"I love working out of the VIP Center. I can focus on what I need to get done! They have plenty of space and the rates are reasonable. I have also enjoyed the training opportunities they offer to both Corporate and Entrepreneurial Women. Learning so much!!"
"I just tried The Haverstick for the first time a few weeks ago. I hadn't realized it existed before... maybe because it's nestled behind The Church at the Crossing? But a no fee co-working space with its own coffee shop inside sounded well worth a try!The space has a lot of seating options. When you walk in, there are long tables to the left. If you keep entering the main space, there are couches, plush chairs, and standard table and chairs to choose from. The lighting is kept kind of dim. It's moody, but may be a bit tough on the eyes depending on what you're working on. The long tables over by the door have better light!I didn't take a look at the private rooms, but I know they have those available to rent for a fee. You can talk to the baristas about it.I haven't tried the tea yet, but that's next on my list! What I really like about this place, though, is that they allow you to bring in whatever food or drink you want. It's really a space designed to serve the community. That's not something you see every day! I'll definitely be back to The Haverstick soon!"
"I have no idea this building full mostly of beauty professionals even existed! The lady I get my nails done moved here. She has a much smaller space now, which made me sad, but I was glad I found her again. the whole building is nicely decorated and there was a directory. I love all the spaces are decorated in their own tastes. Some looked really fun. They did have someone at a desk to answer questions, but they weren't there either time I walked by. I do think it would be handy to have a listings on their website. I have looked and don't really see much. I'd love an app of all the places with times and phone numbers. Maybe a little advertising would help."
"After having grown up on Indy's Northwestside and lived either there or downtown most of my life, I've spent the last 12+ years as a passionate and enthusiastic Eastsider. Now that I burned the mortgage papers on my home (Don't worry. I paid it off first!), it's pretty much established that I'm here to stay. There's an Eastside vibe that I really love that vibe really comes to life in Circle City Industrial Complex, a behemoth of repurposed buildings that weaves together the tapestry of life that I love about living on the Eastside including the industrial, the arts, the dedication to life, the creativity, the makers, the shakers, and the incredibly practical. I'll be honest and say that I initially avoided CCIC. It seemed intimidating, parking was confusing, and wheelchair access can be a little hit-and-miss in spots as different sections have gotten repurposed. I remember at one point attending a Yelp event here and thinking "This is exactly why I don't come here." It was, quite honestly, a bit of a pain in the butt for a wheelchair user. However, things continue to improve. And, perhaps more importantly, every time I come here I appreciate it and I enjoy myself. What can you find here? There's participation in the First Friday Art Walk. There's the delightfully spot-on Centerpoint Brewing - the first actual spot I visited here at CCIC.There's 8th Day Distillery, Fowling Warehouse Indy, Lick Ice Cream, SoChatti, New Day Craft. There's a myriad of artists. There's Dance Kaleidoscope. There's Glass Arts Indy. There's the Indiana Writers Center. There's Stitchworks, JK Guitar, Indy Fused Glass, and more. With over a half-million square feet, CCIC looks intimidating and is a little intimidating. There are four key entrances and it really is helpful to know the suite number of where you're going. The big entrance by Centerpoint primarily serves Centerpoint and its adjacent spots. There's a large parking lot across the street that provides key access to other entrances. Oh, and despite being industrial there is actually an elevator to the second floor. CCIC really is the foundation that spurred the growth of Windsor Park, a growth that has complemented the neighborhood rather than dominated it. Nearby spots like Kan-Kan, Brasserie, Amelia's, and others are adding even more personality and style to the area. I love that artists located here are actually required to participate in First Friday events. This really is a communal space and they work hard to keep that vibe. Did you know that CCIC has 60 protected artists' spots? This means they will only rent these spaces to artists (and they review portfolios!). There's so much to love here. They are currently updating the oldest section at 1101 Mass Avenue - a space planned to offer restaurant space, retail, and performance space. You can even tell in the design plans that accessibility will be vastly improved. If you've never checked out Circle City Industrial Complex, I highly recommend it. It's one of Eastside Indy's crown jewels."
"Need an individual office suite for a great price in a fantastic building? Yeager Office Suites is your solution!!The customer service is top-notch, the building is beautiful, and every Yeaer Office Suite is beautiful and unique. No long-term leases are required here. Give sixty days' notice, and you can leave. Just be warned, these offices are in demand, and it may take a while before one opens up again. The value for the money is hard to beat, and the decor is an incredible blend of industrial and modern that will leave your clients talking."
