"Reminds me of LA/Ca! Comfortable environment and attentive service!Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food!"
"Went to the tap today and we had a huge group. They were able to get us settled in super quick and before we knew it we had waters and ordered appetizers. Our server Tessa ripped through all of or orders and usually I would expect something to be wrong but everything was perfect! The garlic parm wings were spectacular. Ate so quick I forgot to take pictures"

"Excellent restaurant in a cool part of town. Fountain Square. The atmosphere is very relaxed with a kind of an Industrial feel inside and a huge bar. we got chips and salsa to start with. We did have to pay for it, which is strange, most of the places around here included, but this is a little bit more millennial type eating location. It came with two different types of salsa, red salsa, and a green salsa. The green was much hotter than the red ones. But both were very good. The red one was a little sweet for me but still excellent. For dinner I got chicken enchiladas with a Molé Verde sauce. It was pretty hot, but still very good. Was covered in sauce and cheese, came with refried beans and rice. All of it had excellent flavor and went really well together. It was excellent. My wife got. A margarita bowl. Zucchini, pickled onions, cilantro, Mexican rice, black bean salsa, guacamole and cheese. She thought it was great and it was a very large serving and she could only finish about half of it. I got a unsweet iced tea to drink, but other than that, we drank the water that was put at the table. The atmosphere is pretty cool and hip and the service was very good. She kept coming back and checking on us all through the mail. Prices weren't too bad for the type of place. It was obviously a little more expensive because it is sitting in a cooler, part of town."
"Great day to be at Lennie's Brewpub in Bloomington, Indiana. They have great beer, fantastic food, and some great handcrafted sodas made by The Sodaguy! The service is wonderful. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. If you are in the area, check them out!"
"Had not been there for a long time but passed by and saw the sign new ownership and gave it a try. Expanded menu with plenty of great choices. Food was spot on. Service and staff were not good. The bartender and servers acted like they really didn't want to be there. No enthusiasm, no happy faces, long wait times, none checked in during lunch and the restaurant was virtually empty. We felt like we're an imposition."
"Stopped in with the whole family (8 adults and 4 kids) the staff was very accommodating to our party and sat us down with no problems. It was Sunday and there were plenty of tvs for the NFL games, even in the back room where they sat us. Huge menu with lots of options from wings to burgers to salads to pizzas, didn't get pics of everyone's food but they all seemed to be satisfied. I had the western burger which was pretty tasty. I live closer to downtown so don't know if I would go out of my way to go here but if I'm in the area would definitely go back!"
"My wife and I had dinner today at this location. Our waitress, Riley was the nicest person to wait on us in a long time. We did have a mix up on the order, but the manager made it right and gave us a nice discount. The food was very good. I had a large pizza with mushrooms and half pepperoni's. My wife had a cauliflower pizza with mushrooms and olives. We also had a Caesars salad (Croutons were a little hard). Thanks Pies & Pints for a wonderful dining experience. Hope to see you again soon and I hope Riley and the manager are still there.PS - Dining here can be a little on the expensive side"
"This place is LEGIT. A choose your own adventure Chipotle style of restaurant that is way, way better and authentic. Will be returning again to try their tortas because I saw the fresh bread and it looked so good!"
"My friend and I paid a visit to Pies and Pints to sample their beers and pizzas. It was right before dinner time the venue wasn't busy - score! First up, we selected a flight of draft beers to share to help us change gears from work. It turns out that they've got a really wide selection of drafts available, so we had trouble narrowing it down to four; with a little input from our very helpful server, we pulled the deed off and then proceeded to order dinner. You can order either pies or slices, so we got a pie to share and a slice each. When the pizza arrived, we dug in; The crust was crispy with a decent amount of chew, and the sauce was pretty good; it had a nice blend of both spicy and sweet flavor, and it wasn't too heavy on the tomatoes. For me, the slice turned out to be a much better choice than the street corn pie we picked. Not that there was anything wrong with the street corn pizza, it's just that the flavor profile of the toppings didn't do it for me. That said, the quality of the crust, the sauce, and the toppings was more than satisfactory, and the beers were great - I look forward to a return visit to try something different!"
