".......top notch everything. Meatloaf was amazing, charcuterie board was great ( Wagyu salami!!). Freestyled a drink and the bartender nailed it ( Whiskey Smash mojito + egg white ). Best place on Mass Ave, by far."
"Can't say enough AMAZING things about Four Day Ray! We've visited twice in the past month. They have great happy hour deals and delicious food. Their outdoor and indoor seating are all lovely and the servers are upbeat and friendly.Eating a gluten free, bunless burger isn't necessarily the most fun thing, but this burger was outstanding. I'm already thinking through how I can replicate bacon, fig, and goat cheese on a burger at home this weekend. We'll be back anytime we are in Fishers!"

"I don't know how they do it, but they do it well here. The sign on the window said Now hiring and listed several key positions. Several people were waiting around outside for a table and I feared we may have to go somewhere else. We went inside to ask about the wait, but she said we could grab a table outside. It was about 47 out there, but they have an awesome overhead heater. Shortly after we were seated a girl brought us some waters and menu's, then our pretty cool waitress came out and took our order. The food really rocked and it was nice seating outside. My burger was the Genghis Kahn, and it was as large as he was in life. The over easy egg added a nice balance with everything else that was on it. Pacing myself with conversation and lots of water, I finished the sandwich, but failed to finish my soup side. The spicy bean soup was very good, but the garbanzo beans were just too much for my tummy. With over 30 beers on tap, I can't wait to come back to see what's pouring next time."
"It's been a while since I've been back. I have to admit since I tried a dinner instead of a brunch this, it was definitely a better experience overall. It also was not packed with people or had loads of people on a waiting list. The service was a bit above average, and everybody seemed to enjoy their food. They are pricey, but, it's a higher brow marketed place so it's par for the course. You get a fair amount of food for the price. The atmosphere is pleasant enough too. It is cramped seating and a bit loud, so a quiet dinner is not on the menu. Someday I'll probably try them again."
"Service was fantastic. It was clean, organized and everything we ordered was excellent. Definitely a level above for Bistro! Can't wait to go back"
"The food is always amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like extended family! The ambiance is awsome no matter where you sit and/or hang out! Love this place!"
"10/13/2024. Visited Brew River for the first time. Service , ambiance, and food were all good. I was a bit disappointed that the cheese spread appetizer came with crackers instead of the 16 Brixx Crostini advertised on the menu, but maybe that's a Cajun thing. This place is a good choice for a nice evening out."

Ambiance: Came here with a big party and enjoyed the atmosphere. They do a good job of using mixed textures and materials so it has a upscale feel while still being casual and relaxed environment. The tables are generously spaced and the music obtrusive so it was very easy to have a conversation across the table without yelling. Our server was excellent, making helpful recommendations and making sure drinks were refilled. Food: We shared their two poutine offerings and found both very enjoyable. The pastrimi one is obviously heartier and more savory but the chiliquiles one was also very good with a brighter tangier sauce. The fries have a little crisp to them but have more of that frites texture than your standard american fry. Many of us got the lamb shank and I was the odd one out who wasn't a big fan. The dish itself is well composed with a creamy corn fundido, flavorful tomatillo salsa, and pickled onions all complementing each other extremely well. I would have ordered the fundido as entire side-dish if it was available, it was that good. Texturally, the lamb was perfectly cooked and easily pulled from the shank into bite-sized pieces. The only thing that ruined my experience was the noticeable gamey-ness of the lamb which I'm not normally sensitive to as I eat goat and lamb on most menus I find it on. Again, none of the other 5 people who got the dish seemed to notice so maybe it was just a fluke.Despite me not liking the lamb, I liked everything else about the restaurant. Their sauces in particular are impeccable, their portions are appropriate for the price, their preparation of the ingredients equally superb. They impressed me with everything besides the lamb flavor that I would gladly come back again and try other things on their menu.

Appetizers were delicious...who doesn't love fried pickles? Ordered a salad and it was easily enough for two meals. Server was great! Ambiance on the patio with our dog was worth it. Love how pet friendly and accommodating staff was. Next time I am in town I will stop by for dinner for sure.

It had been a good while since I last went to Twenty Tap. And I wish I had come back sooner. Great service, awesome food, fantastic beer selection. Comfortable family restaurant space and an inviting bar. What more could you want?