"Really gorgeous coworking space in the famous Indianapolis Pyramids. You know--I don't think I'd ever been in the Pyramids before. I've driven past them a hundred thousand times on 465. But never had the chance to go in them.Cowork 1010 is a side project of Office 1010. Office 1010 sells office furniture and had decked the space out with all the best in office chairs, desks, cabinets, etc. Then they thought "Why not use this space for actual work!"That means that all the furniture is top-notch, literally show room stuff. There were lots of comfy chairs as well as comfortable but very work ready office chairs. There were two conference rooms and a coworking room in addition to the main space in the middle. Power outlets were everywhere and there were screens with access to show presentations, etc., if needed. There were also multiple "phone booths" that allowed for more isolated phone calls or video chats. And even a two person phone booth for a mini-conference space if needed. Some of the comfy chairs had head surrounds to keep the sound out so you could work mostly in quiet. The views from the conference rooms were gorgeous. I have to take video calls fairly regularly in my job, and I'd love to have the people I'm talking to see those views behind me.There also was a fully stocked kitchen with fridges, a fancy coffee maker that could make everything (similar to what Ikea has in their cafe), and a flowing free beer tap.I even swung into the men's room to see how it looked. It was clean and well lit. I wouldn't be uncomfortable using it throughout the workday. The pricing was the only iffy point. There are many much cheaper options around the city. Several of the other attendees at the open house I was at mentioned it. Currently, I just work from home. So I didn't have a lot of comparison shopping prices in my head. But others said that the prices weren't in line with competition. That said, the Canadian brothers who ran it pointed out that many of the other alternatives aren't in such a prestigious building or decked out to the nines like this space. If you're in the market for a coworking space, it's worth checking this one out. I really loved the look of it and would be happy to work in there from time to time as needed."
"I have been renting an office here for around 4 years and the management has changed 3 times. Any time I have a question the landlords just don't respond. You can find more affordable office space within a few blocks and might be luckier than I am with a landlord. If I showed you emails of how bad they are at responding you would have an office somewhere else."
"I went to their grand opening this past Saturday. The rentable rooms are of various sizes from individual to conference space. A few rooms have TVs. There is a copying machine, family- size restrooms, and a drink vending machine. The area is 2-story; I like the outdoor area with a fire pit and unique chairs (be careful as some can rock) the best. It is beside Old Navy and Houlihan so it is convenient if you need to step out for a break. For some reason, the traffic was really heavy which made it difficult to reverse from the diagonal parking space."

Whenever I go to The Haverstick to cowork with friends, I end up saying "Why don't I come here more often?"This is a no-fee space with plenty of seating options - small tables, big tables, comfy seating, even private rooms you can rent for a small fee! It's a large space, but no one is too loud, so it's a great space to get work done.I will say, the beverages leave a bit to be desired. I tried the chai tea latte and wasn't a fan, and my friend didn't love her coffee beverage. However, they have a nice selection of bottled beverages, pastries and packaged snacks that I'll opt for next time.

Always go here to get my hair done, but the employees are very nice even if you just are passing by. The rental suites are super nice and everything is in great condition. Highly recommend Chole Lauren Salon to get your hair done!

I'm updating this review because I've been reminded in the last week how creative and adaptable this enormous building is on Indy's near east side in the Windsor Park neighborhood. What reminded me? I've resumed my classes with Just Ride Indy, a spin studio located inside CCIC. Since COVID, Just Ride has pivoted to offer their class entirely outside under one of the building's bays. It's brought me so much joy to see the space used this way and what a cool backdrop this building can be for so many businesses and activities in the city. From artists' shows and a brewery to a music studio and distillery, there's a little something here for everyone.

"A co-working space on the east side of town that focuses on organizations making a difference in the community. I have visited this place two times while volunteering with my son as he participated in service projects run by Pro Act. Their organization's home base is in the building. I was able to go on a tour and found out that if you have a membership to the co-working space there is a fitness room, showers, laundry room, a hydroponic garden and various areas to meet onsite. It also has a place for kids to hang in honor of Duece. Let me not forget the coffee she 2 Cups a Day. I would definitely check this place out if you are in the area."
"I see a review on here from Adam that says this place is overpriced... no shot! It's like $300 for unlimited snacks, amenities, access to these spaces all over the US, and the staff here is incredible. Again, only my two cents, but Gabriella, Andrea, and Destiney will bend over backward to accommodate anything... I've loved my time here thus far. Launch Fishers is also an awesome spot if you're in that area! But that other review is just a straight up plug for LF, and that just ain't right. Someone just needs to be the voice of the people! They've got a ton of stuff, but Industrious is definitely legit."
"Great new co-working space in Carmel that's a partner of The Speak Easy, which has locations/partners in Broad Ripple, Downtown Indianapolis, and Zionsville. This space is clean, beautiful, efficient, and a great place to work and be productive no matter what your business is."
