"This is my first time at Mt Fuji, and it was great, and it was also my first-time having sushi, I loved the atmosphere and the roomy setting and you can't but love the great service."
"We met an out-of-state friend for dinner and landed here at the half way point. The town is super cute, but save the sightseeing for after dinner, you will want to get here early. The location is Teeny tiny, with only a handful of booths but does not feel cramped once seated. It seems to be a family business as their sweet little children were playing in the booth closest to the kitchen and helped deliver sodas at times. The ambiance was laid back and comfortable. I've never been to a Japanese restaurant and was excited to try something new. We got crab Rangoon appetizers and they were consistent with any other I've ordered. We ended up trying the hibachi meal that comes with soup and salad. We tried Miso Soup and our friend substituted clear soup. I've never had Miso soup so don't have anything to compare it to but it was DELICIOUS! And the salad was a small portion with a delicious dressing. No idea what it was but I loved it. I was worried I'd be full from the soup and salad but the food took a LONG time to come out. We were not in a hurry and had plenty of time to catch up. When the food came out there was so much!!!! And it was SO good!!!! I got the filet, my fiancé got the strip steak and our friend got chicken. All were equally delicious. If it would've been proper I would've licked the plate! Even thought this place is two hours from home, I would make the trip again. When we left they were packed in line with people waiting. I can't wait to try something new."

"I had this on my list of places to try since it opened here in Plainfield. It is a small location but has several dine in tables too. With a comprehensive sushi and Japanese menu they also had a few asian food options. I ordered the shrimp teriyaki bento box and was very happy with it. The bento box is a generous serving of your protein with rice and vegetables with two crab rangoon's and 4 pieces of California roll. The food all tasted great and all of our food for four people was ready in under 10 minutes. The price was also very reasonable at $12. All soda and Japanese soda are in the cooler caned and bottles only."
"Right off Allisonville and 116th, Okaya is a great local spot for sushi and more!We are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. When we bring our toddler, they are nothing but sweet to her and take interest in her jabber. So kind! Every waiter or waitress we have is nice and accommodating. The restaurant is incredibly clean and inviting. The food is fresh and has such good flavor. The sushi is impeccably made! The best I have had in the area!I also love their egg rolls and almost always get them as an appetizer. I agree with another reviewer that there is absolutely no smoke smell, even tho the restaurant is nestled between two smoke shops. I've been at this establishment a handful of times and have never experienced any smoky odor.FYI: They do not prepare hibachi in front of you. It is all cooked in the kitchen. Don't let that deter you; the food is great!"
"Minazuka Sushi Bar celebrated its grand opening a little over a month ago in a little strip mall near 421 and US 465. The dining room is upscale and lovely with pastel Japanese kimonos and pink cherry blossoms decorating the walls. There is a mix of booths and tables and a small sushi bar in the back. Gentle Asian music plays in the background. Our server was charming and friendly. She brought water, checked on us and food came out quickly. For lunch, we each had two sushi rolls and salad. The salad is large with the most incredible freshly made mango dressing. The spicy crab roll was creamy and tasty. I loved the shrimp tempura roll, which was filled with four large shrimp, lots of cucumber and a sweet sauce. My lunch was delicious and filling. Prices are very reasonable. They have applied for a liquor license to serve beer, wine and saki. The parking lot can be challenging to get in and out. I highly recommend and will return soon."
"Again, they didnt disappoint. Service is excellent, staff personable and most foods fresh and plentiful. About 2-3 pm however, tho few people, the small beef and chunks of chicken and rice on sushi were too overdone..Hard n dry. But.. their shrimp? Large and excellent and plenty! I added a tea with strawberry boba and total cost was only )17.10!"
"this restaurant serves the best Japanese food and drinks of all kinds. they fry and cook your dinner in front of you. You can feel the heat from the flame and smelll the food as they cooking it. I think cheaper than most all other steak resttaunts and service is fast."
"Food is amazing! The hibachi is delicious, not too greasy. The service is always welcoming and quick. Got on an out for lunch easily. The ambiance is fast casual. Lots of take out, but they take care of you if dine in as well. Free pot stickers if you spend more than $35."
"Fantastic sushi. Great price and very fresh. We try something different every time. Don't miss this great local spot! Bento boxes are very popular also."
"Great small local place with a lot of variety. Been here about 3 times and has never disappointed. Prices are decent and the service was great. The hibachi rice is a go to for me with chicken and the spider roll never fails!"
"We happened upon this place when looking for a place to eat for dinner. It is located in the old Bob Evans near 465 and Franklin Rd on E. Washington St. All the old seating is still in place inside. We were sat right away, with only a few other tables occupied. Our server was very friendly and attentive. He was able to explain things on the menu and came to check on us several times. The menu is pretty extensive, with lots of options. The portions are large and everything tastes great. The best part is the BellaBot that brings your food out to you. It is a talking robot kitty! The only dissapointment was the fortune cookies. While they tasted great, the "fortunes" inside were more like proverbs, not fortunes. They have seated tables and also a sushi bar at the front. They serve chinese dishes, soups, appetizers, sushi, and desserts. We all had plenty of food to take home as leftovers. We will definitely be back!"
"Got seated extremely quickly on Christmas Eve, all items we ordered were DELICIOUS. We ordered soup dumplings, spicy tuna salad, black dragon roll, Szechuan dumpling, egg foo yong, crab Rangoon and much more! We did order the beef lo mein, but our server forgot unfortunately, he was great and by the time we realized we were so full anyway! 85 dollars for 4 people was just amazing! We loved the robot serving us dishes! We will absolutely be back"

