"After a morning of craft/hobby browsing at Lawrence Central High School, I had worked up a little appetite. I didn't want to go anywhere that would take too long, but my options between Lawrence Central and my house were kind of slim. Suddenly, I was driving up Shadeland Ave and I remembered Caplinger's Fresh Catch. My mind told me I'd be having a fried grouper sandwich. However, once my tastebuds sampled the smoked tuna salad, plans changed. I know it might not sound good, but I'm thinking a tub of it with some buttery crackers would be an excellent way to start your Thanksgiving FEASTivities! I still WILL have that fried grouper sandwich. Some day. #Getlostindiana"
"My friend and I went to Mesh before a Sunday matinee. Unless you let them know you have an event they don't seem to rush you and work at a more leisurely pace. AThis is great for brunch and catching up but once we told them we had somewhere to be they did make sure we got everything we needed in time! I got the burrito and it was delicious and perfectly sized, not a huge dish but not small either. Their coffee was great. The server was very good and made sure everything was refilled and checked on us quite often. I can't wait to go back!"

"Seven of us had dinner tonight at Seasons 52 in the Fashion Mall at Keystone. The restaurant is romantic, warm, and cozy, with low lighting in the main dining room and bar area. The bar is large, and you can dine at the bar. Our table was in an area with bright lighting, so it was not quite as cozy as the main dining area. Our server was terrific with a couple of small problems that were corrected quickly with her apologies. We ordered from the recently released seasonal winter menu. I ordered an Espresso Martini, the excellent Butternut Squash Soup, Lump Crab Cake, Truffles Risotto, and Caramelized Grilled Scallops. I enjoyed everything I ordered, but the Butternut Squash Soup and delicious Truffles Risotta were my favorites. The others ordered the Shrimp and Grits, Flatbread Pizzas with Salads, excellent Brick Oven Gnocchi, Chipotle Potato Skillet, Korean BBQ Baby Carrots and Caramelized Brussel Sprouts. Two in the group enjoyed the Sparkling Flight with 3 types of wine at 9 ounces. There were a couple of others I'm forgetting but all said, everyone enjoyed dinner. The menu offers appetizers, soup and salads, starters, flatbread pizzas, entree salads, several entrees from dry rubbed pork chops, rotisserie half chicken, boneless rainbow trout, filet mignon, several fish entrees and more. The desserts looked decedent. However, no one ordered desserts. Next trip!Lunch is served from 11:00 - 3:00 p.m. and Happy Hour runs basically all day at the bar.It was a lovely dinner with new friends, a chef utilizing high-quality ingredients and dining in a cozy, charming setting."
"Reminds me of LA/Ca! Comfortable environment and attentive service!Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food!"
"Came here for a sponsored CE dinner while in town. Entire staff was super accommodating when they ran out of seats and they ran to get us extra cutlery and seats to listen to the presentation. Delicious food-lobster tails and cocktail shrimp were fantastic! The chocolate cookies were fabulous too, super indulgent.Great experience!"
"Juniper on Main is a cute, little house off Main Street in the Carmel Arts District. The quaint restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I've visited before, but my most recent experience was with a group of 15 of my coworkers for a bit of out-of-office fun. As I was walking up, the waiter seemed frazzled that we would want to split the check and said this request would be an additional 20 minutes at the end of our meal. No one in our party was stressed about this, but I get that he wanted to set expectations since other groups may not be so kind about a wait. When we went to order, he rattled off a list of menu options that were unavailable: including the deviled eggs that are a major draw to the restaurant. Bummer. Despite these set backs, the ambience and the food were delightful. I got the CBR chicken sandwich. It was tasty and nicely presented. My friend let me try a bite of her short rib and grilled Pimento cheese sandwich. Let me tell you... that was amazing. I'd be back for that. Tip: There is parking behind the restaurant if you can't find street parking!"