Some of the pictures are from a year ago when I posted them and some are from last night. We chose Revery a year ago to have our post wedding dinner with our family and chose last night to celebrate our year anniversary! The food was delicious then and now! Definitely book a reservation if you want to eat here. Revery is wonderful for a group celebration as well as a good date night. The staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable of the menu items. We parked across the street and walked across, definitely a great atmosphere and would highly recommend Revery.

Culinary experience! Bone marrow fries. Who thought of creating it? I don't know, but they were the most savory fries we have ever had. We all chose to get different items and share. The Po Boy stood out with crisp shrimp, soft grilled bun and slightly tangy sauce. The fish tacos packed a mouth full of flavors with every bite. We all had leftovers to take home and really couldn't pick a favorite because each item was so unique and all packed flavor. Our waitress was funny and attentive. It was a slightly dark ambiance in bar area at our table and we loved mimosas for brunch. Worth the trip to Fortville!!!!

We came here for a reception after my uncle's funeral service. I think we had the whole place booked, or at least most of it.The staff were super kind, and helpful and professional. Drinks and food service were handled so well. We just had a buffet: salad, crackers and pimento cheese, fish and chips, and jambalaya. But man, it was a good buffet. Every single thing was great: thick chunks of tender fish, perfectly fried. Really good seasoned fries. Remoulade and tartar sauce that were clearly house-made and tasty. A nice fresh salad with house-made croutons, and a pimento cheese dip (it may originally have been a ball, but I didn't see it right away.) Cool place, with lots of nooks and crannies, and a couple of big rooms we used, plus the bar area. Decent parking (be careful pulling in and out, it's right on the road.) Good music, which they turned down when our guitar-playing friend started up. A pleasant end to a sad day. A really good way to catch up with family, in a good venue, with good food. Oh, and a good wine and beer selection. Plus mixed drinks etc., but I didn't partake of those sections. I did glance at the regular food menu and saw plenty of things I would have tried.

A long way from home for a work conference, Ralston's has changed the way I see Indy. Welcoming, delicious wings, and my favorite tequila (Lalo)...I couldn't have felt more comfortable. My waitress, Marin was amazing; just attentive enough. And the man that greeted me at the door was so friendly and welcoming. I'd certainly come back if ever I were in town again.

