"Cholita Taqueria is a fun place if you're looking to enjoy a fun atmosphere with good food on a screened in patio. The street being right by the patio makes it a bit loud at times but it is still rather comfortable out there. Our server was also very sweet. Our tacos were fine, mine were a little soggy. One thing I would recommend a thousand times over is the birria grilled cheese. This is a birria cheese that's been baked in a cast iron dish and served with little tortilla wedges. You can get some insane cheese pulls from it! Aside from that, it is also very delicious cheese, like a mozzarella but with a little more saltiness to it. I'd certainly come again, and will definitely get more birria cheese!"
"Service was fantastic. It was clean, organized and everything we ordered was excellent. Definitely a level above for Bistro! Can't wait to go back"

"Some places reach a level of perfection in their food and service unmatched by others. These places usually stay hidden, preserved for a special crowd to enjoy them in secret. Once in a while though, those places are smack in the middle of the city, not far from some of the major attractions, and all you have to do is enter their doors and sit down to enjoy some of the best food you'll ever have in a region. Such is the case with Agave & Rye in Covington. Our discovery of Agave & Rye was incredibly fortuitous. I had just landed from South Florida, here to celebrate my niece and nephew's birthday. Half of my family was set to arrive in a hour and a half and we needed something to eat. It was late at night, we looked for a highly recommended spot for food, and lo and behold, Yelp always comes in clutch! But when we arrived at the location suggested they had just closed their kitchen and were solely focused on drinks. Hungry and disappointed, we ventured the streets of Covington once more. And as we were passing by Agave & Rye we couldn't help but notice people still sitting outside enjoying their meals.Luckily for us, there was a waitress passing by at the moment who told us we'd just arrived in time. Her name was Taylor. When it comes to customer service, Taylor's is unmatched. Not only was she in charge of serving the customers in the outside sitting area, but also training a new employee. We asked her for recommendations, and she guided us brilliantly. And so, under her guidance, we proceeded to order. One of the orders was for an Epic Taco - The Bomb taco. I decided for the Grilled Birria Burrito. And Oh My God! What a great decision that was! The burrito was perfect. There was flavor and deliciousness in every bite. Next time I promise to try one of the Epic Tacos. And how can you not. Besides the aforementioned one, you also have on the menu, the Jedi Taco, the Alderman taco, the Bang Bang, the Rooster, the Green Goddess, and the Love Shack 2.In conclusion, we truly ran into a gem. I can't wait to go back and continue enjoying the wonderful food and the great service at Agave & Rye."
"Excellent restaurant in a cool part of town. Fountain Square. The atmosphere is very relaxed with a kind of an Industrial feel inside and a huge bar. we got chips and salsa to start with. We did have to pay for it, which is strange, most of the places around here included, but this is a little bit more millennial type eating location. It came with two different types of salsa, red salsa, and a green salsa. The green was much hotter than the red ones. But both were very good. The red one was a little sweet for me but still excellent. For dinner I got chicken enchiladas with a Molé Verde sauce. It was pretty hot, but still very good. Was covered in sauce and cheese, came with refried beans and rice. All of it had excellent flavor and went really well together. It was excellent. My wife got. A margarita bowl. Zucchini, pickled onions, cilantro, Mexican rice, black bean salsa, guacamole and cheese. She thought it was great and it was a very large serving and she could only finish about half of it. I got a unsweet iced tea to drink, but other than that, we drank the water that was put at the table. The atmosphere is pretty cool and hip and the service was very good. She kept coming back and checking on us all through the mail. Prices weren't too bad for the type of place. It was obviously a little more expensive because it is sitting in a cooler, part of town."