"We were greeted immediately and seated at a table somewhat near the door so there was a small draft, but not too terribly bad. It was tolerable. There was good music playing and it was brightly decorated for the season. My wife had their Bad Elmer porter beer and sampled their Teddy Bear Kisses imperial stout beer. She enjoyed them both. I just had a Diet Coke to drink. We had the roasted garlic hummus plate to start with. The hummus was nice, thick, smooth and flavorful with soft and warm pita triangles, blue corn tortilla chips, sliced sweet peppers, sliced cucumber, and sliced grape tomatoes. It was wonderful and perfect for an appetizer that didn't fill us up too much before dinner.I had a medium rare beer cheese burger that had beer cheese, applewood smoked bacon, and sautéed onions. I added mayonnaise to it. It was cooked perfectly, the beer cheese gave it a nice tangy flavor, the onions were nicely sautéed and tasty. The whole burger was mouthwatering good. I had fries with my burger that were warm with the perfect amount of crisp; not overdone and not droopy. My wife had the blue flame burger, it was cooked medium and had blue cheese, jalapeño, lettuce, and onion, she also had fries with her burger. She really enjoyed her burger and fries as well. She commented often just how good it was.I wish I could remember our server's name. She was really nice, she had really pretty glasses that had a sort of silver glitter around the edges. She was very nice, attentive, helpful, professional, and friendly. For anyone who is vegetarian, they have plenty of options for you as well. You would love the roasted garlic hummus plate and if you want a burger, they have impossible meat you can substitute with along with other options throughout the menu.It was a pricey meal, but well worth every penny!"
"This is the go-to spot for any canal trip! I like to bring my out-of-towners here with an accompanying canal walk circuit. The menu ranges from light bites to full meals with a little wine selection to really top off the experience. Counter-ordering service is always quick. Seating is available outside or indoors. There are just a few tables indoors and much more seating in the fenced-in patio area. Though, it does not seem like there is abundant shade depending on the time of day. I got a chocolate gelato in a size medium. They give generous portions of their gelato, so I would say most people would be plenty satisfied with a small. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic gelato, that's nice and thick and creamy, with only a mild sweetness, allowing the chocolate flavor to really come through."
"Honestly this is one of the best seafood spots that I have been to. I was here for a huge conference and I see why the word got out quickly about Crab99. By the time we made it, there was a huge crowd of people waiting to be seated. It took us 45 minutes to be seated, but once we were the service was great and we received our food pretty quickly. The ambience is super casual. The music playing, people dancing, the bar is lively, etc. The service was really great as well. Every staff member we encountered that day was very pleasant. Now on to the food! Yummy! Literally one of the best if not the best seafood boil I've had. The sauce, size of the crab legs, lobster, and shrimp, etc. I truly enjoyed. Plus, they give you so much! I created my own bowl, so everything was priced separately. Loved it!"

In a Nutshell: Good Food - Good People - Slow Service Gayle and I recently came to Lennie's as part of a family celebration for our Granddaughter's High School Graduation. I'd gladly come here again, as I thought the upstairs table, the menu, and wait staff were all solid (albeit a bit slow in order taking and delivery from the kitchen). It was a nice casual "campus" atmosphere. I had a nice Stromboli, but there was so much else to be tempted. I also appreciated the nice craft beer selection (Ruby Bloom for me). Tasty appetizers were also served, while we enjoyed getting to know Violet's boyfriend's family. Her parent's were also beaming as its not every day that your daughter is awarded Valedictorian.

