"Guy sent us...and we LOVED our visit! Awesome burgers, root beer, and staff!Well done!"
"We love ordering from here especially for lunch. The portions are large and the lunch specials include salad and soup. Another thing to note is that the lunch menu is the same as the dinner menu, but significantly less expensive. The staff is always friendly and the food is exceptionally well done. If you've never had Thai food before, think of the level of spice you think you can handle and take it down a level when ordering. If you have had Thai food before, they have varying levels of spice and can even do 1/2 levels."

"Amazing place! Looks like I just walked into a movie! The food is delicious and the soda is the best soda I've ever tasted, and I don't drink soda often because of the nasty after taste. The food was quick to make and presented very well."
"we walked in right when they opened at 11 and were immediately sat for a table of 7. we started with the bite flight which is one of our favorites for when we have more than 4 people. i got the pickled goat salad with chicken and it was super tasty and served with balsamic vinaigrette. would rank 8.7/10. my husband got the cuban sandwich and it was crispy outside and so much flavor. would rank 10/10. some other people in our group got the greek sandwich and tomato basil pesto soup. the soup they said was amazing but the sandwich lacked flavor. soup is 9.2/10. greek sandwich was 7/10."
"We ate here before catching a Comedy Sportz show at the nearby Wit theater. And what a lucky find. The food was incredible and the team made us feel at home. Highly recomme"
"What is not to like here? A sparkly shiny chromed diner takes you back to the good old days. Once you enter you will be enthusiastically greeted and seated. The interior is very colorful with chrome and mirrors everywhere. Love the seats in pink, aqua and a light yellow. So cool. Their advertised specialty here are whispy thin pancakes. Even so I am not a huge pancake fan, I figured I'll give it a try. I ordered a combo plate which game with 2 eggs, meat of your choice and 2 pancakes. The pancakes come in several flavors and they also have a flavor of the week, which was lemon poppy when I visited. Of course I went for the lemon poppy, a decision that proved to be very delicious. My waiter was attentive without hovering. A great skill in my oppinion and much appreciated. He asked if I wanted to order anything else and then brought the check. The check was presented amidst a basket of tiny rubber duckies. Apparently you get to chose a duck to take home with you. How cute. The tough part is deciding which duck to adopt. I settled on a white dragon ducky just because. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a fun atmosphere, great food and service and of course the rubber ducky."
"We are from out of town and just picked somewhere to eat blindly. This place was amazing. Missy our server was awesome. I have the corned beef hash. Not from a can! It was amazing. The home fries are real potatoes. Fast, great service, and great food. Highly recommend!"
"This spot is a gem for breakfast lovers. Food is always fresh, fast, and flawlessly plated (look at my pics!) Every dish looks just as good as it tastes, making it my go-to for an all-day breakfast fix.Service? Impeccable. The servers are attentive, genuinely friendly, and keep the experience smooth from start to finish. I've even had the pleasure of meeting the owner a couple of times, great guy with a clear passion for what he does.Ambiance? Pure nostalgia. It's got that classic diner charm, complete with the comforting aromas of sizzling bacon and fresh coffee brewing.Bottom line: This is hands down my fave breakfast and brunch spot. Whenever I bring visiting family and friends, they leave raving about it. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!"
"An overall great diner experience! The food was your average diner food. Not fantastic but not bad. The French toast is thick and fluffy though. The waitress (I believe her name was Bre?) gave me the best service I've ever received at a diner. She didn't let our coffee go 1 inch below the lip before she was back giving us a warmer. She was so kind to a man behind us. It was an older gentleman's birthday and she offered him a piece of cake, whichever he wanted. The inside was clean and the locals were friendly. I wish every diner was like this!"
"An older building with quite a few vehicles still in the parking lot at 9:30 am. I've had this place bookmarked for years and haven't been able to get to it until today. I had to fast for a late blood draw this morning so I was past my usual breakfast hunger pains and so I was able to drive the 17 mins. I ordered two eggs medium, hash browns, patty sausage with white toast and strawberry jelly. That's what I usually order for breakfast regardless of the restaurant. Everything tasted great except for the hash browns. To me they seemed cut thicker than usual therefore I think they should have been cooked longer. Or maybe its just me. I ate some of them but not all of them.Service was friendly. I was quickly greeted and told to choose my own table. Drink order was quickly taken and menus left with me. The check came fast too once the meal was over. But the kitchen seemed a tad slow for only five active tables. One was finishing, two of us waiting on food, another ordering, and the last one just sitting down. The food was hot though as expected."
"Omg they have the best food, I visit quite often from Kentucky and was introduced to the pork tenderloin wow it's amazing!"
"It's a travesty to roadside diners like Lou's that the American traveler has become caught up in the "hurry" of fast food while traveling or opt to fly. Missing the opportunity experience the epitome of the American dining experience. The local mom & pop diner. Lou's is exactly that. Located about a mile off interstate 40 at exit 41 in Indiana. You wouldn't know it was here. Thank you Yelp! It's clearly where the Coverdale, population 2100, locals eat. We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in the door. It's cozy diner, nothing fancy. The booth seat has tears patched together with duct tape but they were comfy! I didn't sink into them or have anything poking me where it shouldn't. The waitress was pleasant and happy to help me decide what to eat. Everything on the menu is home style. Meatloaf, pork tenderloin, club sandwich. Nothing fancy. My pork tenderloin came out on a 16" plate! I ate over half and my to go box was still a full dinner portion!! Insane. My husband ordered the meatloaf and it didn't need any ketchup or gravy. That's got to speak volumes. Of course they also have pie but I ate too much tenderloin. Don't be afraid to get off the interstate at the small towns. They have the best local eats."