"I was in for a quick bite. I sat in the bar, and Jessica was quick and attentive! She greeted me as soon as I was seated and got my order right away. I had gin dirty martini and Oysters Rockefeller; both were AMAZING. It was very busy tonight, I'm lucky to have been able to get a bar seat so quickly. It was kind of loud, but that could have only been cause of the crowd. There were groups of people, couples, and solo people like myself. I absolutely love Noah Grant's and cannot wait until I get another time to go enjoy their food."
"Love this place. They have a great special on Wednesdays for a fillet dinner. The ambiance is nice, the staff is kind and helpful and we always enjoy our meals."
"Great food great service great view. Enjoyed my dinner here and to see all the memorabilia from rowing to football to boxing to car racing and baseball. A must go to when visiting Cincinnati . Don't miss out on the graters ice cream too. Nothing you have ever tasted. Parking is easy!! Make reservations. Trust!"
"We went here on a whim for the Veterans Day discount that the Cunningham Restaurant Group offered. First thing I'd like to mention was the service, it was impeccable. Our waitress helped with cocktail recommendations based on our likes and dislikes, and even suggested pairings with each dish. All of the staff were attentive with refills and keeping your table clean. Secondly, the food was good, but could have been better. We tried the beet mousse, complimentary from the chef, which was delectable. Next we ordered a mushroom puff pastry appetizer which melted in your mouth! I could've eaten so many of those. For my entree I got the Chilean sea bass. I wasn't crazy about it and I've had better, but I wasn't expecting much not being in a coastal state. My husband ordered the lamb and wasn't necessarily impressed either. The dessert was meh at best but I am biased because I don't like chocolate tarts. My husband seemed to like it but wasn't very impressed. Overall we would go back for a fun date night and would love to try the chefs tasting menu! The service and ambiance was perfect for a cozy, yet fancy, night out."
"... An extra star is worth how I felt being there and why it has made itself into my top 5 favorite spots. Maybe it was just what I needed in that moment, so everything hit just right but does there need to be a reason to happy? It's located on Mass Ave, off to the left, as you are walking towards the garage. I love the decor. It's dark but full of Amber lighting and colors. It's retro and vintage. It had me at hello as soon as I walked in. We were greeted & got a seat immediately on Saturday afternoon which was wonderful! The hostess was personable, helpful and very friendly, also wonderful. We didn't know we could get hot towels at request so we took advantage of that and it really made me feel like I was treating myself! I loved that it came with lemon for a fresh clean feel and scent. Definitely get it!The food... I got the wagyu burger and whoa was it tasty. It was very tender & lightly seasoned. It would have been even better if it had a chargrilled taste but still was juicy and the compliment of the bacon and jam... it was good. It came w/ fries but I opted for garlic truffle fries and this was the only place where the garlic was not overpowering. The French toast is loaded with all the fruit's & caramel. Which was surprising but all the fruit went perfectly. I didn't stop there, I ordered chocolate cake to go that comes with coffee ice cream but it melted before I could eat it but the cake was great too! It came with gold flakes and popcorn. It was not heavy, it was smooth and delicious. I'm probably going to be here every other Sunday lol Please go try them for yourself!"
"We've been here several times over the years, and it is one of our favorite places for a nice dinner.Today we each had their Baby Back Ribs and they were AWESOME!! They were fall-off-the-bone tender, juicy, great flavor, and just the right amount of BBQ sauce. Our server gave us damp towels for our fingers, but we were able to get every morsel of meat off the bones with only a fork and knife. I think they were perhaps the best ribs I have ever had anywhere - and that includes that famous inn in downtown Montgomery. The service was great as well - attentive without being intrusive."

I'm pregnant and have been craving crab legs for weeks. My husband did his research and found out Caplingers had king crab legs that they'd cook fresh for you. We went tonight and I was absolutely blown away. If we didn't have a budget, I'd be back every day of the week. The butter served alongside was delightful, and I was given plenty of lemons to pair with the delightful leg meat. Will absolutely be back for special occasions in the future! To add, french fries were really delicious, crab cake was amazing, would not get the green beans again. Husband thought perch was good, but he'll probably go for a different fish next time like cod.