"So glad we went there today.. my family and I really enjoyed our lunch there today and on Taco Tuesday to boot!Food: delicious and creative fusion tacos. We had several items but the standouts for us were:Crispy Elote Deviled Eggs: so good, could've had two orders solo... we gobbled them up playing video games (yes, see below)The Dae-Bak Clucker: juicy and spicy Korean fried chicken pieces with fried rice and assorted veggies.King of Birria: messy, tasty dipping goodness. Grateful for the extra consumé... worked well with everything else. The Crown Jewel: essentially lobster Mac and cheese but more flavorful and loved the taco shell texture. Legit big pieces of lobster!Ambiance: hip and lively vibe overall. Gorgeous murals and decor. IMO, perfect music selection and volume (immersion and still able to hear one another easily). FREE standup video games - we played Donkey Kong, Tapper, Pac-man and Capcom & Marvel SF. There were about eight machines in total - great fun while waiting for food.Service: Taria was great. She got everything we needed with a smile and wonderful sense of humor. She even gave us a tour of the space (which was pretty sizable!) when we asked about it.TLDR: if you have a goto Taco/fun place list, add this one immediately. If you don't have a list, start one with Agave and Rye (they have other locations too)!"
"We randomly happened upon Oakleys after a hot Costco date. Place was busy and we grabbed seats at the bar. Amazing drinks, had a vieux carre and a Long Island. For dinner we both had the specials. Mine was prawns and pork cheek, with cheese grits and veggies. Also had a lobster waffle which had tons of lobster and was really special. Hubby had the beef medallions, which were the best thing he's eaten in a while. Amazing spot that you wouldn't expect just driving by. Will be back."
"We visited on Indy Swiftie weekend. Despite the mediocre welcome by the host desk, our waitress was friendly and attentive. We were excited to see two TS inspired drinks that came with bracelets! The food and drinks were fabulous (except for the mixed green salad that tasted fishy?!)! The atmosphere was electric and Tay-Tay's music playing added to the fun! Perk: Join their club and you get a free glass (although I didn't get mine because the email came too late). Tip: Parking is challenging but look for some by the nearby park."
"Outstanding house crafted cocktails, incredible filet, and a great atmosphere! Grab a seat at the bar and watch the bartenders perform their magic!"
"My friends and I met at this spot to grab some food and drinks prior to heading to our event for the evening. It was during the weekend Taylor Swift was in town so they had a special drink menu named after her songs. It was nice touch but I chose to order from the regular menu. Our table ordered mules and lemon drops and they were delicious. We all ordered food and I decided on catfish and rip tips with sides of green beans and fried cabbage. I previously looked online for the photos of mac and cheese and it didnt look appealing so I bypassed it. The rip tips were very good and tender. I loved that the sauce options were at the table so you can choose how much or how little you want. The catfish was just ok. I wasn't a fan of their breading. I would've been better off getting the brisket. Green beans were also good and I should've ordered some cornbread to go with the fried cabbage. Overall service was great. Our waitress was always checking in on us and offering suggestions. I would come back again."
"Food and service were excellent! Really nice upscale decor and clean. We will return. We ate here last sept and l thought l had already left a review"
"Came with a friend for their 2025 devour indy menu. The vibe when I came in was upscale so i quickly took my sweater off to fit more. They kept it the perfect temperature for that. There was live music with a singer and pianist on a pedestal that was so lovely! We sat at the bar so we had a front row seat. For dinner, I chose to start with the lobster bisque which they offered with bread. It was super buttery and delicious, I loved it. Then I had the steak upgraded from a 6 oz sirloin to a 14 oz ribeye for $10 more. It came with mashed potatoes covered with crispy onions. I loved the steak and the mashed potatoes, though the steak could've used a little more butter or salt. I feel like they could've cut back on the onions and provided more potatoes but everything was still very delicious. The meal ended with the one dessert option which was a small chocolate cake. It honestly tasted dry like an office cafeteria brownie and my friend didn't like it either. The staff were very kind the whole night however the bartender serving us was extremely absent. It took a long time to get our needs met just because there was no one to ask. I would've order another mocktail if he had been within calling distance. Speaking of the mocktail! Why is juice $14???? That felt like quite the scam. The best part of dry-January is saving money on going out to dinner. I just don't see what they could possibly be doing to liquids to make them cost more than $8 a glass. It was good but not $14 good, hence why I didn't order another one when met with the slightest resistance. I'd come back to eat here again but not while I'm practicing sobriety."
