"I was here for a meeting with some of my alumni before they had to leave for college, we ordered our food and it came out pretty fast! I enjoyed the chicken sandwich with fries, it was very tasty! I also get training wheels for spice, because while I enjoy spice, I don't want my sinus draining as I eat.Love how it's decorated there is a fun mix of lights colors and other interesting decor. Check them out if you are in the ft square area."
"Wowww im kind of upset Ive waited this long to come here :( The wings were absolutely delicious!! Wish we had more room for other things because we only tried the garlic soy & cheese monster wings, garlic soy is sweet with a little bit of heat and the cheese monster has a yummy cheese powder coating with this Delightful cheese sauce that i liked so much i dipped both flavors in !! They are hands down the best wings Ive ever eaten. Definitely understand why CM chicken was rated #1 in Ohio. Glad I'm only about 35 - 40 minutes away from this gem... I will definitely be returning & I will definitely be ordering the same things I ordered this time plus some other things I'm curious about!"

"Hollyhock the place to go if you want a family style dinner with your friends and family. It is a holiday tradition to meet up with college friends and their children and come here! It reminds me of eating around a table at grandma's house. You can't go wrong with the fried chicken meal. It starts with cottage cheese, pickled beets and salad. Their dressing is an oil based dressing that many go crazy for. It's sold Kroger if you are one that wants to find it again. Fried chicken comes out with mashed potatoes, gravy, home style green beans, corn and biscuits with a side of apple butter. The chicken is always crispy and juicy inside. I like to ask for hot sauce for the table. The mashed potatoes are your straightforward mashed taters. Nothing fancy added here. The white gravy is under seasoned but that is a personal preference I'm sure. The green beans have pork and onions which give it the homemade simmered for hours taste. The corn is straight forward. The biscuits however are a staple. They are the best when they're fresh from the oven. The apple butter is a nice compliment!!Lastly the vanilla ice cream. It's your choice on the topping of butterscotch, chocolate or strawberry."
"Very average Chinese cuisine that won't offend you but definitely won't leave you impressed. I ate in store from their dinner menu and I think that results in better quality food than takeout, so look at other reviews for takeout disappointment! I thought everything was pretty good, and not a bad deal either. The crab rangoon was frankly heavenly. I ate 6 of them and could have eaten twice that without a second thought. Staff were nice and quick, they aren't there to mess around! I was pretty sad to see they haven't gotten their buffet back up and running since COVID. Based on what I saw, it appears they don't have intentions of going back to a buffet for quite a while, or ever."
"One of my already-favorite spots, Chapati, opened this secret sister restaurant next door and it's just as wonderful. The owners clearly are masters at making great food, so I knew before going that I'd love this new one too. The coolest part?! They have a speakeasy-like door to get to Shani's from inside Chapati. There's a big purple wardrobe you walk through to find the goodness. The secret door is currently under construction, but don't worry! You can still order Shani's Secret Chicken at the front counter of Chapati. You can also choose if you want wings, boneless wings, leg & thigh, chicken breasts or a combo. You can even opt for 'extra crispy'. I ordered the tandoori boneless wings and brought them home to my non-food-adventurous husband. Even he loved this new type of seasoning and we devoured the chicken in a matter of minutes. You can choose any of these three spices (descriptions from website):- tandoori: desi fusion marinated fried chicken with buttermilk batter- spicy: sweet-heat secret sauce fried chicken with buttermilk batter- fariti: desi dry rub spiced tangy batterless fried chickenOh, they also have masala fries, naan buns, garlic cheese naan, and malai bombs (deep fried potato mozzarella cheese balls). I can honestly barely type about these right now because I can't believe I didn't also order them last time. I'll be back!"
"Don't be fooled by the name of the restaurant- the menu offers a variety of salads, seafood, sandwiches, German dishes, and their much-talked-about fried chicken.I ordered the half chicken basket with a side salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, and dinner rolls. The chicken was crispy and lightly seasoned and the sides were good. Outdoor dining on the deck. There are minimal parking places so be prepared to walk a short distance. Suggest reservations."
"Food was very good and the worker seemed very nice. I got the kufta sandwich combo and the meat was tender and delicious. Definitely worth trying out."
"I have driven past Richie's Chicken & Soul literally hundreds of times. NEVER again will I just drive by! Today, I was in the mood for some good fried chicken but wanted to find a place that would deliver to me without charging me double for delivery. I had heard good things about Richie's over the past 3 years living on the West Side of Cincinnati so I figured I would check to see if they would deliver. And they did!!The chicken was fried crisp, nice crunchy coating and the spicy was indeed spicy and very flavorful! The spice was infused throughout the chicken breast as well so you weren't left with bland chicken after the breading was gone. I will definitely stop in next time I drive by and it is nice to know there is a delivery option as well!"
"It's a cute little spot, there's only about 6 tables to eat in so make sure you don't bring a very big group of people The food was amazing, specially the parm fries, it was very seasoned and delicious. Make sure you get some of their homemade sauce to try with your fries and chickenThe service was good, nothing of note just your basic service"