Tried Mesh for our 27th anniversary dinner. Service was excellent, the restaurant has several areas that are all uniquely decorated and separated so you can have a large group or a quiet dining experience. The food was very good. I had a filet and my wife had salmon. Both were prepared well and the sides were delicious, broccolini was a little undercooked. We had a bread basket that my wife really enjoyed. Our waiter gave us a complimentary dessert that we brought home - peanut butter pie, it was really good.

I'm a huge fan of the happy hour here. We shared the roasted tomato flatbread and a crabcake. It's the perfect amount of food for the two of us. We enjoy sitting at the bar as well. Service was very good too. Kudos to seasons 52 for having a worthwhile happy hour :). A flatbread and wine is $12.50, so it's also just a good deal. The roasted tomato may be my new summer favorite

I don't think theirs anyone who could complain about Capital Grill - I am always impressed when I have the opportunity to visit a location. Kennon took great care of us and after forgetting our order of calamari, he was able to comp one of our drinks. My Cobb salad and crab cake was made to perfection and my French 75 was *chefs kiss*!The setting is beautiful, the ambiance is intimate but a wonderful spot to celebrate family milestones like a graduation!

This might just be my favorite restaurant in Ham Co!!! I've been here a handful of times and have never had a bad meal! The staff is always friendly, and I love that they take reservations over the phone. The ambiance is quaint--it's literally a house that's been converted into a restaurant, making it super cozy. My only minor complaint is that it can get a little loud, but they do have panels on the walls to help soften the sound. The food is absolutely to die for. I've ordered the braised short ribs the past few times, and they've always been incredible, so I was hesitant to branch out. But I'm so glad I did because my fried chicken platter was unreal! I was a little nervous that the hot honey would be too spicy, so I got it on the side instead. It turned out to be the perfect balance of sweet and heat! I even enjoyed it on the cornbread appetizer we ordered (which was also fabulous, btw).I will absolutely be back--again and again and again!

My wife had a craving for crab legs and saw a special that was posted on Facebook about the legs, so we decided to head here for dinner. I, myself, don't typically order fish fillets because most places over cook or over season their fish. This is the only place I've been to where the fish was seasoned perfectly. More on that later. We walked in to the dining room and I noticed it was pleasantly decorated in a nautical theme but not too "over the top". It wasn't distracting, which was awesome. We were promptly greeted and shown to our table. Service was great. Our server gave us space but whenever a glass was less than half full, she would come by and ask if we needed refills. What we ordered. My wife had the snow crab legs (not pictured) and said they were amazing. Cooked well and these had plenty of meat. It was served with warm, drawn butter which was kept warm over a candle. She was also given an empty bucket to discard the shells. She also had the truffle Pier fries and raved about them on the way home. The fries were hot and cooked well. I had the grouper entree at the recommendation of our server. It came with sweet corn risotto, jumbo asparagus, and a small boat of lobster sauce on the side. Sauce comes on the side as default. As previously stated, the fish was perfect. Seasoned lightly so you could still taste the fish and cooked excellently. The fish was moist and tender. My asparagus was cooked perfectly too. Tender, flavorful and I was able to cut it with a knife. Most places overcook or under cook their asparagus, this was perfect. The lobster sauce really tied the dish together and it is very rich. A little goes a long way! Sauce had great flavor and body and did not break while on my food or after a while in the little boat. I ordered a side of pier fries because the menu did not specify if there would be a vegetable or other side. The fries were again, cooked perfectly. Nice and hot and fluffy on the inside. Overall I highly recommend Noah Grant's for anyone looking for some great seafood in a relaxed but upscale restaurant. I will be back very soon.

