"I haven't been here since it was called Ralph's Great Divide (it's just The Great Divide Now). You come here for the hot pot aug (potato soup) or hot pot pig (potato soup with ham). That's all you need to know."
"There has been a bar at the corner of Sixth and Salem Streets since the Speakeasy Era. The Dive is the latest and is a great example of a dive bar. The bar's owners are relatively new so the menu is small but features pub favorites and Tex Mex. Chicken flautas were the special that night and were delicious. I'm looking forward to more additions in the future."
"Been driving by Friendly Stop twice a day for 4 years. Literally on my way to and from work. Finally the boss took me there a couple of months ago. Wow, what is wrong with me? It's pure comfort food. Sandwiches, meat loaf, fries, etc. My ruben was delish and onion rings perfectly crunchy. Needless to say I've been back and won't drive by every time from now on."
"If you go upstairs it has great ambiance but service not so good. We were the only ones in the bar sat for 10min and initially had to go get our drinks and get menus. Gin and tonic made with soda water. Bartender on her phone quite a bit. Food was not the best. Tots were good. So many other options in town."
"This bar is tucked away from the main Broad Ripple strip but is definitely a local favorite bar. They have many tvs for sports and the drink specials are great. I personally have never eaten here however I've heard many great suggestions and raves about the cheese balls and bosco sticks. Connor's is a must for Saint Patrick's Day, they have a huge tent and the parking lot if fenced off, it's a load of fun! They were cash only but now they accept credit cards so that's a plus for those who don't usually carry cash."

Ralph's is the kind of place that feels like home--even if it's your first time there. Just outside the Bottleworks district, this little dive keeps things simple in the best way: comfort food, a full bar, and a relaxed vibe that makes it easy to strike up a conversation with a stranger or catch up with old friends. Oh, and I have to mention the pea salad--yummy!The back patio is a great spot to hang out, and there's often live music, adding just the right touch. The service is always friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

We've been here a few times now during recruiting seasons. Food is good and bartenders are too. Very friendly. I've gotten the burrito a couple times now and been happy with it both times. My husband likes the beef enchiladas and said the flavor is good on his as well. The bartenders have always been friendly and can carry on a convo. The place itself definitely gives off the 'dive' feel but in a good way. We really like the roll up doors with the screen. Weather was great so they were open. All in all we come back here for a bevy and meal about 1-2 times a year and will continue to come back.

I found this place on a trip to the area to visit my MIL. I was warmly greeted and felt right at home. I ordered the garlic burger and loved it! The burger itself was cooked perfectly and then topped with whole roasted garlic cloves just put it over the top! If you find yourself in the area, do not hesitate to stop in and enjoy the warm hospitality and great food!

Renovated and now with a new menu (see pic). Through the Valpak mailer, I got coupons so I bought a grilled Cajun chicken sandwich with pickles, lettuce, and onions and with a side of Tater tots and received a free combo appetizer of chicken fingers, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles. My takeout was delicious, and the grilled chicken was wonderfully aromatic. I wish they still had the 2 haddock fish meal.I probably ordered 6 times total, and since the renovation, I have been there twice. Averaging from my experiences, some of the staff could do better. I am rounding up to 5 stars as the chef and food are great.

If you love a good local neighborhood bar vibe this is it. Amazing service day or night. Delicious bar food. Music or sports on. Best prices for a great time. "10/10. Would recommend. Will be back again."

There really isn't much to say that other reviewers already haven't. J Clyde's is one of the east side's numerous quality bars. It is small, and the "serve food" requirements they legally have to serve probably barely pass muster. During holidays or other days, they may have a pot-luck food thing going on that bartenders and customers contribute to. There's a few beers on tap, a bunch of bottles, and the drinks are stiff. Go here if you want to relax.