This is a nice little diner. There are two seating areas. One is around the service counter and the other is outside on picnic style tables.I had the burger with hash browns. Both were great. But the star of the meal was the root beer and the root beer cake. We also tried their root beer jelly. While I wasn't sure what to expect, I landed up really liking it and bought a bottle to go.

LOVE, love love this place!! i've been going here since i was in kindergarten i still remember them in their original building. The owner is awesome and super sweet, every time I go in there he's always working all the staff is attentive and incredible, always super helpful! As i said i've been going here for years i have never ever had a bad thing or have been disappointed,, potions are always very good and everyone with me always usually has some left overs. The padd king beef, has always been one of my favorite dishes it has lots ginger, mushrooms and other vegetables that I love, The pineapple fried rice,is to die for if you love that salty sweet combo, it has chunks of fresh pineapple, sliced chicken, onions, and cashews all served in a carved out pineapple Appetizers the beef satay with peanut sauce, almost like a classic beef stick you'd get at a delivery Chinese restaurant but 10x better, they car it on the grill so you get more of a smokey flavor and then dipped in that almost sweet peanut sauce sooo good vegetable spring rolls, you can not go wrong with these they are super delicious crunchy and full of flavor, they're full of cabbage, other Thai veggies and thin rice noodles,, served with a sweet chili sauce to give it that perfect little bit of heat .

Nothing short of incredible! It was my first time here and I will now have to come every time I fly into Indianapolis. If you're looking for classic midwestern diner food this is the spot. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was out of the world good. Everything was very flavorful, cooked to perfection and the desserts were just as good! Definitely one of the best stops I've had in Indiana

We looked up this place the night before and thought this was a perfect spot to take our toddler for breakfast. They had a great menu and the inside was bright and filled with people. They offer a duck at the end of your meal so our daughter was able to pick one out. Great food that came out hot and fast!

Met our son here for lunch Sunday. I had the grilled ham and swiss, my wife had a chicken sandwich and I can't remember what my son had. Everything was excellent although they were so busy that they forgot to leave off the lettuce and tomato from my son's sandwich. I am worried that tips here are not great so I tried to tip well.I would definitely stop in again.

A classic converted Big Boy. Got in after closing last night and was going to Uber elsewhere. Fella came out and asked us if we were OK and told him we drove truck and just got in late. He got us a couple of bowls of chicken and rice with a bunch of rolls and wouldn't take our money. Great dinner vibe with a very usa theme. These folks are first class and even garnish the plates.