"First time trying Hideout 125. We loved the menu, the service, the whole prohibition vibe."

We stopped by on a Thursday night. Atmosphere was cozy and tavern like- great relaxing vibe but probably much busier on weekends. They have a full bar with a nice tequila list.We got the queso fundido w mushrooms as an app and it was very good. Then we got 3 taxi's each- all were good. I had the al pastor, the quesobiria and the cauliflower. The quesobiria was the star- perfectly savory and melty w a crisp shell. The cauliflower was well roasted w pickled veggies and was very nice. The Al pastor was a bit weaker- good flavor but a bit dry. Our server really helpful with recs and super nice!If you're in the Broad Ripple area it's definitely worth a stop.

Great tacos paired with a Little Red Corvette. I tried the "Just swipe right, the rooster and the filthy fajita" all were excellent tacos. My wife had the pick 3 chips and dip so the salsa, guacamole and queso were amazing. Portion sizes are very generous. Biggest downfall is the mixed drink prices, $14-15 each is a bit much. Only other strange part is the light fixtures, they don't really fit the vibe and are very dirty. All in all the wait staff was great and would definitely go back.

Too loud for me. Okay service. No free chips and salsa. Food was tasty. Delicious guacamole on the top of my Margarita Bowl with chicken. Hubby had a taco salad with chicken.

Great place for tacos! They serve some unusual creations. Everyone in my group loved what they selected. They are big, one was plenty! Loved the decor. I hope this place can survive- there were very few people there the night we went.

We had a reservation at 7:15 and arrived a little early. Our table was ready. If making a reservation you may want to request a booth or against the wall because the chairs are not comfortable at all. Our server came and asked if we were ready to order. He didn't introduce himself or share the specials we had to inquire. When he return he did share his name and had to check to see what was still available of the specials. The food was delightful! However, I did inform our server that I had a nut allergy specifically pine nuts. I'm not sure how allergies are managed, but I noticed a green pesto in the waffle and lobster and requested he confirm there was no nuts. He returned and informed me there was. I'm so glad I caught it, it would have ruined the dinner and the evening. We ordered several items: shrimp corn dog, Tennessee eggrolls, the special appetizer, lobster and waffle, Brussels sprouts, and a cocktail but I can't remember the name. Everything I ate provided wonderful arrays of flavor and textures. If I return, I certainly want a different server.

I visited during happy hour on a Tuesday and I was the only patron. The bartender was very friendly and greeted me immediately. She let me know it was happy hour and presented me with 3 menus. I started with a peach & pineapple porch sipper. Nothing about it taste like either of those flavors and the sparkling water/seltzer tasted flat. The blackened mahi mahi is on the happy hour menu and served with one side. I got the bacon braised collard greens and added a side of crispy parm potatoes. Everything was delicious. The mahi mahi was cooked perfectly for me. A little past medium and full of flavor. The music playing is an upbeat mix played at a good volume not to be overbearing.