"We recently got take out from here and had amazing service. We were driving in from out of town and it was raining, windy, and basically a storm. We called in our order and pulled up to pick up a large order for two families, one ordered drinks so it was impossible for my husband to carry everything to the car. One of the staff helped him carry the drinks he couldn't hold and came outside with him despite the literal storm happening outside. The place was super busy and we were soImpressed with the service! The food was good! The kids ate their chicken tenders and mac and cheese so fast. We will definitely go back next time we are in town."
"I am not sure how to rate this place, as 5 stars does not seem like enough. From the hostess, to our waitress and then the food: all were top notch.I won't focus too much on service, as it was excellent. so lets do food.Food: We decided to do the 3 course meal for $65/pp. The Boursin berry salad was great, not just for a salad, but just plain delicious. My plate was cleaned.I had the 12oz strip which was cooked perfectly, coworker had the filet and crab cake, which he said were very good. Then choice two sides, it's just too much! I cant recall what I had besides the baked tater, but I focused on the meat! Did I mention the steak was magnificent?Desert was a toss up between the cheesecake and brûlée. The waitress said the brûlée was made daily in house, so that was it. Second best I have ever had, besides the now closed Chez Paul in Chicago.Overall: If I could eat here weekly, I would! Unfortunately, don't live in the area, but if I come back, this is a must visit!"
"Another great place by the Cunningham group, this is a stylish Italian place, in downtown Indy, I met a friend here for devour and it was a great experience! I decided to get the devour menu with the wine paring that complemented each course well, I started with an Appérol spritz, then had a delicious Cesar salad, clam linguini, and tiramisu for desert, it was all delicious and the service great! Definitely check this place out if you haven't been"
"Service was fantastic, we had Dee and she was very kind and personable to the whole family. Much appreciated and definitely left a positive impression. Thank you again! Food was very nice, a little pricey but everything was cooked well and portions are appropriate. King crab was very tasty. Drinks were good as well and they had a solid wine by the glass selection."
"One of the better Thai food restaurants around. Great service clean restaurant, great food and located on Massachusetts Ave. Try Thaitanium you will like it."
"It's Devour Indy time and I was ready to enjoy some good eats here. The restaurant is really beautiful, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, even at the bar which is where I decided to sit. From the Devour menu I ordered the BLT salad, Parmesan Crusted Pork Chop, and Carrot Cake. I also ordered their famous Double Black Diamond Martini. My martini and salad came rather quickly. The martini is undoubtedly good with fresh pineapple and my salad was a big portion loaded with toppings. However I wished they had the dressing on the side. I was waiting awhile for my meal when the manager came to me apologizing for the lateness and that they cooked the wrong pork chop (grilled instead of breaded) and she said they would take it off my check and pay for it. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated that she let me know. When my meal finally came.....let me tell you, that was the biggest pork chop I've ever seen! Even a couple of people came over and commented on it. It was cooked perfectly with crispy, seasoned breading on the outside and tender on the inside. That pork chop was so thick I struggled cutting it. The mashed potatoes and asparagus paired well with it. There was no way I was going to finish it so got the rest to go including the carrot cake. Unfortunately when it came time to pay, they didn't take the pork chop off the check as I was told but I didn't make a fuss considering again how huge the pork chop was, it was worth the money."
"Stone Creek dining company has a cozy atmosphere (on a Monday night) and very personable, professional staff. The food is delicious, the portions are adequate, and the prices are competitive for the quality of food that you get! I have no hangups in recommending this restaurant as an excellent budget friendly fine dining experience in Indianapolis!"