The food was good and we loved both the Mac n cheese and the fries. I appreciated the options for spice and heat so my mild was doable and not burning my oh so sensitive taste buds. The wait was short even though they were busy, and we loved the ability to sit outside in the sunny day.The music choices were just not our thing and sort of ruined the experience for us. I work with a diverse group and this found some of the lyrics to just be over the top - so be warned about that if going and eating in.We might go again as the food was good, but would only take it to go.

We ordered orange chicken and it didn't turn out the way we expected. I could see a few orange peels in the sauce but it was yellow and very bland... not what I've had elsewhere. The chicken fried rice was amazing though! It was ready in 15 minutes, which was nice too.

Oh, I like you, Shani. A lot. Like... I had your leftovers for breakfast this morning with blueberry pancakes and it rocked my world. Just as good the second time as it was fresh last night! For those who already adore Chapati, this is one more reason to pay a visit to the strip. Owned by the same masterminds behind Chapati, the beauty of this spot is that you can both sip chai from Chapati and chow down on delicious fried chicken from Shani's at the same time. On the chicken front, it's just as much about the spicy sauce on the side as it is the flaky, delicious fried chicken. We opted for the boneless chicken tenders. There is a dedicated space for the chicken shop that also serves as a small private event space but I'm not sure how often it's used specifically for the chicken shop. We ordered and dined on the Chapati side during our visit which is beautifully decorated and fun. Bottom line: go get that chicken.

Compliments to the cook and to this darling small town. We love to stop at small local places on road trips and Brau Haus delivered!Cute old school place. You seat yourself, you get side salads in a small wood bowl, the fried chicken is delicious... my hubby's burger was super yummy... Locally owned charm done right. Then drive around this darling small town and enjoy their German connections. What a gem!

Pita Land is a to go spot inside a grocery store and we realized this on reaching Pita land. The place was recommended by multiple middle eastern individuals when I was looking for authentic middle eastern food. Their food can be ordered via phone, or walk in and depending on the quantity takes about 15-20 minutes. Service is polite and quick and I have heard many of my connections order food trays since the food is so good.Philly steak had all the delicious flavors and the chicken was grilled to perfection. My only gripe was the minimal salt which is definitely true Mediterranean style. The meal costed us $30 which was absolutely appropriate for the quantity. The location is in a pretty good spot at Fishers and we spent time looking around while we waited on our food.

Best fried chicken in Cincinnati in my opinion. The potato planks are huge and delicious. The greens are just right. The fried okra is outstanding. The yellow, sweet cornbread is tasty, but cut a little too small for me. I haven't tried all their sides, but the ones I have tried are a bit too sweet for my taste. Also haven't had their fish yet. Richies has pretty much dominated our fried chicken purchases this past year. Love it!