I came to Copper Spoon at the very end of July 2023. I came for a company dinner for management. We had just gone through another long day of non-stop meetings and we were all famished. I was excited we had reservations at the Copper Spoon, as this restaurant had been on my bookmarks for quite a long time. The reviews were great and I had heard the food here was delicious.I am still not sure if the current rating I will be giving it, 3 stars is correct, its borderline 2-3 stars and it was specifically about the service. The evening started out with out large party, i think we were about 20 people being led to our table. I absolutely loved the decor and ambience of the place. The building has to be old, as the roof work is very distinct. The dark woods, the wine bottles, the decor really give this place character. We had pretty much one area of the restaurant to ourselves, which was great. The server recommended this amazing cider to me and i took her advice. I thoroughly enjoyed the Vandermill Honey Crisp Cider. Everyone of course got their drink orders in as well and appetizers and the main course were ordered. The appetizers were great, but what I was really looking forward to was the main course. I got the ribeye steak but i got fingerling potatoes as my side with some chimichurri. I was salivating when I started seeing the main courses coming in, only to see I didn't get mine... i asked what happened and they said there must have been some mistake. I was one of two people in the party that didn't get their main course with everyone else. I waited 30 minutes to get my meal, as I watched everyone eat theres. I finally started eating my meal, when everyone either had finished theres or were finishing. Yeah i got an apology from the manager but, quite frankly, thats the very least you can do. Was the steak good? Yes, i absolutely loved it! It was well seasoned, juicy, perfection! You do not make someone wait half an hour after everyone else is served though. Least they could have done is offer something to make it up, heck a dessert, anything. I was thoroughly disappointed. Would I come back? Not sure.Loved the ambience, loved the food. But i did not feel like I mattered, and ultimately that is a heck of a hard thing to swallow.

"I've been here two or 3 times before. I've never been disappointed, it's just not necessarily my go to type place. I'm more of a chill beer and burger type girl over a fancy dress up for an expensive dinner type girl. However, if you're looking for a nice place to take someone on a first date or an anniversary or something like that, this is a perfect place in Columbus. But make sure you get reservations! The last time we went, I got the Thai coconut curry tofu. My husband got the salmon. Both were absolutely delicious! Pricey, like I mentioned, but delicious so it was worth it. I'll probably be back again at some point for some special event!"
"The food was quite bland and lackluster. A drink menu was provided but then told that they have almost none of the drinks available. Lastly, the lampshades in the dining room were absolutely filthy. Completely caked in dust and grime."
"Great food and atmosphere! The service is top notch. We have eaten here often and never had a bad meal!"
"I needed to put in a couple hours of work in Northern Kentucky before heading to the airport and came across The Hive while searching Yelp. From the outside, it looks like a house, but on the inside is a cool vibe and atmosphere.Do you want nice breakfast options? They've got that. Do you want nice bakery options? They've got that too. Coffee options? Yup, they have them. The restaurant is downstairs and the coffee shop is upstairs.I really liked the vibe of the coffee shop! There were several seating options...a couch, comfy chairs, or sitting at a table. The art work was super cool to look at. The baristas were welcoming, and let me know that you can order off the restaurant menu and they'll bring it right to your table.Logging onto their wifi was easy...and I checked their Internet speed, over 90 Mbps, which isn't bad for a busy coffee shop. I grabbed a breakfast plate with eggs over easy, turkey sausage, hash brown potatoes, and whole wheat toast. Good to the last bite! This is a great place to work remote, work on school work, or relax with family/friends. I look forward to going back and trying other things off their menu!"
"It was a busy Saturday night so we had to wait a little longer than usual. We got the hummus platter as an appetizer, burgers, and tofu on salad. The hummus platter is wonderful. 4 out of 5 of us enjoyed it. (My husband doesn't eat hummus.) The curried tofu on salad was filling, but I didn't expect one large piece of tofu. The guys really liked the fries - those were finished but the burgers weren't. We shared the chocolate banana bread for dessert for our daughter's Birthday. The liquid ganache in the center was a really nice touch. My daughter liked the Caramelized banana."
"Absolutely a great experience. Catfish was excellent. Fried chicken delicious. We tried several sides and enjoyed everything. The server was great and we met the owner. She told us all the food was based off her grandmother's recipes."
"Cooper Hawk is a must try! You can dress up or dress casual. Service is always friendly and very helpful if you have any questions! They offer recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of originally. The drunken shrimp was very good. The only thing i would say is there wasn't a lot of shrimp, so definitely keep that in mind if you want to share with the whole table. The main course was very yummy!!We ended with a wine tasting as well which is a great price! We have a couple of friends that are wine club members which seems worth all of its perks. We enjoy visiting Cooper Hawk."