"Came with a friend for their 2025 devour indy menu. The vibe when I came in was upscale so i quickly took my sweater off to fit more. They kept it the perfect temperature for that. There was live music with a singer and pianist on a pedestal that was so lovely! We sat at the bar so we had a front row seat. For dinner, I chose to start with the lobster bisque which they offered with bread. It was super buttery and delicious, I loved it. Then I had the steak upgraded from a 6 oz sirloin to a 14 oz ribeye for $10 more. It came with mashed potatoes covered with crispy onions. I loved the steak and the mashed potatoes, though the steak could've used a little more butter or salt. I feel like they could've cut back on the onions and provided more potatoes but everything was still very delicious. The meal ended with the one dessert option which was a small chocolate cake. It honestly tasted dry like an office cafeteria brownie and my friend didn't like it either. The staff were very kind the whole night however the bartender serving us was extremely absent. It took a long time to get our needs met just because there was no one to ask. I would've order another mocktail if he had been within calling distance. Speaking of the mocktail! Why is juice $14???? That felt like quite the scam. The best part of dry-January is saving money on going out to dinner. I just don't see what they could possibly be doing to liquids to make them cost more than $8 a glass. It was good but not $14 good, hence why I didn't order another one when met with the slightest resistance. I'd come back to eat here again but not while I'm practicing sobriety."
"First time trying Hideout 125. We loved the menu, the service, the whole prohibition vibe."
"Food was delicious and prices were very reasonable. Warm cozy atmosphere, great service and delicious food. Can't ask for anything more."
"A must if you are ever in the area or even within a couple of hours for sure! The owners are really committed to exceptional unreasonable hospitality! I was so amazed I begged for a little tour and found that every staff member i met has been there for 8-20 years!!! (They are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year!) I mean if that doesn't tell you how they treat their staff (especially in today's market) nothing will. The GM is super knowledgeable about both the food and wine. The chefs committed and passionate about food! Definitely the best experience I've had with fine dining in IN hands down! We had the oysters, lobster tempura, prime filet, creamy potato, spinach (wow!), lobster bucatini, grouper special, orange chicken, caymus and finished with banana bread pudding and the creme brûlée (not as easy to execute perfectly as many would claim!). The attention to detail when my after coffee came with a brilliant home made biscotti and then the check presented with a cookie dough truffle was the "ganache" on the cake! Can't wait to return home and do this experience again! Great if you have an event as well they do special wine/ chef dinners and are family friendly! I suggest you give them a try!"
"Loved the holiday decor, seemed so festive and warm. The staff was outstanding. Especially working on Christmas Eve. Our meals were tasty and well prepared. I'd recommend Prime to others."
"Found what I was looking for. The clerk was super friendly. I could usually find product in grocery stores. They had told me it was a seasonal product, so I went to Cork n cleaver."
"Food: if you're looking for authentic Thai food, this is the place to go in the Castleton area near the Castleton Square, Mall. Environment: it's usually pretty quiet it can't get busy around lunchtime. Yesterday I went around six and we were the only one in the restaurantStaff: staff is always friendly, gives incredible recommendation."
"It was an awkward experience with an amazing steak. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and were placed on a high top next to a pole near the entrance. From this viewpoint we could tell there was not a dress code as people with T-shirts and jeans were entering without issue. For the price point, we expected some level of decorumThe manager walked by several times without asking how we were. The restaurant was half full. The appetizer bread came out hard, was not free and without plates. No issues with service or the food thereafter. The 16oz Strip with perfect and the birthday cookie was a nice touch."
"I've been coming to Stone Creek since it opened more than 20 years ago. The food and service are consistently delicious and the restaurant is beautiful inside, filled with art. I received an email from Cunningham Group yesterday, who owns a series of restaurants, inviting me to come for a birthday desert. Who could turn down that offer? We made reservations. We arrived and sat at their beautiful bar. I had a Goose martini that was cold and delicious. I had the Shrimp & Linguine, which arrived hot with lots of Parmesan cheese. The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly. The sauce is a wonderful blend of spices and garlic. The asparagus was super fresh and tender. I ate every morsel. My husband had the Spicy Chicago Beef Sandwich with Parmesan fries. The sandwich is huge on a hoagie roll stacked with a generous portion of spicy beef. He devoured the entire meal. The complimentary bread comes with the best tomato infused dipping oil, that keeps me coming back. The bread is hot and fresh. True to the email, I was offered any desert on the menu and chose the Cream Brûlée, which is amazing. Creamy, smooth with a dollop of real whipped cream. John, the bartender was attentive and had our orders in quickly. John went above and beyond to make my birthday special. I've trusted Stone Creek for most of our family celebrations and even hosted work events in their private room upstairs. Monday-Friday, they offer Happy Hour specials and have an Early Bird menu. Make reservations if you're coming peak hours. There's plenty of parking and everything is handicapped accessible."