"UPDATE:I have since moved out of the area so I won't be able to take them up on their offer, but this, ladies and gentlemen, is a great example of a business posting a classy response to a negative review!"
"What a beautiful space. Huge, filled with art, places to hang out, work, have events, shop, create... you can do it all here. Truly a mixed-use building.I generally visit here for various Fisher Parks programs, usually held at the Makers Space. Here i have learned the basics of Stained Glass, How to repair drywall and basic electrical wiring. you can attend classes through Fisher Parks, or become a member of Maker Space and create things on your own. I have seen folks have receptions in the large hall, art exhibits, children's craft camps, folks using the space as their office and people shopping. I think a coffee shop is moving in soon also. That would be perfect.Public restrooms here are the cleanest I have seen in a while. Ample parking all around the building is also available, and at no cost."
"Happy #ThankYouThursday Yelp friends! If you've ever been curious about the nicely redone building slightly off of 46th Street and Keystone, this is it. It's a co-working space for driven local businesses, many of them being home services businesses. The owner of the space also owns Homesense Heating & Cooling (also loved on Yelp) and is an incredible person. He also lets The District Church use the space on Sundays. I love how multi-purpose and helpful the space is. Black Circle Brewing and Elena Ruz Cuban Cuisine are also located in the building, but on the back of the co-working space.CO-WORKING SPACE: The co-working space is nice and recently renovated. They offer 24/7 access, a complimentary mailbox, local coffee, networking events, business improvement seminars, conference rooms, and secure shipping/receiving for members of the space. You can rent anything from a local to a small or large office, to an entire floor. Their different packages are on their website!EVENT SPACE: The great space is also open to non-members to rent as well. We had a cocktail and painting class event here and loved using the multiple spaces. We had the cocktail class and catering set up in the beautiful kitchen, and used the multi-purpose room for the painting class. The owner Brian was super nice and helped us set up a few extra tables. They also have their different event space prices on their website too. The owner is so awesome, so this is definitely a place I love to support! They also do so much good for local businesses and the community, so def. check it out if you're looking for a space!"
"This place is amazing. I work from home, and have worked at several shared workspace places in the Indianapolis area over the past few years. I love the light, airy feel of this place. Large windows bring in natural light, and the glass doors of the individual workspace rooms contribute to the open feel. The individual workspace rooms range from a single desk to spaces large enough for a group. This is a great location as well."
"I had a meeting in Broad Ripple and they recommended this location. It was easy to find and had ample parking, and I was surprised and pleased to find it was a church building that was converted into co work office space for small businesses and non-profits. I liked that they had maintained the structure and tried to continue the architectural flairs and quiet spaces yet allowing for new design inside. It is used for various offices and you can either rent out an office space (small cubicle) or just work in one of the many co-work spaces. It was tasteful and expansive but also had several little nooks for a quieter space. There were outside spaces and even a Barbeque space that could be rented for parties or business outings. My meeting was a fun way to be exposed to this location and will definitely be returning to try out some of the other spots for meetings or work."
"This is a really nice space on Indy's northside. Regus has a lot of offices here with nice kitchen and community spaces as well. It takes up the entire 5th floor with a ton of windows throughout. Note that this is a great option if you're looking for a private office. Not likely a great fit if you're looking for a general coworking environment. I was told Regus has 3,000 facilities around the US that members also have access to, so a good option if you're on the road a lot."
"The Stutz houses some of Indy's best things. Here, you'll find a taqueria that makes Indy's best carnitas taco (Julieta Taco Shop). You'll find one of the best bakeries for cookies and bread (Amelia's). You'll find THE best place to find cinnamon toast (Cafe Patachou). There are so many great things in this one place. You'll need to visit several times to fully experience the greatness of The Stutz.I mostly just visit The Stutz for the food and drink, but this space also has a vintage car museum on the premises, which is free to visit. Just make sure to check the days/hours of the museum, because they are very specific. The Stutz also hosts lots of community events throughout the year, such as block parties, yoga classes, markets, open houses and lots more. This big, old building is doing lots of fun and exciting things, so you definitely need to check it out."
"Great place to have my company! Good location, great space and parking, close to interstate, and utilities paid!"
"Just love these unique office buildings. Tons of creativity, color, individuality in this and other Yeager office buildings. Meeting rooms all named from the theme with which they are decorated. Nice common/ open areas also. Well maintained. Biggest gripes: parking sometimes overcrowded and for some reason, there are some seriously non-environmentally friendly bathroom users. Multiple times I've been here, there's oddly what appears to be a whole roll of tp in the commode. Weird/ wasteful."