This an interesting attempt to bring sushi to Bluffton. The facility is located right on main in an old building. The outside is attractive. There is plenty of parking on the side. The building is very confusing. You go in the side door and wind your way past the kitchen to the small dinning area. It is odd to have to see the unattractive kitchen on the way to the seating. The seating area has an unimpressive decor - slightly decorated in a Japanese motif. The booth is moderately comfortable. The waiter was friendly without saying many words. The good and service moved along at a moderate pace. The menu is very big and moderately priced compared to other sushi places. The meal started with miso soup. It was rather plain. It had a microscopic piece of tofu in it. The broth was mildly warm and slightly creamy. The salad was plain but fresh. There was a lot of ginger dressing. The dressing only had a slight hint of ginger. It was rather thick in texture with carrot grindings. The dressing just blended with the lettuce. Not much zip taste to the dressing and salad.I had the steak bento box so I could try a variety of tastes. The spring roll was rather tasty but rather greasy. No sauce was provided to dip the roll in. The insides had finely chopped filling that came out of the frier a big mushy. The pot stickers were a nice add to the dish. They were a bit over fried and greasy. The insides were moist and tasty. But not very plentiful. The dipping sauce was very tasty! The box came with six small pieces of California roll. Each roll piece was very small. The rice was nicely cooked but the roll was very chewy. The insides were what you would expect for a California roll. I was surprised it did not come with a slight dab of wasabi. The steak was very good. It had a nice sweet teriyaki taste. There was plenty of au jus to add flavor to the rice. The meat was plentiful and seemed to be a good quality. I thought it was slightly over cooked. The fried rice was okay. I would gave expected to be offered white rice as alternative but I wasn't. The rice was slightly over cooked so that the kernels were a bit hard. There wasn't much additives in the rice to give it flavor or moisture.Overall...the bento box was not very attractive. The box actually has a lot of food for the price. The large tray made the portion sizes look small. The space between the items made it feel like they didn't belong together and were just put there without purpose.

Continue to enjoy the ease and quickness of a very good Hibachi meal at Mizu. Went again today for quick lunch on the way home. Had my favorite - the Hibachi shrimp. Apologies, no pic as I dug right in. Food was great, portion size is just right for me, with an abundance of shrimp, vegetables and rice. If you love Hibachi but don't like eating at the same table with strangers, waiting for the chef to come out, etc, and you want to eat all your food together while it's nice and hot, then Mizu is the place for you.Great takeout service as well with online ordering and quick pickup. Also, seating and bottled/canned drinks available if you want to eat it there. All around great quick serve or takeout Hibachi restaurant. Parking is convenient and easily accessible as Mizu is located in a strip mall in Plainfield area with lots of shopping around as well.

I wanted sushi tonight and decided to try something new and not my usual go to places in Fishers. I read the reviews and thought I would try Okaya. Like some of the reviews, it is unassuming in a strip center but that has never deterred me. Everyone was friendly from the moment I ordered till I picked it up. It is small and intimate but pretty busy when I got there. I tried the Humble Fish appetizer, the Orange Blossom and MVP rolls. They were fresh, decent size for the cost, which was average in Fishers.I want to take my boys back when they are in town which will allow me to try MANY more rolls.Sude note: Did not smell any smoke from the two businesses they are in between.