It's been 10 years since we last visited this restaurant, but sign said new owners..........so we tried it and we will be back. Hopefully next time I can give 5 stars.Handsome husband had BBQ sandwich, NOT soaked in sauce which is a good thing! Fries were crispy and fresh.I had shrimp protein bowl. Shrimp were blackened perfectly and tender, not chewy or tough. Quinoa was a copious serving, but squash was cubed, mushy and tasteless...???frozen. Fresh roasted would have been ideal. Walnuts were nice crunch. Kale only made a nominal showing....so disappointed....BUT had so much to take home, we had breakfast. Heated up, added fresh garden hot peppers with some Havarti cheese, eggs over easy and it made a tasty brunch for us today on Sunday. Thank-you

Hands-down, the best black and blue burger around I absolutely loved it. I used to eat at BW threes. They had a black and blue burger but they got rid of it so I love going to Barr house after church and getting this hands-down the best.

Tried Pies and Pints at Liberty Center this afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised. First and most important the service was fast and professional. Also our server was very pleasant. Second, the beer was crisp and cold. Always a plus in my mind. And lastly the food choices were varied and extensive. And the food was good! What's not to like? I think this spot will be worth another visit!9

I'm from Southern California so I don't usually go for Mexican food in the middle of Indiana, but on the recommendation of friend I did and I'm glad I did.food is excellent. Ambiance is casual. It is taco bar so you pick what goes into your food. Service was awesome. Highly recommend.

"Stopped in to give it a try and didn't expect such a crowd! Many folks were there because it was a Bengals night! We had a short wait, but the staff was friendly. There were two of us dining. I got the chicken tenders with onion straws, and the other person got the buffalo chicken wrap and tater tots. We both ordered unsweetened iced tea. I wasn't a fan of the tea, so I exchanged it for a half sweet half suit. That was really good. We ordered the brussels sprouts as an appetizer and they were absolutely fantastic! Our meals came and my onion straws were cold and not very tasty so I swapped those for tater tots, which were delicious. My chicken tenders were also really good. My friend really enjoyed the wrap and tater tots as well. The service was a little on the slower side but again they were super busy.I will definitely be back since my experience was overall positive. The brussels sprouts are well worth it and I look forward to trying other menu items. Sidenote: it is family friendly, and good for small to larger groups."
"This cute little coffee shop nestled in Indy gave me all the feels. The coffee was actually really good too, I loved all the plants ! And the service was really pleasant. I would recommend eating inside, this type of coffee shop makes you want to sit in it for hours !"
"Oh! Now the beer we had at Streetside Brewing was definitely an enjoyable one! If the one we had was any indication that the rest of their beer is that good then this brewery is a real gem! And if it happens to not be the case then just keep on getting the beer we had! Return of the Mac was the name of the beer Steve and I immensely enjoyed. It was a coffee blonde ale that was just oh, so good!Flavors in this lovely beer are coffee, vanilla and coconut. Very light and sweetness that is just right. The balance on this beer is simply wonderful! I do love my blonde ales and though some are better than others Return od the Mac simply soars!"
"If you are in the mood for a great BBQ dinner or meal this is one of the best places in town. We have been several times and we have never been disappointed. Name it a half rack dinner with 2 sides, brisket, pulled pork nachos or fries, everything is simply delicious. We never have to wait long to get our food in our table. Servers are always cleaning up or asking if we need anything. And if you want to watch a game or have a cold beer. This is your place as well. Enjoy!"
"My boyfriend and I got here at 3:00 on a Saturday. The bar was actually fairly full, but we were able to secure two seats. There were high tables and couches that were free throughout our time here. Our bartender, Xavier, was awesome, but I think he could have used some help due to how busy he stayed! I hope management considers this moving forward. My boyfriend (who is a snob when it comes to cocktails) got the Manhattan, and he enjoyed it. I got the Marilyn Monroe and the Espresso Martini. The Marilyn Monroe was fairly sweet, but also had the perfect balance of sour to it. The Espresso Martini was delicious, and I appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. As far as parking, we found a spot directly in front of Goodfella's Pizzeria, and parking was cheap. It is free on Sundays. I will be certain to return any time I'm in Indianapolis!"
"It's a pub that serves great food. The place is decorated in a very local bar type way- sports paraphernalia and a dark wood setting. I had their fish and chips and it was really good- in an American way! The server made the meal so much better. She stayed and chit-chatted and seemed to really enjoy working there which says a lot. My friends had burgers and fries and they loved their meals. Overall a great place to get a quick bite to eat."