"We come at least 6 times a year. More if we were closer. Nothing beats the service, pizza and atmosphere."
"My boyfriend and I got here at 3:00 on a Saturday. The bar was actually fairly full, but we were able to secure two seats. There were high tables and couches that were free throughout our time here. Our bartender, Xavier, was awesome, but I think he could have used some help due to how busy he stayed! I hope management considers this moving forward. My boyfriend (who is a snob when it comes to cocktails) got the Manhattan, and he enjoyed it. I got the Marilyn Monroe and the Espresso Martini. The Marilyn Monroe was fairly sweet, but also had the perfect balance of sour to it. The Espresso Martini was delicious, and I appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. As far as parking, we found a spot directly in front of Goodfella's Pizzeria, and parking was cheap. It is free on Sundays. I will be certain to return any time I'm in Indianapolis!"
"My 6th visit I believe did not disappoint. Miso eggs, Brussels Sprouts, espresso martinis and excellent service. This place is so charming and everything is tasty!"
"Wow! Our first visit to Commission Row exceeded our expectations. The space itself was beautiful. The food was delicious. The service was great - prompt, friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, and with perfect delivery on the course timing. The lobster bisque was the best I've ever had, the popovers were melt in your mouth delicious, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked, the desserts were perfection. Cannot wait to go back!"
"It's a cool place, but a little woke. If you want to be surrounded by pride flags come on in! The slushies are good. The staff is very nice!"
"Short story: I cringe when a place does multiple Asian styles. It usually means they do none of them great, maybe all mediocre at best. That was my expectation for Basil, but they quickly dispelled that assumption and have become our go-to Asian food haunt...including sushi and some mean cocktails. Maybe grab a drink, as on to the long story...We first dipped our toes by trying safer fare such as their Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles, which were certainly tasty and warranted a need to try more of the menu, though not the best of those dishes we've had. We have since tried more exciting dishes such as the Spicy Peanut Curry dish, which is now my fav - nice heat, flavor, and great portions. The curry and peanuts combo is just hard to beat. My wife now really enjoys the Spicy Garlic Chicken, but her absolute favorite main dish when we're splurging is the Korean Sizzling Steak, and I concur. It's almost more of a Mongolian Beef (which they also have and is solid) meets premium Asian steak dish like a Thai Crying Tiger - highly recommended. We also love some of their apps. I am not a fan of Crab Rangoons but love theirs and my wife (who loves Crab Rangoons) is addicted to them. They're more like triangle pockets vs the traditional rangoon shape, with fantastically crispy yet chewy dough and what must be a lower cream cheese ratio because I normally don't like rangoons because of too much cream cheese. The Egg Roll great too, as are the Bon Bon Shrimp (when ordering in, to-go they get a bit soggy). I like the Thai Rolls, but my wife finds them to be a bit too meaty and dense. We usually love pot stickers but theirs are strangely more European dumpling like in shape and dough - not fans. Our other love at Basil is their sushi - a total surprise! We used to live in the Pacific Northwest and had access to world-class sushi that's more focused on the fish rather than crazy assortments and sauces on fried rolls. The Cincinnati metro area is more focused on the latter, which is not our preference, but Basil has a great assortment of both including many fresh fish rolls like their Basil Special Roll, Summer Roll, and (our favorite) Rainbow Roll. Surprisingly good quality of fresh fish, though we tend to stay with the tuna focused rolls and the salmon can vary. The best part? They do half priced sushi on Wednesdays (of a limited menu)! On that note, they have specials nearly every night of the week.Another surprising aspect of Basil is their cocktails are fantastic! A huge list of affordable yet unique and well crafted cocktails, including seasonal/event-based special cocktails. I struggle to choose but often go with their Blackberry Bourbon Smash, while my wife usually gets their current variation of the Old Fashioned. They typically have a solid craft beer offering too but the servers rarely know it well and the list is not easy to find/see. But the cocktails are so good that I say save beer for somewhere else.Last but not least, the spot is cool with the book-clad walls by the booths. Definitely get a booth if you can, which sometimes requires a reservation, as the tables can be awkward. They also apparently have an event/music venue upstairs as we've heard it but have never been. Service when eating in has been really hit and miss, usually more on the latter unfortunately. That and the non-booth seating are the main reasons for the 4 stars, along with a few food misses. But hostess staff for to-go have usually been great.Phew, that was a long review! But Basil is quite the complex place with many layers. Definitely recommend, as we certainly frequent it, but keep in mind some of the nuances noted, as this is not your typical Asian restaurant."