"Posting this review to include the new weekly happy hours menu! Always one of my fav places to go and they have a great outdoor patio!"
"Yes yes yes! The perfect lunch spot, especially for a larger party in the area for bridal shopping Everything is made from scratch, locally sourced or grown. The waitress we had was very knowledgeable about the menu and had such great energy! Everyone was so pleased with their meal. All food came out hot & fresh!"
"Great food and they have an outdoor patio that is good size. They offer brunch on the weekend! Popped in before a Fever game. Pictures of the happy hour and the Frisco Melt! FYI VEGETARIANS/ VEGANS!!! The fries are fried in an animal fat/oil (as 2 of the people I went with are vegetarians and they were told this)"
"Just stumbled upon this in Fortville. I liked their beer so thought the food must be good as well.My wife and I were not dissatisfied at all! We had the chicken and waffles with a side of their Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious! The service is great and the ambience is great as well. Would definitely recommend and guarantee we will be back here"
"Bar Louie's-Carmel offers great vibes on a Friday or Saturday night! We went in and sat at the bar. There's TVs available to watch sports and the DJ starts at 10 pm. There's a small dance floor area in front of the DJ area. There was no cover change. After a certain time, they do card to get in. I didn't grab any food this time, but I did grab a wildberry margarita. It was a little too sweet for my liking, but still a tasty drink. I'll definitely be back."
"I gotta admit that when you come here, and you see this place...your expectations drop through the floor. However, after you get and taste your food it all changes. For a small little hole in the wall the size of a food truck, they actually make really good food! It is quick, it is tasty, and you get a lot for what you paid for. If only the other food vendors at Sun King were this good, the variety would be awesome, but right now this is my only go-to when going to Sun King.Highly recommend the Pulled Pork Poutine Fries. While the pulled pork is perfectly fine but not amazing, the fries are stellar..and when you combine everything else together...they are phenomenal...and you get a metric ton of it. Share!"
"Have been here twice, both for dart tournaments. It's not near our house, as we live in Mason, but it's a nice place to trek to for occasional darts and food. Drink prices are great, staff are really friendly, and great bar for soft tip darts and pool. I'm a gluten free/vegan, so not many options available (like pretty much every bar everywhere), but I did get a nice big house salad. It was enough to fill me up for the time I was there. My hubs did have the Cincy chili and really enjoyed it. They have a huge menu and our friends have always enjoyed the food. Maybe consider carrying a 'vegan' burger option, like Beyond or Impossible?"
"Usually, I try to scope out the highest rated spots. This one wasn't highly rated, so I thought it might've been a fluke. Nope. It is actually mediocre. We ordered a few drinks at the bar. The beer selection is on point. The Bloody Mary was horrible, they use the Mr. & Mrs. T's mix, which is the most acidic mix there is and with the load of Tabasco... yuck! The Purple Rain specialty drink was great though, it's basically a purple Long Island iced tea.My husband and I ordered a 12 piece order of wings, and for an extra $2 they made them all drum sticks. My half was the BBQ version and they were slammin'! The crunch under the sauce was just how I like it. Five stars for the drum sticks! My husband's half was the Cajun dry rub, he said that they weren't spicy. We also ordered loaded cheese fries, but those didn't arrive until awhile after the chicken. And they didn't come with the diced jalapeños on the side. I'm slightly allergic, so I only had a few. The fries were shoe string cut and the beer cheese was tasty. The service was ok, even with the fry mishaps, but the weird thing was the employees gossiping about the owner and complaining about other things. The entire business seemed to be run by rebellious adolescents. It was strange and not my cup of tea."
"Social clubs are making a big comeback. In a world that seems to reject the ways of yesteryear, it is odd to imagine people craving the social habits of their parents or grandparents. Or does it? With a generation of young adults who have been electronically socialized, bona fide social interactions are nearing rock bottom. Folks want a place where everyone knows their names; they want to see old friends while meeting new ones, and they still want to have a place to get a hearty meal. And...and, dammit, adults want to drink alcohol and smoke while doing it. In Indianapolis, that place exists, and it is thriving. Welcome to the Antelope Club. The Antelope Club has a long history in the city, with its first origins dating back to 1947. Being officially incorporated in 1956, the club moved into its current home in 1964. Managed and operated by Brad Klopfenstein, the club continues to make improvements in both facilities and offerings. When I asked Brad what he thought the public should know the Antelope Club, he gave me the "Oh, hell, where do I begin?" look. He quickly touted the friendly and welcoming nature of the club and its members (affectionately knows as "Lopers"), the wide variety of beers served, the "deep" whiskey selection, great food, and the cigar lounge. I agreed with him - all of those things are reasons why I am a member. It is not difficult to become a member of the Antelope Club. All you need is to have the signatures of two members-in-good-standing, been born at least 21 years ago, and pay a measly $150. Once you've met those requirements, and the board approves your application, congratulations, you're a Loper. We're not a group of elitists; we don't care about your gender, what color you are, what religion you practice (or don't), with whom you go to bed, or your political persuasion. Just be yourself - unless you're a jerk...then you might see the door. The Antelope Club is packed with amenities and activities. As aforementioned, the club has a great selection of everything alcoholic...and non-alcoholic. The food is fantastic, and Chef Vee prepares everything to absolute perfection. I think that his burgers, famous throughout the city, are second-to-none. He even prepares a special, foodie-approved dinner on Saturday nights. The prices on everything are unbelievably reasonable. The cigar lounge is my favorite aspect of the club. With a humidor packed with fine tobaccos, you'll never have to stock up. Plus, members are welcome to bring their own cigars (and pipes, in my case) to enjoy in the lounge, bar, or on the balcony. The club discourages smoking in the dining room and forbids it in the upstairs portion of the club. Accompanied minors are also allowed on the upper level. The club holds a charity gaming license, and it offers several weekly cash drawings, Yahtzee, and pull tabs. Excluding the latter, gaming is for members only. Even if you lose, your money still goes to a good cause! The Antelope Club is open to the public on weekdays from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM for lunch. This gives the prospective member a perfect chance to get to know the place.Take a break from your electronic social life and head over to the Antelope Club. Once you're a Loper, you'll thank me. Pronk on!"
"Stopped in here for a mid week lunch and we enjoyed everything about the restaurant/bar. It is very clean in a new building and they provided great service with tasty food and good cocktails/beers. We will definitely be back and enjoyed everything we had. They have outdoor seating on the patio that is right on the Main Street but there is also a splash pad for kids at the park right next to it. They also offer Gluten free (cauliflower crust) pizzas if that is of interest to you. The pork tenderloins were good as were the pizzas. The wings and tot balls were both delicious as well."