"Stopped in for lunch while in the area. Got the Thursday special - cheeseburger with shoestring fries & a draft beer for $10. A bargain! Nothing fancy here but the food. I'd hit it...again."
"Whenever I am in the mood for good margaritas and food I always come here. This visit I tried the carnitas chimichangas and they were so good and very filling. I always get the same drink every visit because the mango margarita on the rocks with the Tajín rim never disappoints. And the churros with ice cream are always so good. The service is always the best, they will always check up on you and make sure everything is satisfactory. The whole atmosphere is just wonderful, I always feel welcomed every visit and I definitely need to make it here at least every two weeks. I also love how if you download the touch tunes app you can be the DJ of the restaurant."
"Wonderful authentic Mexican food. Whenever I have placed an online order, it is ready within 15 minutes of ordering (even on their busy nights). My wife and I have made this our preferred spot for delicious Mexican food."
"King Jugg's atmosphere was amazing. I haven't been to a place with such a great feel in a while! The food was also outstanding! Everyone at our table loved their meals (wraps and burgers) and I had the Buffalo chicken dip app as my meal which was so so good! Unfortunately I was really not impressed with our service. The server seemed distracted and didn't know what their "secret sauce" was? Which I find weird when it's all over the entire menu. They seemed quite distracted and not entirely friendly which threw the vibes off. I also paid in cash and she brought my change but didn't bring my coins(just the bills)... not sure why it's assumed you can keep part of my change? I did tip her but maybe she was under the assumption I would not and kept my coins which... is stealing lol. I hope I can go back and get better service because everything else was perfect!!"
"The Establishment is one of my favorite places in the city for a casual drink or trivia. The staff is always polite and attentive (huge shout out to our girl Maddie!!) I come on Wednesday nights regularly for trivia and always have a good time. The food is good (tots are amazing) and drinks are inexpensive. I love the black pearl cocktail. Seating is plentiful inside and outside. They have a beautiful patio as well as outdoor area with turf, a fire pit, and TVs. If you're in the Hyde park or oakley area, highly recommend checking this place out! When you come, make sure to ask for Maddie as your server! She is amazing!"
"**** Review 57 ****Had a lunch meeting here, and the place was very well decorated. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was great. They have delicious lunch specials that are very reasonably priced. The portions are large and very fresh tasting. My lunch special had a steak burrito covered with cheese sauce, and if came with beans, and rice. The chips and salsa are crispy and salsa was delicious. I'll have to come back to try the rest of the menu, maybe even some drinks."
"I'm not joking when I say this is the best burger in the city. They are always SO juicy but not sloppy. They season them very well and the toppings/bun are premium and fresh. Cooked to medium every time. Highly recommend the All American and the Grippos burger! They have sweet potato waffle fries and "crunchy coating" type fries that are always fresh and very crispy. They also season these very well with salt. There is an extensive liquor and beer selection and their cocktail menu is pretty good! On top of it all, the service is fantastic and I like the atmosphere! A little bit of an interesting choice with the slight country theme mixed with upscale, but it oddly works. Overall give this restaurant a 9.5/10 and it's a must try if you're downtown for a show or game!"
"Wow, what an incredible restaurant this is!! We came here for the "Devour Indy" menu and it was absolutely delicious!! First, the restaurant itself is beautiful. There's a big metal chandelier hanging over the bar and it's gorgeous. We sat at the bar and the marble looks like it's glowing. Really nice touch. Now on to our food, we ordered a house margarita and a Modelo on tap. The margarita had a dried lime which was a nice touch. Then our appetizers came out: guacamole dip and a house dip which was Mexican cheese and chorizo with tomato and onion. Needless to say we finished it and asked for more tortilla chips. The entrée was ribeye steak tacos and salmon. The tacos were amazing, it even had nice stringy cheese. The tacos even came with a nice hot and tangy hot sauce. The salmon came with rice, squash and an arugula salad. Finally dessert: churro with ice cream and a tres leches cake. It was heaven. Please go to Verde, the service is so nice and friendly. The restaurant looks like a million bucks and the food is epic!! Going to return here soon."