"Great food, fast service, cute decor Recently visited Thai Corner and was seated immediately. The staff is so quick and friendly! We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Pad See Ew. Our food came out so fast and tasted delicious. I also ordered the Mango Sticky Rice. It was good, but the rice was a little too salty for my liking. Would come back again and recommend!"
"Oh my goodness. What a gem this place is. I had no idea a restaurant like this was close by. Even sitting outside, I was nice and cozy. I had a glass of white wine and ordered the mushroom appetizer and the lobster penne. My server was so attentive with filling waters and drinks and clearing plates as the night went on. I can't wait to come back."
"Great tacos Friendly staffNice dining area Prices are pretty good tooI recommend you try Pavo taco"
"They have juice! It's not freshly made in front of your eyes, but it's freshly bottled, which is as good as you're going to get around here. I am a masochist when it comes to juice, and I like my juice to taste "healthy" and bitter and earthy and slightly unpleasant -- like drinking a liquid salad. If you like green juices like me, then you will want to get Garden Table's Emerald Elixir, which is juiced romaine lettuce, kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, turmeric, lemon, Himalayan salt and pepper. You can't get more liquid-salad than that. It tastes nicely green and salty and peppery, and like it's doing good things to your insides. I should mention that I got my juice to go. They have a little to-go area where you can get juice, coffee and other hot beverages, and dessert. It's located at the back of the restaurant. I visited to get a bottle of juice, and also a hot chocolate (for my child) and a dessert (for my other child). My dessert-loving child got the chocolate peanut butter cake, which was very pretty and came with a side of chocolate syrup. They had one other cake option, and then some packaged Salamat cookies (a local Indy bakery). Not too many choices, but we visited in the afternoon, so maybe they have more baked goods earlier in the morning."
"We went here for a work lunch/meeting. I will describe the place as very average. I would not describe the service as overly slow, but it definitely wasn't either. It was cold and rainy out so I ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup and it was basic white bread and yellow cheese. I will come again because it's convenient but menu is standard and a pretty basic lunch place. The bar looked decent though, and a good spot for an after work drink with coworkers."
"Great service delicious food very nice placeI had a large chopped steak with enough leftover for lunch"
"The waiter was clairvoyant! Best Fruti Di Mare ever (w/o linguini), but lotsa fresh warm bread.. The fresh warm bread made the dish even better."
"If you're in Cincinnati and hunting for a post-workout feast (bulking season or not), Voodoo is the move. My son and I stumbled in looking for gains-friendly grub, and boy, did we hit the jackpot. We started with the Three Little Pigs pizza, featuring the spiciest, most flavorful sauce that had us both questioning if it was the secret to PRs. That pizza was so good, it deserved its own workout playlist. For the main course, my son demolished The Hangover in 7 bites flat--a record even for post-leg day. The smash burger paired with homemade chips? Chef's kiss. Meanwhile, I took on the patty melt, which was seasoned so perfectly it felt like a symphony was playing on my taste buds.Shoutout to the attentive staff who tried (valiantly) to lure me into trying their brews. I had to pass because it was only 1 PM, but their soda pop was refreshingly on point. Voodoo's a vibe--10/10, y'all. Let me know how the brews are!"
"A very cozy restaurant in Middletown. We stopped after a long drive and loved the experience. The waitress was super nice and we loved the food. Can't wait to go back!"