Great new sushi restaurant! My buddy and I had a few specialty rolls and hand rolls, and all the food was awesome. This included dragon roll, soft shell crab, and salmon avocado hand roll. They also have a hand roll with apple and salmon (New York?) - my friend really liked it (as well as his other roll). All the rolls weren't overloaded with rice, had solid portions, nice presentation, and proper temperature. Plus, our server was super friendly and attentive. On top of all that it wasn't too expensive and they even offered a discount because of the grand opening. Highly recommend!

Went there for the snow crab legs and was disappointed that it was cooked with other seafood and was dripping with sauce and hard to get out of the shell! The service was excellent and most of the other foods were fine as well. $60 for the three of us in the evening.

Stopped in here for the first time today based on location and yelp references. The service and sushi was good although the restaurant could use a little clean up, especially in the back. Prices were fair as well

"This is our go to spot for fantastic sushi in Franklin. We always get the pick three for $13. You also get soup or salad. (I usually get both as it's only another $2) Very tasty and delicious sides. Great crab Rangoon and harumaki. We have also had the hibachi and it was very flavorful. Favorite three picks are the eel roll, California roll and the shrimp tempura roll. We have had others, but these are my favorites!!"
"This restaurant has been around forever. When it opened, it was known for low prices, fresh food and a chocolate fountain surrounded with gargantuan strawberries, marshmallows along with other fruits to dip. While the huge fountain doesn't erupt from the restaurant's center at lunchtime (it maybe dinner only) there's still something for everyone. They have steak, spare ribs, sushi, dessert crepes made to order (limit 2 per person), a full salad bar, soups, pot roast, quesadillas and so much more."
"The food is was very good especially that jalapeño app! Omg I would come back just for that .service was prompt and pleasant . The food was very very good . My husband had the scallop hibachi which you can see had plenty of scallops and really nice fried rice and sautéed vegetables. It comes with 2 shrimp also which I ate since he's allergic to them . Everything even the iced tea was good . The last place in this spot got killed by Covid I'm glad we have a good Japanese restaurant in town ."
"A 5 star sushi restaurant in Rushville, Indiana? Honestly, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. We have been here twice, and tried a few different rolls. My two favorites are the Godzilla Roll, and the Spiderman roll. (there might be a theme here)Service is stellar, and both times we've got the feeling they sincerely appreciated our business.I've got to say a word about the food presentation. They do a fantastic job of presenting the food on the plates. Not only is it delicious, it's also beautiful to look at. We're fans."
"Really great sushi! The staff was incredibly friendly to us even though we brought our three kids in with us. It's not a huge space and tables fill up at dinner time but we got there around 5 o'clock and had no trouble getting a table. We will definitely be back!"
"I would give them a 3 but I didn't get hot pot. I got the all you can eat sushi. The ordering process was confusing it also took a long time to get the sushi. I ended up just getting it off the buffet. They were very busy I just think they need more people at the buffet. The guy at the buffet was doing noodles and sushi. Overall the prices are pretty reasonable they had a ton of toppings for hot pot. Half I didn't even know what they were."
"My family of four ate here on New Year's Eve. We had a 5:15 reservation & we were walking out of the restaurant at 6:10. It was a busy night for them, but they certainly had the the assembly line mentality in full effect. They were clearing our table off while we were still trying to finish our meals, so we took the hint and just left. Overall: The food was good quality & prepared well, but unfortunately the poor service makes this place a strong "do not recommend" from me."
"Had a great dinner here! Its a hibachi express which means they cook it in the kitchen rather than at a grill in your face. Works for me - you don't leave smelling like grease!I had the chicken hibachi dinner- good amt of veggies - and fried rice. Came with soup or salad to start (classic iceberg salad with ginger dressing)"
"This has got to be one of my top hibachi places. Prices are great and portions are even better. We frequently get coupons in the mail which made us first check them out. I love their hibachi food itself and a fun bonus is they also have noodles as part of their meal. Salad, rice, veggies, and filet.... All delicious and making me want to come back here ASAP. staff has always been nice & never had to wait for a table on a week night. Cool atmosphere too. Will be back again soon!"
"Lunch tasted fantastic. I was very surprised that this restaurant was not busier. The staff was super friendly and our food was on point. I especially enjoyed the salad dressing on my salad, it was so good! Lunch menu with hibachi or sushi. I would like to come here for lunch again."
"I had wanted to try this place for a while but was afraid of disappointment. I was so pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked in! Much bigger than I thought it would be. Ladies in front of me were struggling to order but the worker helped them through it. I had hibachi steak with fried rice, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and onion with hibachi as my cooking sauce and yum yum as my side of sauce. So good, so fresh, so tasty, great containers, great portions! Will be back!"