"what mall owners do to add handicapped ramps never ceases to amuse or amaze me. we went here to have lunch with my sister. The food was very good and the staff was friendly. The setting is colorful. i would give them a try when you are in the area."
"Hubby and I decided to try this place one evening. It's a typical locals bar kinda feel. I feel like we were the only ones that hadn't been there before. The food was pretty good. I got the tenderloin. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't the worst. I legit enjoyed my meal. Hubby got a burger and said it was a typical burger. He was also happy with his meal. Overall, it's a bar. It's a locals bar. It's not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, so if you're looking for smoked cocktails or fancy glittering drinks...you need to drive a bit further and go somewhere downtown. This bar is the kinda place you go after a honest day of work when you just want some decent food and a cold beer to wash it down all served with a smile. Prices were good for what ya get. We will be back."
"Upland has really upped its eating game. So many great choices I had a hard time deciding what to order. I ended up with a salmon BLT sandwich which was tasty, with a side of blue cheese cole slaw, also good. Our service was exceptional. Unfortunately it was lunch and I couldn't partake in my favorite Upland brew, Champagne Velvet. Another time, Upland, as I'll be back!"
"My review is a little overdue as I was here in April of 2022. I chose The Coterie online because they had a Beyond burger on the menu, and the person I dined with didn't want to eat at the other places I found with vegan options. This was a bit of a dive bar more than a restaurant, which was fine, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting for a birthday meal. It'd be a cool place to visit on a date or with friends on a weekend though. The Beyond burger was good. I just didn't realize it came with cheese, as I didn't see that on the menu, and asked for it without. I also left off the aioli and asked for mustard. A little strange to me that a Beyond burger would come with dairy. Server didn't understand my request exactly. It seemed a little overpriced at the time, but now in 2023, it costs the same as going to BK but tastes much better. (Dang inflation is killing me.) Food in baskets. Nothing fancy. Pretty good fries. I can't remember the name of it now, but I had a beer from NW Indiana which I chose just because it was from "Da Region." Decent selection of draft beers as I recall with several from different parts of the state. My dining companion had a Moscow Mule but didn't really care for how it was made. The ambience and decor were interesting. I especially liked the neon state of Indiana which changed colors. The bar glasses and plastic water cups had far out there and funny sayings on them. I remember the restroom being small and having a line. I believe they had a whiskey bar upstairs which I did not check out. In a pretty convenient location in downtown Kokomo. Easy walk to street parking and other establishments. I don't mind divey. It wasn't bad. It just didn't particularly stand out as a favorite. I might return at some point for the beer and the sandwich as well as the sign. I'd rather sit at the bar next time instead of the tall table we had. They had a long booth toward the front underneath the Indiana sign as well."
"This spot is dope. If I lived near by, I have no doubt that I'd be here on the regular. There's street parking and a lot out back. A ton of space inside to pop a squat and get some work done. Plenty of outlets so you can keep your gadgets juiced up and the wifi was strong, too. I absolutely loved all the art work on the walls as well. The service was super friendly and helpful when I asked questions and for suggestions. While I was there, I tried three things. I ordered a latte that was just what I needed, and a breakfast sandwich - yummy. I also ordered the almost paradise smoothie after I was told it was the most popular choice. It came with mango, strawberry, pineapple, OJ, and spinach. It was the perfect balance of sweet while knowing that it was packed full of fruit and rather healthy. Again, I would totally come back, especially if I needed a solid place to work."
"Covington, KY is a super cool place - who knew? After a rough morning in that city across the river, I walked across the imitation Brooklyn Bridge into Kentucky, and walked over here looking for a place to decompress. Mind you, this is about 1PM on a Thursday, so not everything was going to be open. But Gypsy's was. Naturally it wasn't super busy at the time, just the bartender and two lovers on the back patio, but it was chill, and the drafts were working, and there was sports on television, and nobody to concern troll me. I only wish this place were closer to California."