"My husband and I met a couple of friends at Blue Jay Restaurant for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning. By the time we were seated, there was a line out the door. Blue Jay Restaurant has been around a long time and is clearly a neighborhood favorite. It's your traditional "greasy spoon" diner. The decor is unassuming and the leather benches are creaky, but it all adds to the classic diner charm. They do have an original menu on the wall, which is super cool. Our server was exceptionally friendly. We ordered some breakfast classics like potatoes, bacon, eggs, etc. and my husband got a burger. Overall, everything was as you'd expect. Nothing to write home about, but worth another stop in for some filling, American classic breakfast."
"This is the second time I've been here. The first time waited awhile to get drinks and l let it go.This time I booked on open tableI told them it was my birthday!Even though I told the waitress as well there was no response! So sad! I expected better! Food was good but sad! Not sure I'll be back!Prime 47 makes you feel so good for your birthday! Gift card to go again. Free glass of champagne, dessert and a photo of the two of you and prices are comparable. Here it felt like the staff didn't even want to be here! Very sad for a locally owned business!"
"We love their weekly specials, especially the pancakes. The service is always friendly. Atmosphere is welcoming. Food tastes great. Their baked goods are also amazing and unique. It's our favorite brunch spot on the west side."
"If you are looking for a class, simple diner, this is it. You won't find avocado toast on this menu. Instead, you'll find classic down-home goodness. My husband and I had to drop our car for some work in the area and he found this place, so we decided to try it out. On a Wednesday morning, this place is PACKED with regulars. There was a table of about 20 older gentlemen (with a few women too) enjoy a what was clearly a weekly breakfast gathering. The entire atmosphere is: simple home-cooked food and classic, not-in-your-face service. We loved it. I got the two egg breakfast with scrambled eggs, goetta, hash browns (perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside), and a biscuit. It was the best biscuit I think I've ever had. Maybe fresh out of the oven. YUM!"
"While it is in a strip mall, Four Seasons manages to be everything you want in a diner. Outdated decor is part of the ambiance but classic breakfast food never goes out of style. Everything from healthy fruit and cottage cheese to not so healthy options like bacon are available. Service is quick and prices are reasonable."
"I cannot complain! I've been here like five times already and always found the food DELICIOUS! So this place is a family run diner and is only open in the morning to afternoon. The decor is very homely, with photos and trophies adorning the walls. The server is the sweetest! This is a CASH ONLY place so make sure you have cash on you.Absolutely recommend the omelettes (whichever you prefer), hashbrowns, goetta and the fish sandwich. If you are having breakfast, everything is mostly accompanied by a perfect toast! The pancakes and french toast are good too! The price is extremely reasonable and an expansive breakfast would cost like $6!"
"Sunshine Cafe is a breakfast winner. Today I had the country fried steak and eggs with hash browns and biscuits. The biscuits were light and fluffy and delicious. The sausage gravy is the best. My son had bacon and eggs over easy and pancakes. Everything was hot and delicious. Out services was on it. She made sure we had everything we needed and that everything came out on time. She brought a little package of teddy grahams for my grandson to snack before the food came. As a midwestern cafe, Sunshine is at the top of the list for good food, great service in a clean diner setting."
"Oh my goodness ! When I came to this place while visiting Shelbyville I loved it. It's cute and cozy inside and feels like home despite me visiting from way out of state. The service was so nice and quick and made me feel so welcomed. The food was delicious and I enjoyed every bite. When I come back to Shelbyville I'll be sure to come again!"
"Service was so friendly. Name rings true! Had fried trout and it was the real deal. Hubs got a fabulous pork tenderloin sandwich. Hash brown casserole is worth its own trip solo. Crispy cheesy goodness. Great alternative to the typical chains."
"My go to place for breakfast. Love the waitresses and the owners. Food is always good and large portions. A lot of menu selections"
"Phenomenal service. Food was delicious. Love the strawberry rhubarb jam. Wife got the avocado toast. I got the veggie omelette. They NAILED those and the hash browns (we like them crispy) were perfect. Got a to go order of the biscuit French toast. Can't wait to try that. Alicia was so great. Forgot to take a photo of the food."
"Will be very honest in this review. The food here is great. Sometimes awesome! Would recommend. What I wouldn't recommend is dealing with their manager. My boyfriend wanted just strawberry crepes. He told our waitress and I heard just that. When the crepes came, they had strawberry reduction and bananas. He's not a big fan of bananas so we let the waitress know that we only asked for strawberry crepes. They take it back and suddenly she comes back with her manager who seems like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. With a whole lot of atittude, places the plate down in front of us and goes "what's wrong with it?" My bf says he only asked for strawberries on the crepes. She talks with her shoulders, "you wanted lovely crepes, lovely crepes comes with strawberries. So you want the bananas gone?!" He's so taken back that he quietly answers ".. just.. strawberries." She just grabs the plate and leaves. The waitress brings back the same plate with all the topping scraped off, only strawberry reduction left, and new whipped cream on top. You can see where they just swiped everything off and best part is, he still had like three slices of banana on there. Honestly we were just looking for some fresh strawberries on there but that's too much to ask for cause he got none.He worked in hospitality before and found that so unacceptable. He was so taken back that he couldn't even voice that he in fact did not order lovely crepes, and just strawberry crepes. And to be given back the plate that read "idgaf" put us in a terrible mood when we were so happy to have a morning off together and spend quality time out. Told the waitress that in no way it was her fault and we are not directing the discomfort towards her, but her manager needs to calm down.As much as we love the food, we've decided that we refuse to take our business to a restaraunt with such a terrible manager. Still giving the place 4 stars for the food we've had in the past but just want others to beware of her attitude."