"We decided to check out the newly opened spot in Avon despite the long line of cars in drive-thru - we dined in! Lol Anyhow, it was still busy but at least we were able to place our order and get it within a reasonable amount of time. Their menu is simple - chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. My partner ordered the kids meal with 2 pieces of chicken tenders a d I got the one with 3 pieces of chicken tenders, toast and fries. It was very good - we basically ate everything! We think it's the sauce!!The place was clean and fun inside - casual. Not a bad fast food place. We like it better than Zaxby's. Check them out!"
"Wow! A spicy gyro. What make this place different is taste. There two hard working guys making sure customer service is not skipped. The menu is every persons dream with fish, gyro and chicken. The spice is just right and they put lemon pepper on the really crisp fries. No soggy fries here!Try Goldens, really happy!"
"Good food and great service. This is a nice place to order and go. Definitely not here for the ambiance. Busy area with the bar next door. Not the best parking in the evening."
"I am celiac. I've been there twice and had fried chicken, mashed potatoes and GRAVY, toast...and I didn't get sick. Both employees I interacted with were phenomenal. Patient while taking our order, checked up on us several times. My gluten consuming husband marvels at how good it is as well!"
"Great chicken. Probably the best I've had! The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and it is reasonably priced. Have not tried the delivery service but what a great idea! The fries are awesome and I highly recommend the mac and cheese."
"Looked forward to trying this place. The prices were fairly standard. Not a great deal or anything. The broiled chicken on the fries had some pretty mediocre seasoning. A lot of chipotle flavors, nothing amazing. Pickled onions were good and all the accompaniments were fine. Now for the wings, fairly average, decently cooked, but the biggest sacrilege of all, NO BLUE CHEESE dressing. Hard to call yourself a wing place and not have blue cheese. Ranch wasn't great either . Best part were the fried mushrooms. Were they bulk store bought? Yes, but they were cooked perfectly and the sauce was good. Very average place. Wouldn't go out of my way for it, but wouldn't avoid it . If they want the get better, they'll make their sauces and dressings ."
"Stopped in the other day for lunch. I went with the orange chicken and a pork eggroll. There's a kiosk when you walk in where you can order but we had sat down and had our order taken by a server. I would probably use the kiosk next time simply for ease. The orange chicken was really good and was a VERY generous portion. It ended up being two lunches for me. The pork eggroll was one of the better eggrolls I've ever had in this area. This place is a hidden gem and I definitely will be returning."
"Great service and good food! It's easy to order and as timely as they say it will be. We've tried the party wings and regular family wings. Both were well cooked and fell of the bone. Also came with fries."
"So many options The food is amazing I can't help getting the tenderloin special. It is by far the best within a 500 mile radiusThe employees are so nice Do yourself a favor try itI have become a regular The donuts stop me in my tracks as well."
"The best chicken wings and gyros in town. The seasoning on the fries and wings can't be beat. I like to enjoy my wings with honey, but the bf loves their hot sauce -- so be sure to ask for several sides of the "red sauce". The gyros are stuffed so full I usually take some meat out to enjoy with potatoes or another meal later on (just so I can handle the pita!). Sooo tasty."
"The Happy Chicken is a new chicken place on the corner of 86th and Michigan Road. I was glad to see they were open, as I stopped by yesterday and they were not. They serve a simple menu with chicken as the star of either flatbread, meals or a Mediterranean inspired bowl. The chicken is roasted, not fried. When we stopped at 11:30 for lunch, the chicken was not ready for the plate meals, so we could only order flatbread or the bowl. You order at the counter and the food is ready very quickly. The bowl was huge. The roasted chicken is very tender. The bowl had a ton of yellow rice and some iceberg lettuce. The meal was topped with a huge piece of pita and a sauce that they called Tazhiki, but was really a lemon flavored yogurt. The sauce and rice left me disappointed. The meal was filling. The staff was friendly and quick. There are only 2 tables inside to eat. The tables are wonky, too low for the bar height stools. You have to lean over to reach the food. I think most people order the meals to go, which is a good idea. I would like to see some healthier options (more vegetables) on the menu and more upscale dishes. I would like to try the plate meals, but I think you have to show up later in the day for those to be an option. In and out of the parking lot is challenging. You can really only go north. I drove around the block to get into the parking lot."
"First of all don't pull in the front and think they are closed like we did. The entrance is on the left side of the building. As we walked in we were seated right away and we had a really good server who was very polite and checked on us frequently. We all ordered diet cokes which came out in cans and he did bring cup with ice. We ordered a couple appetizers one being chips and queso. The other being their sampler, both of which were very good. Don't compare this to a Mexican restaurant because it is much different and don't expect chips and salsa to be dropped off at the table because they don't appear to have salsa. We each ordered and our meals came out fairly quick. Two of us ordered the chicken, one a quesadilla, and I got the carne asada. All of our meals were very good and my wife and I tried each others and agreed how good they were. Price wise for four of us it was around $100 including the 15% they already added as a tip. We added an additional $10 because our service was really good. The restaurant itself was very clean and there was music playing but not overly loud where you couldn't hear each other talk. This was our first time here and we would go again. I never thought to take any photos or I would have posted them."