"Fun experience. Probably would have been more fun if there were more people. We went early before a concert. The server was good, and made it fun for us. Food was great, but it's way overpriced. The ribs were great, and the green beans are to die for. Their beer taps were out, so no selections there, just bottles. They were considerate to ask the age of my daughter and family dynamic before we got started. I've always wanted to visit a Dick's location, and glad we did. My 17 year old daughter got a kick out of it!"
"I came to ocean world for lunch and they have so many delicious options as lunch specials. Our server was polite and attentive, asking if we wanted a refill on drinks as we were getting close to finish our cups. The decor was not my favorite but it was still a clean environment, with paper lined tables for easy cleanup. I ordered the Las Vegas roll and the sweet chili shrimp, both of which were delicious. I'll be back for lunch again soon!"
"Hands down in our top two restaurants in Lafayette/West Lafayette! We love this place. It is all about the food! The food is quality and consistently delicious. The owner has a farm and uses a lot of the produce she grows herself for the freshest ingredients. The variety on the menu is fabulous as well. They always have exceptional daily specials. It's always so hard to decide what to order! The negative is that it is only open for dinners on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. They used to be open more than than as well as for lunch (they had a fantastic lunch menu!) so that's a disappointment. The place is also clean, but I would like to see them replace their tables and chairs. The chairs are old and you sink down so low. The tables don't have a smooth surface and crumb debris gets caught. This is the only authentic, quality Italian place in town so I hope it sticks around for a long time! With her decreasing the hours from what she had before, I worry she'll eventually close. It would be a huge loss to the community if it did."
"Lots to choose from in menu items. Great gumbo and oysters. Good service and friendly staff."
"Went to Charbonos this evening as a last minute dinner outing, with our group of 5. We got seated right away, and had amazing service. We enjoyed calamari as our appetizer, and of course the fresh bread. The seafood scampi that was on special was to die for. Overall the experience was very pleasant as this was our first time back here in probably 10 years. Thank you to the wonderful staff for providing us with a great dining experience"
"We've always talked about coming here for years and finally did. Started with calamari as appetizers, not bad but the serving was small. Not used to having starters this small. Both of us went for the make your own combo. Wifey got the scallop and shrimp combo in cajun, medium spicy. Very filling and tasty. I went for the snow crab leg and scallops in lemon pepper. Very enjoyable. The shrimp and scallops were jumbo size. Drinks were served late (not the water, water was served first) and we were almost done with our meal. Other than the late drinks and small serving size appetizer, it was an enjoyable dinner. Definitely would come back for the snow crabs."
"Honestly this is one of the best seafood spots that I have been to. I was here for a huge conference and I see why the word got out quickly about Crab99. By the time we made it, there was a huge crowd of people waiting to be seated. It took us 45 minutes to be seated, but once we were the service was great and we received our food pretty quickly. The ambience is super casual. The music playing, people dancing, the bar is lively, etc. The service was really great as well. Every staff member we encountered that day was very pleasant. Now on to the food! Yummy! Literally one of the best if not the best seafood boil I've had. The sauce, size of the crab legs, lobster, and shrimp, etc. I truly enjoyed. Plus, they give you so much! I created my own bowl, so everything was priced separately. Loved it!"