This was unfortunately a terribly disrespectful experience. I'll start off by saying the bouncer was actually the best employee here. Here goes our experience., we came here at the end of the night and as I was finishing up my drink with my friends at 1:50ish (they close at 2:30) the bartenders were very rude and made comments at me saying "she's one of those" after paying for my drink and trying to finish it. It was extremely rude and wasn't professional. I mentioned that they were being very unprofessional with the way they were talking to us, and they immediately (blonde woman behind bar and "owner") told us we needed to go because we drank too much .The male bartender was claiming to be the "owner", and laughed when I claimed an owner wouldn't act in the manner he was displaying especially because I was with a group of people who had just spent a lot of money on shots celebrating a birthday. And all I was doing was finishing a drink when he said he wanted to "leave early and go home" And he started getting angry and one of my other friends asked for a lime for his drink and they said "sorry no I'm not going to help you." This is honestly the worst customer experience I've had at a bar. Whatever man and blonde woman working who claimed to be the owner that night were an embarrassing display of professionalism and if I was the actual owner of this bar, I'd fire these employees that are a LIABILITY to the business. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST BAR I've ever been to. I feel extremely disrespected, you should be embarrassed of these immature people working here.

The food was absolutely amazing. My parents came in for a visit over the weekend and my family are sort of wing connoisseurs. We went down to knock back nats Saturday to check out what they were all about, but after I saw the Mozz sticks photo on this place, we came Sunday for lunch. We got burgers, wings, and mozzarella sticks and I can't wait to go back. The wings were better than any other place I've had in Cincinnati. I'm typically more a deep fried wing type of gal, but enjoy smoked too. These had that tenderness of a deep fried wing as well as a nice crispy outside but the smokiness and slight char of a smoked wing. Incredible! Burgers were fantastic as well. Don't forget the mozz sticks!! Made in house and delicious.

"The crowd is entertainment enough in this hole in the wall, and I say that with the best intentions. You never know what conversation you may strike up here. A great tiny neighborhood bar with no frills. Excellent jukebox selections and bartenders. Food limited to heat up pretzels & chips, but they can offer some great suggestions on local restaurants with delivery."
"Covington, KY is a super cool place - who knew? After a rough morning in that city across the river, I walked across the imitation Brooklyn Bridge into Kentucky, and walked over here looking for a place to decompress. Mind you, this is about 1PM on a Thursday, so not everything was going to be open. But Gypsy's was. Naturally it wasn't super busy at the time, just the bartender and two lovers on the back patio, but it was chill, and the drafts were working, and there was sports on television, and nobody to concern troll me. I only wish this place were closer to California."
"We stopped in here last minute after Silver Spring house was swamped. We had no idea what to expect. We walked in (6 of us) and the place was pretty busy. The waitress came up and greeted us quickly and hot our drink orders. She was very helpful on guiding our food selections. As a group we ordered burgers, chicken sandwich, wings, pretzels and cheese sticks. Everything was so good. Even better we were able to play pool and darts while waiting for our food. Great little place for a cold beer and really solid food in a chill atmosphere. This is our new go to when in the area."
"I was told this was a dive bar, but I left feeling good that I stopped by this place. Billie's is easy to get to and it's the perfect place to watch a sporting event on one of their 4 big screens or get a brew before or after an NKU game. The bar is clean with many regulars willing to spark up a conversation with you. I really liked that there was a lot of tables near the bar to watch the games. There's also some classic arcade games. And if there's nothing on the tube, they got plenty of board games above the fireplace which adds to the comfortable homey ambiance of this place. There menu is simple bar food items with burgers, wings, wraps and other apps. I had a delicious chicken caesar wrap with a generous portion of chips. In my opinion, this meal blew away what I had at Smashburger nearby. I would suggest this place to anyone in the area because I left happy, and I will come back."
"Visiting family in Kokomo today and we decided to get take-out pizza from the "Corner Pub", and we were definitely not disappointed .We ordered the large 16" pizza with two toppings for 16$ which seemed pretty reasonable and we had plenty of leftovers for a small gathering of 4. This pizza reminded me of an upscale Pizza King! The square cut on a thicker crust along with a heartier amount of toppings made for a great yet classic pizza. Overall, I probably won't get a craving for "Corner Pub" pizza once I'm back home, but I'd be up for it whenever I'm passing through Kokomo again!"
"A total dive, but sometimes they have good music. They don't have a cover charge, which is handy. They do however, change that when there is a band. Also, this is a CASH ONLY bar. No credit cards accepted. Be warned and don't expect them to make an exception for you."
