"Ramen can be VERY hit or miss. Pulling up to this place you can just tell it's going to be good. The menu is small, but for good reason. They do their ramen well. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu was full of flavor and very filling, and the miso spicy wasn't too spicy, but gave just the kick you were looking for. Both dishes came piping hot. Obviously you have to bag some gyoza - and these were fresh, soft, with a slight crust.Already looking forward to my next trip."

"I had the chance to come in today and meet a student to have a last check in before they leave for a summer program at Wabash college, we were seated right away and our server was awesome, very attentive and friendly!,We had veggie spring rolls and pork gyoza that was very tasty and each came with good dipping sauces. We both had delicious sushi! I had the rainbow and ocean roll, loved having it in house and not take out like I typically do. All around great experience! Check them out if you are in the area"

"Wei Ramen is my first meal here in Indianapolis, and it set a good tone for the trip! I'm a big ramen fan, so it was exciting to see some new varieties of ramen that I haven't tried before. We got the gyoza, the shumai, the Karai Ramen, and the Curry Chicken Katsu. Everything was very good! The gyoza and shumai both featured crunchy shells and soft steaming interiors. The Karai Ramen was very mild, with silky smooth broth and a lovely umami. I expected the kimchi to pack more of a punch, but even though it wasn't as spicy or acidic as I expected, the kimchi still delivered nicely contrasting bites to the more earthy egg, mushroom, and bamboo. The chicken katsu curry was a generous piece of fried chicken, and came with a large portion of rice. The service felt a little harried, but the food came out REALLY fast!"

"Wow! I looked up this place for random date night because my boo was talking about craving ramen. This place exceeded my expectations. We pulled up and because it's in a plaza with other business it was really clear what the vibes we going to be. I honestly thought," Omg we are over dressed!" But no, when you walked inside the dark wood and open kitchen concept gave an elegant feel. We were sat at a table upstairs, which was so intimate. They had a bar up stairs with stools which made it cool if you were chillin solo. Our server was Salena. She gave us good recommendations and make our mock-tails. "I've never had an actual ramen from an actual ramen place before. I'll tell you what this ain't no overly salty 99 cent ramen from the lowest shelf of the Dollar General. This stuff is jam packed filled with all manner of things. You can get with tofu or beef or pork or chicken. Also they have various levels of spicy and different vegetables in it. Plus it comes with an egg in it so that was pretty cool."

"4 stars.Great experience. Yummy experience.Grab your bowl, load it up with veggies and protein, shake on some seasoning, then amp up the flavor with a sauce and voila! I think my bowl was better here than other places because they offer a wide variety of seasonings to add and you aren't relying on the sauce to do all the work. I did miss having the roti option, but I did fried rice and that worked, too. Service was good, not great. Sodas are $2.29 and are served in humongous 32 oz tumblers, so refills really And the policy is to add gratuity to any check with 5 or more. I think we are getting out of control on the whole notion of tipping. And that's coming from a pretty consistent 20% or more tipper.This restaurant is a lovely addition to the restaurant scene in Fishers. I look forward to returning again."

This was strike 1/2, not a full strike since some things saved it...The portions are great for the cost so if you're looking to fill up on food this place gives you your moneys worth.6/10Their Boba was soaked just enough to absorb the moisture however many were clumped together which means they just dump it in a bucket and let it soak instead of properly stiring them to absorb all the moisture.10/10The drinks all so far have been absolutely delicious and not overly sweet like many other places, highly recommend this place boba over other locations around.4/10Fried rice wasn't fried rice well as traditional or even American style, it was just white rice with too much soy, it was like a mouth full of soy sauce with some rice, no oil no butter flavor no other seasoning anywhere.5/10Chicken was dry and severely under seasoned 5/10Steak was tender but well done when ordered medium rare and also was under seasoned and bland. Their broccoli and cabbage was also not very good and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours.8/10Their shrimp was great, I'd go back for the shrimp and drinks for sure."