"While the Casual Pint does have some positives, overall, it was just OK. The high tops and regular seating were fine, but nothing special. Parking gets packed quickly, making parking hard to find near the establishment. Placing an order at the counter was a bit of a letdown. It felt like a very impersonal experience and lacked the personal touch that a sit-down waiter/waitress would provide. It would be nice to get the food and drink recommendations from the staff. When I asked, they didn't offer much help. She shrugged her shoulders. They do have a lot of different beers. I expected to find some rare or lesser-known brews, but instead found a lot of the same ol' same ol'. I wish they had more cider options. The food was the most disappointing part of the visit. While they do offer food options, it was basic at best - nothing to write home about. The only redeeming quality of my visit was the trivia. It was moderately entertaining, but it did not save the night. Overall, I would say that Casual Pint is decent for a casual night out with friends, but I was expecting more. I might come back for trivia night with a group of friends, but I wouldn't make a special trip for it."
"Social clubs are making a big comeback. In a world that seems to reject the ways of yesteryear, it is odd to imagine people craving the social habits of their parents or grandparents. Or does it? With a generation of young adults who have been electronically socialized, bona fide social interactions are nearing rock bottom. Folks want a place where everyone knows their names; they want to see old friends while meeting new ones, and they still want to have a place to get a hearty meal. And...and, dammit, adults want to drink alcohol and smoke while doing it. In Indianapolis, that place exists, and it is thriving. Welcome to the Antelope Club. The Antelope Club has a long history in the city, with its first origins dating back to 1947. Being officially incorporated in 1956, the club moved into its current home in 1964. Managed and operated by Brad Klopfenstein, the club continues to make improvements in both facilities and offerings. When I asked Brad what he thought the public should know the Antelope Club, he gave me the "Oh, hell, where do I begin?" look. He quickly touted the friendly and welcoming nature of the club and its members (affectionately knows as "Lopers"), the wide variety of beers served, the "deep" whiskey selection, great food, and the cigar lounge. I agreed with him - all of those things are reasons why I am a member. It is not difficult to become a member of the Antelope Club. All you need is to have the signatures of two members-in-good-standing, been born at least 21 years ago, and pay a measly $150. Once you've met those requirements, and the board approves your application, congratulations, you're a Loper. We're not a group of elitists; we don't care about your gender, what color you are, what religion you practice (or don't), with whom you go to bed, or your political persuasion. Just be yourself - unless you're a jerk...then you might see the door. The Antelope Club is packed with amenities and activities. As aforementioned, the club has a great selection of everything alcoholic...and non-alcoholic. The food is fantastic, and Chef Vee prepares everything to absolute perfection. I think that his burgers, famous throughout the city, are second-to-none. He even prepares a special, foodie-approved dinner on Saturday nights. The prices on everything are unbelievably reasonable. The cigar lounge is my favorite aspect of the club. With a humidor packed with fine tobaccos, you'll never have to stock up. Plus, members are welcome to bring their own cigars (and pipes, in my case) to enjoy in the lounge, bar, or on the balcony. The club discourages smoking in the dining room and forbids it in the upstairs portion of the club. Accompanied minors are also allowed on the upper level. The club holds a charity gaming license, and it offers several weekly cash drawings, Yahtzee, and pull tabs. Excluding the latter, gaming is for members only. Even if you lose, your money still goes to a good cause! The Antelope Club is open to the public on weekdays from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM for lunch. This gives the prospective member a perfect chance to get to know the place.Take a break from your electronic social life and head over to the Antelope Club. Once you're a Loper, you'll thank me. Pronk on!"
"The food quality and selection is amazing and the offering change occasionally so be sure to check out their Facebook site for all the changes and entertainment available. The server was very attentive and made our visit great. As far as ambiance you have a dining room, side bar or patio option and plenty of televisions if you like the sports with your meal. Everyone's food looked good and casual attire is welcome as well."
