, but after tonight's visit I will not be back. I ordered the Tilapia which was supposed to be "lightly blackened and topped with our tomato basil butter." Sounded great and I was looking forward to it. Instead it came out sautéed in a lemon wine sauce with capers. I pointed out immediately that the dish was not as described: blackened with tomato basil butter. The manager delivering the entrees said, "Oh yeah, it does come that way. I can have them re make it for you, but it will take a while." According to the menu you can have the tilapia with the lemon wine sauce if you request it, which I did not. I've had the lemon wine sauce on their seasonal walleye and did not like it. In fact as we drove their I reminded myself to not order anything with the lemon wine sauce. So I was thoroughly disappointed. I was not gonna wait "a while" for the correct dish while my dad ate. The manager then stated he would take care of it on the check and never did. But at least he and the server neglected to thank us for coming in as we literally bumped into them on the way out the door."