"It's been a minute and nothing has changed. Sakura still delivers incredibly fresh food at reasonable prices. We took the risk at 7:30 on a Saturday and only had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The space is tight and quaint and perfect. Always a good time!"
"We love sushi den! We've been here a couple times and I think we've been really early each time, so it wasn't busy at all. We loved all the rolls we've tried. I can't say I loved the yakisoba but it was still good. It's a cute place, with lots of plants."
"Stopped in on a Wednesday night. This was the second time we had been here. The lobby is a little small and has a handful of tables but that is common in this strip of buildings. We were politely greeted but we're unsure what we wanted, so we sat down to look at the menu. We decided to order for appetizers crab rangoon and an order of gyoza. For our meals, we went with katsu chicken and general tso's chicken. Both came with fried rice I also order a side of spicy crab salad. Everything came out hot and delicious. The entrees and the spicy crab salad were on another level because they were so good. The portions were big too, as we took home a lot of the rice and some of the entree. We will definitely be back soon."
"Great selection of foods. Fast paced and everything for a nice, quick meal. Came here for Sunday brunch with family and the foods were very tasty and freshly made. Service was good. Our sever was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. Not a bad price for the foods you get. Sushi and grill are included in buffet price. Can order carry out if preferred"
"Ok I LOVE sushi so why is this my first time ever trying an all you can eat sushi restaurant? I have no idea but it was soo worth it! We went on Valentine's Day so it was busy but we got seated right away. Service was good for how busy it was! Everyone was kind of working together so it made it efficient. You can get appetizers and sushi rolls unlimited for $25/person. We got crab Rangoon, house salad, miso soup and all the sushi we wanted for a very reasonable price! I thought all of the rolls were very good and made fresh. You can watch them make it at the sushi bar and they were so fast! I really enjoyed this place and their drinks (wine/beer) were very reasonably priced as well!"
"I came here 1st time based on a recommendation. I got my food to go. I had seaweed salad, shumai and also a new smoked salmon rolls they had. I enjoyed my meal and would come back when i return to the area."
"I'll be honest, I've had some meh experiences at Asaka. And in the back of my mind its tough to go somewhere, have a poor or mid experience, and still blow a good chunk of change. But my last few times at Asaka have been great and I'm so glad for it. Ramen is flavorful and warm, with a healthy portion size. Takoyaki is just as good as ever. Sashimi, which has been a sore point before, has been top notch. I particularly enjoyed the grilled salmon, which is just slightly cooked to give it a bit of a crispy bite. This place is still very small and I would recommend coming after happy hour, where its much less hectic. Whatever funk that may have been lingering over Asaka for a while seems to be long gone, and I'm so glad I can fully recommend Asaka again."
"They have stepped up their game here. They now have hibachi meals that are cost effective. The sushi is delicious too. I love the staff here they are so friendly."
"In town for the weekend from LA, and after a full day of traveling - because of the time difference - we decided we wanted to stuff our faces here. My wife actually planned to eat at the Anaheim location after a Disney trip with some girlfriends, but they ended up changing plans. So when she saw Hibachi Grill was near our lodging for the weekend, eating here sounded like a plan - especially because the price for eating back home was $20. An AYCE spot near Disneyland for a price that is far from commonplace these days? I figured the Indiana location had to be wicked cheap. This is largely the focus here. Value and volume over quality. It is quite easy to be critical about a buffet that doesn't cut it for style and execution. But for $15 AYCE, I believed the place served what it aimed to: plenty of options that might not blow you away, but it all tasted fine enough. And the selections were well tended to, refill-wise. We sat across from a family of six that got to eat out for less than $100. This place gives you plenty to eat if you don't feel like eating at, or cooking at home, and the simple reality is, you could be doing alot worse than Hibachi Grill. I got to try different combinations of new items every time I got up to get a plate. And I was happy enough to keep tasting things until it was time to go home. Yes, mostly everything could use a little hot sauce or salt/pepper to taste, but Hibachi was busy when we showed up. They'll continue to feed people who are more concerned with filling their bellies than eating exceptional food, and the approach seems to work for the operators."
"BEST hibachi and sushi in Indiana! Hands down!! Jessie is an amazing server and even remembers our regular orders. You won't be disappointed!"
"So so so good. Went on a whim with a friend. They said we'd have 5 minutes to order bcz they were going on a break in between lunch and dinner service and we said we'll make it work. So pleased they were willing to accommodate us. Everything was fantastic. Decor is so beautiful."