"This is your classic amazing small town diner. Home cooked meals and pies off the charts delicious. The service is spot on and very good. The ambiance is right out of the 1970's. The fried chicken special was the perfect size and cooked very well. Make sure you make room for some of the best pie anywhere. The fillings and crust are absolutely amazing."
"I love this "diner." Whenever I'm in the neighborhood, especially in the way to see a play at The Drama Workshop, I stop in for dinner. You will not find a friendlier owner or a better wait staff! Shout out to Melanie, so friendly, kind, accommodating!!! Nice cozy booths! Great food! This time I had the turkey open face which was great. Best of all---the best coffee!!!"
"Perfect Unique diner experience! Parking can be a bit difficult to get to but the lot itself is fine. You seat yourself and the wait time for food is typically ten minutes. Very quick. The food is awesome for the price and the atmosphere is uplifting and warm! They have both breakfast and lunch items which plenty of options. I recommend Cloverleaf for a refreshing and positive dining experience!"
"While I was expecting an expanded bar and grill-style menu, I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot more. There's a lot of great choices in addition to the usual bar staples. A Cajun chicken with peppers and onions was a cheese lover's delight as it was covered in it. A clam strip special was a great appetizer for something different. Oysters (Friday and Saturdays only, I think) were big and tasty, and are served with some great cocktail sauce and horseradish. French Onion Soup (Fridays and Saturdays only) was very good. Filet with lobster tail (Friday and Saturdays only) was a great value, especially with two sides included. The filet was perfect and the lobster pretty good. The catfish was also pretty good. This is an out-of-the-way place in a semi-residential area, on a scenic piece of property on the river, not far from Lake Shafer. The inside has a bar and dining room with a comfortable rustic feel. Outside, there's a large covered porch, and a few steps down is an open-air area with lounge-type seating. We were visitors to the area and had such a good experience the first night, that we came back the next night with a larger group. We ate outside the first night and inside the second, and after dinner the second night, we had drinks in the backyard area, while enjoying the view of the river and an acoustic performer on the covered porch. On both nights, service was friendly, efficient and not rushed. Separate checks weren't a problem. They offer a number of beers including some local options."
"Ask for your breakfast exactly like you want it and that's what you get. Great service. It's a diner and a few things are a little worn but the food and service are great at a great price."
"Cute little pub by the park. It's not very big so not good for big groups. We were sat almost immediately. Our server was very kind. We told her it was our first time so she gave us a few recommendations. She also told us they make like 99% of their stuff from scratch including sauces and stuff. They smoke, brine, and batter everything in house too. She was very attentive. Great employee for sure. I had the special of the week which was catfish. The flavor and breading was great. The meat was a little soft for fish, but it was still good. I had Cajun fries with it. Pair those with the homemade ketchup. So good! Also had some pretzel bites with beer cheese. Pretty good. I would've liked more salt on the pretzels. The smoked wings were amazing. Well cooked and quality flavor. Definitely gonna have to try them with the other sauces. Homemade ranch with those too. You should check this place out!"
"Found this gem while traveling from Cincinnati to Milwaukee. Menu has plenty of choices, we had the BLT with onion rings, the daily special - which was chicken and homemade noodles, and a smoked sausage sandwich with fries. Food did not disappoint and service was friendly and attentive.Highly recommend!"
"Excellent family-owned restaurant. The salsas are homemade and delicious. We had breakfast and it came out very quickly. The portions were huge and prices very reasonable."
"1.8 OverallI have had B&N recommended one time since being in Lafayette. Decided to try it why I was waiting on my vehicle to be serviced across the street. The food was all cooked fine, served hot. The coffee was likely the best part aside from a very sweet server. The omelette was the whipped fluffy style, I prefer old fashioned folded omelette. The ingredients were just laid in the center and not incorporated at all into the eggs. The potatoes were well cooked but bland, gravy was void of any flavor and biscuit seemed to be from the previous day and warmed on the griddle, very dense and unremarkable. The whole breakfast was unremarkable to be honest. It was good to finally try it but I don't believe I'll go back. To many other options that are far better."
"Found my go to for gyros! The tzatziki sauce was so good and the gyro meat was cooked just right. A little crisp on the ends but not burned. I also had the pleasure of tasting the half gyro half burger and it was really tasty too. And the service was really good too. Can't beat that!"
"Loved this little hole in the wall restaurant. A simple menu and the locals flock to this place. I had the Dinner Bell Omelet, and the wife had the oatmeal. Both of us said the food and service were excellent. My coffee never cup got near empty. The menu has the basics, which is all that is needed. If you're in town and want a great breakfast, stop on in."
